I went to this pet shop to look for different colored guppies other than what i have. I have been raising my guppies for over two years and have been very successful. I bought 6 guppies from this pace and brought them home. I tested their water to see what kind of reading i would get and the results were terrible!! I kept those fish in a ten gallon tank by their self under quarantine for a week and at the end of it there were only two left. They only have a 24 hour return policy on their fish which should of told me from the get go that they are not very confident in their pets survival rate! I took the final two believing i was out of the danger time frame and put them in with my guppies in my 35 gallon tank. Well they died shortly after and now the disease is sweeping through like wild fire.. I have been losing guppies at a rate of 2-3 per day. Guppies i have raised since birth and even their parents. I have a med treatment in there right now so all i can do is sit back and wait to see if i will have any survivors. Raising guppies has become a hobby for me and even though they are fish i am attached to them. I think it is awful that there is such a place as petacular pet store selling such diseased fish. One of the workers who I assumed was the owner bragged to me about how she never does water changes and what products she uses to try and sell to me. I should have immediately taken the fish back when i checked the water but instead i tried to save them and it has cost me dearly! I will Never shop their again and i will never recommend this place to anyone!

I love this little pet store. I visit here as often as possible just to watch the rats, mice, hamsters, lizards, turtles, hermit crabs, snakes, frogs, birds, and fish! Such a diverse selection of animals, there's not enough time in the day to play with them all. My mother goes there monthly to get crickets for our gecko and, although they sometimes are out of stock of larger crickets, they always have mealworms or other various replacement foods. They warn us of a certain worm we could feed them and told us all the risks, which potentially saved our gecko! I have two Russion Dwarf Hamsters that I bought from them on sale for $7, and four months later and they're still happy and healthy! I don't think I'll ever stop going to this store, and, besides it's general appearance as a building, I couldn't be happier with it.

The building looks real trashy. While my friend and I were looking at mice the lady who worked there was very friendly. But unfortunately one of the mice got free and in an attempt to capture it a picture frame had fallen on my friends head and hurt her. The animals look well taken care of but the building just looks like it could fall apart ang minute. Also at the time there was no air conditioning and just fans in the doorway. I got my first hamster their and I loved it then I got another on because that one died it was already tame and every thang then I went to Pet co to get another one and I t wasn't died I never heard me say this in my head till the day I got that hamster I was hoping it would die and I finally did so if I ever get another hamster or other it would be from this store I don't like petco I don't think they treat their animals right I think if I could I would go to this pet store any day and every day
