I would like to say to the two dog face dirty rodents that worked in the pharmacy on 1/11/2024 both of you ugly nasty unprofessional dirty unstable creatures need to find another job. Everything about this pharmacy is gross everyone is incompetent and I don’t know how many times the lil Mexican girl done gave me somebody else’s meds but I’m sick of everybody in this facility they need to shut it down don’t be nothing but crackheads all around and then you got two working right in the pharmacy like they gone whoop somebody

Gross incompetence. Six weeks ago I submitted a prescription for a medication and it still has not been filled. Two weeks ago I submitted a refill request for a different medication and was told it was "out of stock." In two weeks they could not get more? I'm down to my last dose. How can a pharmacy go two weeks without a supply of a medication? This isn't potato chips that are "out of stock," this is people's medication. It seems that they could not care less. Great attitude for a pharmacy to have.

Refills fall through the cracks; notes say to call and then keep you on hold for upwards of 45 minutes. The substandard competency and efficiency of the staff is worrisome, considering they are dealing with people's medications. I'm done with Walgreens.

There's a super, super nice gentleman that works there. He's probably in his 50s or 60s but he's the nicest Walgreens worker I've ever met, and he cares deeply for his customers. Other staff there have been great too. (Would be a 5 star but their pharmacy is bad.)

The worst pharmacy ever they are rude they tell you your medicine going to be ready that day then it's not til two days later. Don't get me started on the new pharmacist he's super rude and thinks he's your primary care provider They should have been closed them down SERIOUSLY

They are under staffed and busy during peak hours.The only way to get your prescription filled is to show up, otherwise it will take days for them to fill anything.During non peak hours it can take about an hour to get anything at the pharmacy.On the plus side, the actual store is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just stay away from the actual pharmacy unless insurance forces you there.

Well, it seems a lot of the problems from the 5 Points location (the Walgreens on Cunningham Ave.) have found their way to this Walgreens. Ive been going here for a year even though its out of my way since the 5 points location is even worse, but now it seems like this location has also finally given up trying to actually be a decent pharmacy. Ive been waiting on a very simple antibiotic perscription for 3 days now with no word, and every time I call I just get told to call back later with no option to speak to a person, so now I have to drive all the way out there to probably argue with a pharmacy tech that has no interest in actually helping me and then wait even longer while they try to fill it, and if my last experience was any indication, they probably tried to fill it at multiple locations and will try to charge me uninsured rates and then not know how to fix it without calling in an important manager, wasting even more of my time. Will never use Walgreens, ever again, I will drive to Rantoul if i have to. I strongly suggest literally anything else, I'd rather buy off a street corner than trust these guys at this point... really dissapointed as just a few years ago Walgreens was by far the best service in town, which is why ive stuck with them this long in the hopes they may get back to pre-COVID service but I just can't anymore

This is by far the worst Pharmacy in Champaign-Urbana. For 3 months I have been trying to refill a prescription and every time I get an email that it was received. Yet every time it doesn't get filled. When I tried calling in I am on hold for 2 hours! Just for them to hang up on me while answering the phone. If you are looking for a Pharmacy in Champaign-Urbana I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

Pharmacy kept us on hold for over 25 min before disconnecting (hung up), called back and wasted another 20 min before the same.Called to speak to store manager, who could care less saying the pharmacy was swamped…. Asked if she would like to hear our feedback or prefer we call corporate … she hung up.A tremendous professional representing Walgreens ….

This pharmacy is inexcusably short-staffed. Always. There are long lines. When you try to reach them by phone, they will never pick up. I waited on hold for two hours today before giving up. There's a major management problem here that needs to be fixed.

Lucky to even get a star. They lie over the phone about medication availability consistently (3+ years of service with them). They work unbelievably slow and protest against any person trying to get their medication by adding their order to the back of the line.They lack accountability and knowledge concerning their own job.A miserable Walgreens near a college campus with a pharmacy where students need need need medication and the single Walgreens pharmacy in 10 miles barely meets their demands.

Oh my goodness the pharmacy used to be great with calling and following up with the updates on prescriptions. My order was delayed and needed more information, the staff did not call to inform me of anything. It took me almost a month to get my prescription. Kept getting the run arounds from different associates. Told them I could easily take my business elsewhere, they were like oh well. Very unprofessional!

Always takes 20 min to call. Mess up prescriptions give partial fills charge full price and then don't want to give u rest of meds. This place is horrible.

Horrible pharmacy! They will fill your prescription and close early! Happened 3 times in a year!!! I was dumb enough to link my card to my account so today, my prescription was filled. Paid for and i was notified it was ready. I get there and they are closed for 3 days!!! I hate this store

I agree there are some rude employees. If you get a job at a place like Walgreens you should be prepared to have a smile on your face and be helpful/courteous. They don't get the sale items or clearance items marked out nearly as fast as any other Walgreens here in Champaign/Urbana. And to top it off some of the employees in the pharmacy have a tendency to do a high amount of judging when you hand them a prescription to be filled. I think sometimes people in this industry have a tendency to forget that we as the public keep them employed by being return customers. If you don't like your job or being a people person find a new job.

Constantly understaffed and there is never less than a 30 minutes wait. This is not by any means a reflection on the employees but more the Walgreens corporation and it’s subpar standards for its employees and customers.

Pharmacy is awful, and now to add to this they're now opening at 10 am, and then close at 6 pm, this is ridiculous, as a person who works all the time I can never make it between those hours.

I visit here frequently as I work close by, I like the store but I wish someone would do something about the guy asking for money in the parking lot EVERY day. I don’t want strangers approaching my car or stopping me as I try to walk inside!

Don’t come here. They are extremely extremely slow. They took 50 mins to schedule the second COVID shot because of the lethargic attitude. There was just one additional customer but both have been waiting for 50 mins. now.

Takes forever to get a prescription filled. My wife puts a refill request online and even 24 hours later it is still not ready for pick up. Also seems to constantly be understaffed.
