I LOVE Pennie. She has a gentle spirit and treats my precious Ernie so kindly. He was dropped off a little (ok,a lot) stinky and in real need of a nail trim. I picked him up a fresh smelling puffball with very well trimmed nails. Even more important is that he was happy. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Great 1st time going to Penny she is the best. After my puppy had a bad experience at petsmart pj's grooming took her in and bathed and groomed my puppy. She came home smelling and looking good. Definitely recommend getting your dog groomed with her. Thank you

This groomer is wonderful. Don’t think twice about bringing your pup/pet to this one woman pet grooming shop in Urbana. Penny is an amazing dog groomer who runs a private grooming business in a neighborhood location. My Silkie Terrier was groomed exactly the way I asked. I really like supporting local independent business professionals and I confidently recommend that you bring your pet to Penny. One more plus that you should know is that Penny is well organized and doesn’t schedule multiple pets at once and therefore your pet is ready for pick-up in an easy 2hr. period. She is a top-notch professional! You will be more than happy with her service! : )

Today was my fur baby’s first time being Pennys client. I am so happy with the results. She did really well on her cut and full grooming. My fur baby is a Shih Tzu/Pom mix. I brought her in to Penny with being so matted, now my baby is soft and looking pretty. Thanks Penny!
