1st time here! We stopped on a Friday around 3 pm, after getting done eating next door and it wasn’t busy at all. Was greeted while walking in and was asked if we needed help. There is a self dog washing station in the back. Tons of pet food options available. Tons of parking available.

We recently had our baby there for grooming with Paige. We'vee had several bad experiences with other groomers and he had gotten afraid to be left with them for some reason, if only he could talk. I like the fact they groom right out in the open. When I picked him up, I was pleasantly surprised!! He looked the best he had ever looked from other establishments in Mt Vernon!! We will definitely go back!!

I buy 2 cases of Fancy Feast Florentine & treats every week. I rack up the rewards points fast and cash in $15 coupons often! Cashiers are really nice & helpful plus plenty of parking. I've never had any personal experience with the grooming department personally because I've had friends who've said some pretty negative things about it but everything else is wonderful!!!

Went in for my dogs haircut, they tell me in the store that the state requires me to have papers on me (rabies), then they couldn't stop calling my dog (Fred) a her, after explained that I would have to reschedule for another day I couldn't help but wander why would I want to come back, if the employees can't even understand what the sex of my dog is do you really think I'm going to trust you with sessions near him.

The staff are extremely helpful, if they don't know an answer to a question they will ask someone. The clearance prices are great, you do have to hunt the store to find them. I was gutted they had no more beef cheek it was the item I came in the store for, those were on sale and got brought out.

I love pet supply. The staff is wonder and friendly and always helpful. My dogs all love going even if it's just to socialize. I do wish they had more sport dog toys and equipment but I can't expect that much from just a pet store.

The cashier was amazing he helped me set up my pet account card and then a few weeks later I was buying 2 things of cat litter he even took the time helped me figure out if it was clumping !! just amazing very professional cashier such a sweet guy ..!!! He should be a manager!!

Best pet supply store I’ve been too. The employees Miley and would consider great friends for the short time we were their they treated Miley like their own helped me out with her above and beyond. They Truly do care about pets and willing to go the extra mile to help others and there pets. Will always stop by with Miley when I travel through again soon. Miley loved it there and I’m sure she can’t wait to see all the employees there we met. She had a great time, amazing job with bathing her she’s still very soft clean as a whistle. If you love your pets this is the store to shop at. Great people who care and love pets. Staff was very very but didn't know alot about reptiles they has several burrowing species on pine shaving which is horrible for them. As I was trying to look for a sand boa went to hold it and was informed quite rudely that they could only let me touch it. I'm sorry but if I am buying it and the supplies for it you can let me see how handable it is

Great pet shop lots of options for each pet from dogs and cats to rabbits lizards fish ferrets birds and crabs. The live crickets are great for fishing too. Great service getting fish for aquaponics system.

Last time I was here it was ok the curly haired reptile guy with glasses idk no his name is really rude and if you plan to buy your reptile here and it's not one of the girls it's him go elsewhere he's been nothing but rude the last couple times I've been there acts like it's to much to ask him a question or get help

It is a bit pricey but they do have all of the top brands, they are always very friendly and greet you when you walk in and ask if you need help finding anything. All in all if it is in your budget it is an excellent place to shop

Staff was helpful and very well kept store. Store has a good selection of items. Ms. Paige assisted in finding all items that we needed has well has answering all of my questions. Prices were lower than the area I traveled from. My next travel through the area I plan on stopping by again for treats for my hounds I left home.

This store is always clean, the product selection is through the roof, the employees seem to genuinely care, and the company is always sending me lots of coupons. PSP may be higher in price than common less-specialized stores but they make up for it with quality.

I've shopped at this location multiple times. I'm nearly always greeted by a staff member who seems sincere in their greeting. They almost always immediately ask if I need help finding anything. I've found them to be knowledgeable and eager to help.

I love this store! They have great fish and fish supplies. Very helpful staff. I enjoy going in to see the new critters.Update: The store must have had some staff turnover. The fish they have are not looking as good and the plants are not so great. I went in and the front staff is wonderful. The fish staff not so much. I will purchase dry goods but not fish until something changes.

Thank you to the girls who trimmed my lucys nails just a little bit ago did an awesome job. Sorry my other half forgot your names I apologize. Men ...he drives me nuts . She never been in a swing before but he said it didn't bother her and her tail was wagging at our groomer she's been more jittery.Thank you so much for taking care of my baby girl.Love the store and employees are all so sweet never had a bad experience.Love the way if your dog don't like the food we get a refund and they give it to the shelters....pricelessKeep up the good work!!! ❤❤👍👍

I love going here!!! They always have some sort of deal! I generally go for the deals on treats and toys... Yesterday was the first time I used the grooming section for my dog to get her nails done and let me tell yeah for only a few dollars more than what I pay just for nails to be cut at the groomer I usually go to pet supplies also filed her nails after cutting them and cleaned her ears and was worth the extra money because my girlie has some ear issues and they did better than I ever do cleaning her ears I thank them very much

Very amazing experience. The team was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t have exactly what I was looking for but the manager informed me about this wonder Redford that I’ll have to give a try with my Poodles. Very nice experience and I definitely will be back!
