I had a real good time at Ross Dress for Less. It was my first time there and I found lots of bargains I couldn't pass up. My only complaint is getting through the aisles to get to your destination. The aisles are too close and some guest are impatient or rude trying get around. The staff was all accommodating. I will shop there again.

The staff here is great! Selection varies everyday. If you find something you like, always get! You never know if you come back for it, if it'll be there or not.Edit... look at this line in the second picture. That was taken the day it opened back up. It was crazy in there! Staff did wonderful!

The clothes were not organized at all and it was really hard to get thru between the people and racks but the prices are worth the fuss.

We always stop at different ross stores in different cities. To see what they have we love thus store. And this one didn't disappoint. Keep up the good work on decently priced clothes shoes and everything that is sold. Store was not messy at all and very friendly people working

Generally I like this store... as far as clothes go it is hit and miss in women's section it seems like there is either nothing or tons of things... but.... there is usually a decent choice of business casual tops....If you need extended size mens shoes it is definitely worth checking them out every so often... they are usually expensive and hard to find... more often than not they have a few choices in larger sizes and are actually pretty decently priced.They have a nice selection of unique home decor that's good for gifting.Anytime I need a baby shower gift I check there for cute outfits, the name brand ones are always priced way under.

I absolutely love this store. They get trucks i think 2x a week. They always have different items and you never know what they will have next. Their prices are very competitive with a very wide variety. Super friendly staff.

Really like this store. Generally feel like I get a bargain. Sadly I have wasted money by not noticing a hole or defect. There are deals to be had. Please turn down the music and open the handicapped fitting room

I'd never been here before and not sure what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised. Walked entire store and found some items that were unique and very decently priced. Nice store.

I went looking for simple canvas shoes for my granddaughters. I didnt find any and I felt the prices were quite a bit higher than previous shopping experiences. I purchased three items compared to bags full. 😥😢

This store had a LOT of clothes in my size that I really liked and bought them. Hard to find pretty tops for me being plus size, and Ross Dress for less in MT. VERNON had them. Love shopping there

I got only a tea box. It was supposed to be 4.03 and that was what the cashier told me. I asked for a 5 dollar bill if they had one because I needed it for other things. She said I could make it to where I wouldn't pay the 3 cents and I said okay sure. She charges me $5 instead of my $4.03. And the receipt said I got all of my change back when I didn't. I don't like to cause a problem in store and I talked to my boyfriend about it outside. And I know its 97 cents but when you only have 20 dollar to your name and you bought the tea for personal health stuff thT 97 cents that comes out to almost a dollar means a lot. And for to not be told about it makes me very upset because I don't even know where that money went because it sure as hell isn't on my receipt

Don't get me wrong the four stars I'll explain the great place to shop at a discounted price 4 name brand everything deeply discounted prices I'll reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars with as many employees as they had walking around trying to help people that didn't need help they could have straightened out some of the shelves a little bit but that's my OCD but other than that great atmosphere great people very respectful great place to take your children and not have to worry about them screaming and hollering for something on the Shelf because instead of a hundred bucks it's only going to cost you probably 20 or 30 just a for instance give take may very

The employees are really nice, and the store is pretty clean and organized considering the holidays.. I don't have anything negative to say, but it would be nice if the dressing rooms were available.

We love Ross!!! We travel A LOT and always make sure to stop into at least one when we are away just to see what they might have. Inexpnsive and always find something cool. A perfect place for clothing too especially if your forgot to pack something.

Ross is amazing, especially the one in Mt. Vernon. I've been to the one over in Fairview heights and was not that impressed however the one over in Mt. Vernon has TONS of great things. Home goods, clothes, shoes, dishware, cologne. You name it they have it at a great price.

This is a good store to buy inexpensive clothing and other items. My wife bought the majority of her maternity clothing here. They have a lot of other clothing as well but they don't seem to have a lot of regular casual clothes for adults like you would find at Target or Wal-Mart. At least not that I could find or it was picked through already. They have a lot of other household iteams as well like kitchen, living room, and bedroom items for a good price. They also have a section for baby clothes, toys, and other baby items. They even have a small section for auto care and hardware, don't expect to find much in those sections though. Overall it is a pretty good store.

You never know what you will find at ross, I personally like the household items and makeup. And I always get my dog a toy from here. I swear she knows the smell of a Ross bag.

I love this place. Not alot of places carry my size and my style but they do. You could come down on the prices a little bit though
