Went through drive thru and ordered an egg, sausage and cheddar sandwich, a vanilla bean danish and venti Brn sugar oat milk espresso all for $16 and some change. Drive-through attendant told me I owed $13 but I told her it was $16. She looked around and then told me that someone had paid for mine waited a few minutes got my drink but no food she ended up going around to the corner and came back with food , you could feel the tension.I parked to eat because I’m traveling.Bit into sandwich and it was almost still frozen. But danish looked like it was almost overheated but edible so just took sandwich inside and told someone at front it was still cold. She said they would have to remake it, so I stood there, thinking that they would bump my sandwich to the front of the line But that didn’t happen. Two or three things went into their microwave While I stood there. Irritated, hungry and ignored I tossed the sandwich on the counter, told him they could keep it walked out the door.Yes, they were busy with customers, but they looked very confused and not organized, the same way it was at the drive-through window. I’ve worked retail, I even own my own small business and a little customer service goes a long way. I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for the sandwich otherwise I’d really be aggravated. I hate writing a bad review but customer appreciation is a stickler for me and I did not feel like they even cared about what they sent out.

Quite a cozy little Starbucks with very kind and enthusiastic baristas. The artwork of the “Mount Vernon” city was very cute and quant. Coffee was delicious and functional.We happily recommend for travelers passing by, people staying in the nearby hotels, visitors to the hospital nearby, or locals.The only negative is, while clean, the bathroom door did not feel like it locked? Worth a little checkup to prevent any awkward run ins.

Not generally a Starbucks fan, but visited here with my family last night (Sunday). This was one of our best Starbucks experiences. The barista at the front counter was great! She made our drinks (we probably had 10) super efficiently, and everyone was impressed with how well they were made! Will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

Great service! If there is a line, place order on app to get drinks quicker. It doesn't take long to get in and out. Awesome service! With the drive thru this is the Starbucks we go to everytime. Love the drive thru!

Normally when driving through I would get my Starbucks fix from the grocery store location, so I was pleasantly surprised when there was an actual Starbucks store location here now. It might not be new to others, but it was new to me. Super clean store, lots of windows and natural light, and pleasant and helpful staff to boot. Definitely will be coming back here again on my next visit.

Too many people only take the time to write bad reviews, so I feel it’s so necessary to share such an amazing experience today! I came through the drive thru and I believe her name tag said Lisa was so incredibly nice. I am not a Starbucks pro, so I’m sure my order was said a little confusing lol but she and the other super sweet girl (so sad I didn’t catch a name tag) making drinks asked me to confirm they did it right. Such a quick friendly experience. I order this same drink a couple times a week, and it always tastes good, don’t get me wrong, but it was also the best I’ve ever tasted! Perfect! I know how stressful busy times get, and I am amazed at how friendly and accommodating the staff here is. Thank you!

BEST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE WE’VE EVER HAD! We came through here on a road trip on 7/16 around 3:30. The staff was hustling like crazy, but still took time to make sure our experience was top tier. As a long time barista I’m not the hugest fan of Starbucks. However, made me want to come back. The staff was AMAZING! thank you so much for restoring my faith in this business!

Always treated like a good friend by the whole staff. Grateful for speedy, 9/10 accurate order (We Are Human). The drive way is a bit tight, one wrong error in your turn and your over the curb or hitting the wall.

I have had several great experiences stopping at this Starbucks over the past two years. Normally I go through the drive-through, but the last two times I have gone inside to order my drink. Both times the person in line behind me received their drink before mine, so I tried to inquire why this has happened twice and one of the workers immediately became confrontational because I was asking questions.She did not comprehend what I was asking and was very determined to prove she was right with her comments. I could see I was getting nowhere, so I left the store. As I walked out the door she yelled I know I'm right because I work here. WOW!I will be following up with corporate to let them know they have employees that would rather argue with a customer than just say we are sorry...

They are very very slow right now. Probably because most of them might be new. This location just opened. They got my wife's drink right but made mine wrong.
