The worst pilot ever no cash advances because the lady employee manually cancelled my advance on purpose. Why are there employee responsible for supplying the store with money. Its ok for employees to be lazy but drivers are not allowed to be lazy serving a growing america for the future generations. Explain to me why its ok for workers to be unresponsible on thier work duties!

Were do I start between no good food, restaurant closing early, and busted shower locks so anyone can just walk into a shower for free and dirty showers, I don’t know which is worse. Then charging everyone to park $20 for absolutely nothing is ridiculous. Loves is way better they out preform this place usually but for some reason the mount Vernon Truck stops are horrible TA charges $24 to park but there restaurant doesn’t close early. And no, paying to park here isn’t worth it in fact this truck stop should be on the do not stop list I’m only here because my clock is out and was promised Dennys but no Denny’s which is false advertising. For anyone reading this try the loves first before coming here. :) they don’t charge for parking.

American greed at its almost best. At least parking is partly free. These allergy pills cost slightly less than $1.00 at a local drug store next to my house. Expensive but I live way out in bufu. Here at Pilot they are $6.49 for 3. I was born with allergies then I got a CDL. Thanks Pilot for the truck driver appreciation. At least the box is big enough to find

This place use 2b nice. Bugs in the shower and no place to hang my clothes. I paid $15 for the filth. Thanks for making me lower my standards Pilot ✋️. It's not the employee. It's management!

If I could give this place no stars I would I feel so sorry for the employees me and my husband walked in after a long shift of driving we always purchase our shower on app when we walked in it wasn’t giving us a shower number the employee at the register did not know what to do which was not her fault she called the manager and the managers walks up to the counter and looks at my husbands and says well you will just have to repurchase a shower and I proceeded to tell her that we had already paid for the shower she said people lie and that there was nothing she could do for us not even look up our number or rewards she proceeded to call the next customer and talk about our situation with the other customer this went on for about 30 minutes until I said give me your name and corporate number she than quickly printed a receipt and said that we could be lying again I will not ever set foot in that store ever and you best believe I’m calling corporate on Monday I could only talk to guest service today around 3pm this is not how you treat any human being … this was so stressful

This store is very clean, the showers for the truck Drivers are outstanding, and you can see that they take their time on making sure everything is done correctly. The gentleman that helped me today's name is dakota and I believe there was an assistant manager that also helped me here also. Great job team

You'll starve if you plan on eating here, the Denny's is closed, the have cold sandwiches and jalapeño n cheddar hotdogs. No wonder drivers die in their trucks with diets like that. Not a single salad to be found. If you're fine with eating junk food in place of a meal then you'll love it here. Dude, flush your dang floor drains in your showers. Immediately, I knew I was smelling sewage when I walked into the shower. The floor p-traps are dry!

Restrooms were clean and stocked. Employees were professional. THIS Travel stop HAS A Denny’s attached. There were only two of the 4 types of coffees available so they loose one star. A trucker was upset with an employee when I walked in. The employee remained composed and professional with that customer. I didn’t get her name but she’s at work as I write this review.

Pretty nice place but no keep up !!3 people behind the counter but as for coffee ... at 7am ... no choice but the extra caffeine or decaf !!!! Not good. Fresh foods isle empty but just very few things. I am sure we are not the only ones gonna miss our bean to cup coffee 😢

Clean!! Very clean. Parking lot; clean. Store; clean. Bathrooms; immaculate! No name on receipt, but it says clerk #633. What a great lady. Great attitude. My wife and I told her we write reviews. Good and bad. This one is GREAT. The Huck’s/FlyingJ. Well, I’d you’ll excuse me, they’re about to get a scathing review from us. Take care everybody.

Like other fuel stations I’ve been to, it’s exactly what you would expect from a fuel station. Snacks to fill you up, cheap beverages, and fuel to top off your vehicle. I will say the prices for this stations seemed to be a bit cheaper than others I visited in the area, so that was nice!

Today the sale clerk Tiffany refused to sale us a power inverter that was advertised on sale , for the sales price .When the young man called her over for help she looked at the price and her exact words to my husband where (I can’t sale you that for that price) that was clearly shown on the display. So my husband asked her to walk over and see that that was the price that was in a glass display case. Then she said that’s the price after a mail in rebate. How if that’s not what the displayed price said..So I called what was supposed to there corporate office and then I was told after a brief hold he called the store spoke with someone at the store , He said that the store said that would be the price after a digital rebate for the sale. No where on the advertisement was this printed on it anywhere. I guessing it’s because we’re Brown skinned people is why this happened to us… Truck Drivers are what keeps America Supplied with all the essential we need to live and they are being discriminated against because of the color of there skin.

Love the new coffee dispensers.Diesel fuel island were dirty with dirt and fuel which made it real slippery. All trash bins were full.

Disgusting Pilot one of the worst and I've been to several. URINE ALL OVER THE FLOOR!!! Looks like the men's restroom has not been cleaned in several days. Toilet paper out on 3 of the 5 stalls. Restroom smells and boxes of restock all over the merchandise pegs.Not sure if they're short-handed or not but definitely very poor management

Decent Pilot with a lot of grocery/supply shopping nearby,Walmart and Aldi right across the road, easy walking distance.Shower wasn't cleaned well, but it beats having no access to one.

Fuel in Effingham is cheaper. The pump handle lock is broke so you have to hold the Handle to fuelThey aren't closing the pumps when they don't work

Truck parking very tight by the entrance for semis, one of the worst looking and nastiest mens bathroom I have ever seen 2 clogged toilets out of the 4 toilet paper and what looks like pee stains all on the floor overall with the way the bathroom looks I dont even want to know what the showers look like not going to post pics of what's in side the toilets to gross lol

This place is not worth stopping at, not even if you need fuel, go to Flying J or any other fuel station in this area (there's plenty). This Pilot needs remodeled/Upgraded and not just the building but the employees also.P.S. Be careful because there are 2 different places to do reviews for this one.👎😔👎

Some pilot are excellent, other places need managers who care about the appearance of their staff and store. Cause sometimes I walk into some of these pilots and I feel like I just left a trap house.

Really nasty place, trash is full like 3 days trash sitting around it. Bathroom looks like not been clean for couple days. Doors are filthy like never cleaned.
