If the washers' card system is broken, don't listen to the workers when they tell you it still takes quarters. It doesn't and they'll berate you for trying after watching you load the washers after having lied directly to your face and gave you the quarters to use. Also, cell service sucks here and the ATMs were down.

This is a good truck stop. Very clean. Just a tip drivers, If you don't want to look like a newbie. When you get in truck stop, TURN OFF YOU'RE BLINKER. When you park, TURN OFF YOU'RE HEADLIGHTS! And don't park 10' out farther than the truck next to you. And I hate "curb parkers".

We stopped at this Loves on the way home from St Louis with two bus loads, totally 70 people. The subway and McDonald’s staff had us all in and fed within 20 min! They were beyond friendly and the food was great! Thank you all!

Nice store and all goodish parking.Biggest petpeeve is the shower room why! Why! Why do you have the toilet paper dispenser right next to the toilet!!!!!!! No!!!! Uncomfortable arm leaning against it...... That's my only complaint other then water pressure sucks!!!!!! Need a better shower system!!! Come on y'all need to treat us drivers better!!!And why the random hand dryer?????? Be better to put in them hair dryers like Petro does! Sigh.... Oh well ..Update the hand dryer is nice to dry off my shampoo bottles and loofah.

Used dump station and got propane for our Rv. Worked well and off the i80. Open 24 hours a day.

Always clean. Friendly cashiers. No long lines. Open 24 hrs. Parking lot is always clean and has someone collecting trash. I wish they had donuts and better parking.

My wife and I were OTR truck drivers for 6 years. We for that all of the Love's travel centers were always much cleaner than any other travel centers. The only downside for travel centers is the choice of foods. All travel centers promote very unhealthy food choices that promote obesity and several other health issues.These places should at least offer a restaurant that serves healthy meals.

They advertise propane and they have a propane tank, but they don’t have propane service. What a waste of time.

I'd just like to apologize to the country of anyone I have offended on the road in the past and I have turned from those evil and wicked ways for good. Y'all have been more than good too me and I just wanted to sincerely apologize to anyone in the United States if I had offended anyone or for anything I did in my past. Thank you loves for the parking, the amenities, the great showers and food. Thank you for shelter to have a place to rest and eat hot food. And be able to use the microwave and for the toilet paper and towels and all the small things. May God bless your franchise and thank you for putting up with me.

Typical loves. On a cleanly appearing business it's better than pilot and WAY better than TA/Petro. Though I am disappointed at the fact that the aforementioned truck stops both allow you to add money to pre paid cards such as Chime. . . .us truckers find those little perks quite useful. . .. .loves. Up your game. The competitors may not be the best, but they are more versatile

Nice new pumps, clean inside, and the restroom even had pumice soap for degreasing your hands, nice.Only wished the bathroom doors opened out rather than pushed in - it'd be safer for people trying to leave the restroom.

Great experience at Loves in Utica, Illinois. Showers exceptionally clean as was the store. Well stocked.The best part…the staff!! In particular Christina and Pamela. You talk about hospitality…they’re the definition of the highest level of it. couldn’t be better if they invited me to their homes. That’s how they make you feel. So welcoming, happy, accommodating…ready to help get you back on the road. I use Loves exclusively but Pamela and Christina make this one special. Please thank them as I had driven almost 11 hours that day, was exhausted and they made my day.

Well kept place, very spacious. I come here a couple of times each week for fuel and my only complaint is their buckets of window cleaner at the diesel pumps are always filthy water.. no detergent in them ever, that I've seen.

It was busy when we got there. 2 buses were taking a pit stop so the line for the bathroom was insane. However, the store was clean and the staff were friendly.

Store looked great. Roller grill and hot case was full. The cashier was fast and friendly. Then I went to McDonald's. Mean old lady up front, super slow, huge line. McDonald's was dirty and the old lady was practically yelling at the people that were walking in. I watched people just walk out. McDonald's you can do better.

We know what to expect, where things are located and that we will be greeted politely. Regardless of the fact it usual runs 25-30 cents more for fuel than local stations.

Excellent customer service! This place is the BEST! I dropped my phone in their parking lot, they found it and shipped it to me! I am so grateful for their EXCELLENT customer service. If you are traveling on I-80, you should stop there for sure! The Manager, Matt Clark, went above & beyond by helping me like this. Thank you so much! <3

By far the worst Love's truck stop that I've ever been to, there was a big guy working behind the counter that was pretty cool but the chick assistant him was very rude very very rude. The bathrooms were down which probably isn't their fault, women had to use the men's restroom, men had to use the trailer in the parking lot. Again probably not their fault. There were no tongs for the roller machines, they were out of coffee.. imagine that a truck stop out of coffee.. there was no chili or cheese for the roller items.. hardly any drinks at all in the cooler...There seems to be shortages with all kinds of stuff due to covid, I'll even let him slide on the coffee thing but I plan on calling corporate tomorrow about the rude chick behind the counter, again the guy was really really cool ,chick was rude pretty much through my change at me and just walked off without saying anything.... I've never received service like that and a loves... I would recommend going down a couple more miles if you're headed west to the flying j at exit 75 .

Love's Travel Stop never disappoints. It does not matter when or where we stop at one they are always clean, lots of neat things to look at/shop for. Great selection on snacks, drinks and food. The staff is always friendly and the restrooms are always clean. I like that there is usually a fast food restaurant attached for more selection of food.
