Purchased a generator from this store that was on sale. It was a great deal that was hard to pass up. They informed me that someone else had returned the generator but it had been tested from the factory to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. They said if I had any trouble with it I could return it but I had to be within 5 days. When I purchased the generator, it already had gas and oil in it. The gas wasn’t completely full, so I went to the gas station and topped it off. Got to the house tried to start the unit. It would not start so I waited to start again. wait some more time. Try to start again, nothing. So I came back to Harbor freight to return it and they said they can’t take it because there’s gas and oil in it which is the same way that I purchased. Basically, I’m screwed with a generator that will not run. Their customer support people are pretty well worthless will not do anything else to help Just be aware if you ever bought anything from Harbor freight especially something that had already been returned previously.

Good products for the price. I bought a 110 gas-less welder. Works well for small projects like exhaust, trailers, anything 1/4 inch or thinner.

For all your needs even if sometimes cheap, as long as it gets the job done. All the staff are always helpful every time I have been in the store. Most of them know thier products too.

They had what I needed at a discounted price. I'm not saying that the quality is as high as a name brand but you can get two for what one would cost.

This is a nice store,I have the swipe card however I thought it was a member so I went to get a purchase and electric tool and I got up there and the cashier said that it's a yearly fee to be a member so I don't understand why I have my swipe card, but actually not getting the deal so I was very disappointed about that.

Call to the store the the manager that answers the phone not only found the product went out on the floor and got the product and put it in hold until we could get there what a great benefit to have it I will do this more often

They have more stock then the one in Fairview Heights. Being a new store it's also much cleaner then the one in Fairview. I went to check out the grey 5 drawer tool cart. Which is the only HF for like 150 miles that has them in stock and in grey. Going tomorrow to get me a cart for maintenance at work.

I have loved Harbor Freight for many years back when you ordered from a catalog. Then Fairview Heights had a store built. We traveled there often. Now Mt. Vernon, IL has one and I love it! I don't have to travel as far and I can travel more frequently now. Everyone was great!

Went in for a table saw listed on internet. Couldn't find it staff came by asking if they could help...well they had to go check back in stock area but they found exactly the one I wanted, took to the register for me, helped me with my coupon and even loaded it for me. Everyone was pleasant and helpful!
