Bought multiple pens since it’s one of the only locations to by from in such a tiny area. Had no problems purchasing. Removed the coil but was still told by the manager or owner because now it’s illegal. The constant ripoff of their items being broken and wanting to not stand by their products that they sell blows my mind. It’s clear that money is all they care about and not providing proper service for a item purchased and then broken within weeks of buying it. The blue you can see is old enough that wear and paint is pretty much gone. That wasn’t the issue. 4 months into this pen the button had fallen in. Then we purchased another and not even 2 weeks after buying the button on the second pen had fallen in too. I called prior. Told them it had been used and was told to bring it in to see what could be done. If there was nothing that could have been done then why ask me to come in? And after I had explained what had happened and after saying they were used. Poor management/ownership with misleading help.

Love going here to buy my monster bars! They have many different brands, n flavors. Have candles that are amazing, n some other really cool items. They have a drawing for cash money every week as well! They have helpful cashiers n Drive thru too!

I think it's pitiful that people complain that day in and day out they can't find people to work but yet when you apply and are willing to take a different job the people running said store refuse to hire the people that apply at these businesses. PITIFUL

I came in and asked for boveda packs. As a tobacco shop with a cigar room that shouldn't be that tough of an ask. However the girl working had no clue what i was talking about even after i showed her one out of one of the boxes in the cigar room. She was like most the workers at this place completely uninterested in helping me as the customer. I have spwnt enough in this place but i go to effingham enough to spend there from now on.

I have had no issues with this place. The vapes I get always work, and the women who work there are incredibly nice. It is organized and has a good variety of products.

They are expensive but they don't have much competition
