One particular employee was very rude, upon checkout she stayed in the corner and wouldn't check me out....I explained to corporate her behavior, they weren't pleased. When dealing with the public especially with sales you need to make every customer feel special...I left $160 in shoes at the checkout counter..

This ain't the first time I've been but like always im satisfied they got a large selection of shoes to choose from and the prices is what I'm talking about I bought a pair of lugz, water repellent spray and packaging new socks and I spent less than 70

Great selection, great prices, always well stocked, organized and clean. Excellent staff. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If you can't find what you want, they will help find it for you. Best shoe store in Mt. Vernon.

Asked for specific style shoe, was walked there and left. No conversation, no offer of help. No attempt at all. I struggled 3 pairs to the counter with a cane.

Received fila shoes on may 1 St didn't wear them until I able return to work on June 3 wore 6 days and the shows tore away from the off the bottom, the glue didn't hold
