So I've had several problems with the specific location, but I'm gonna keep it really simple. Definitely ask them to use their Mijers discount on any medication you buy. They will not do it for you. It could save you up to ten dollars and it doesn't harm the employee at all to do it, but they choose not to so keep that in mind.

I would like to thank Tina, the urbana Meijer pharmacist. My family and I had some very complicated medication requests which involved very detailed communication with doctors, pharmacists and the insurance company. Tina went above and beyond, personally calling me daily until everything was sorted out and taken care of. As a parent, getting necessary meds for a child is very stressful and Tina made sure we got what we needed in a very timely manner! We can’t thank her enough.

Meijer pharmacy is great. Never had an issue, been going there for years. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.The location is convenient and their drive through is decently fast, usually very low wait times in my experience.

I was expecting a delivery, and waited until I received a message that Shipt couldn't deliver, because I didn't answer the door. Shipt never knocked on my door, and when I explained that to the pharmacy tech, she kept repeating, in a nasty tone, Shipt knocked on your door, you didn't answer...over and over, calling me a liar. I was lest than polite with my final remark.

Cheaper prescriptions than CVS or Walgreens but the service here has gotten so abysmal that it’s not worth it anymore. Been placed on multiple 30 minute holds just trying to talk to a pharmacist on the phone. Drive through and in-store lines are usually not long but always very slow

By far one of the best pharmacy experiences I have had in the area. The workers are kind and understanding. They do their best to help you out in filling or even transferring a prescription. I have waited a week at other pharmacies in the area, only to have Meijer to fill something within 24 hours.

Apparently their systems don't handle electronic cancellations from doctors but handle electronic orders? So when my doctor canceled an order they "didn't receive it," and still sent us on our way with the incorrect prescription! Then when we came back to get it corrected there was nothing they could do since we left the pharmacy... the pharmacist didn't even think to question why we were getting two bottles of the same medication in different forms (tablet and pill) and gave us the wrong medicine. Thank goodness we read the labels and caught it! Never using this pharmacy again.

I used to like this pharmacy a lot, but now it seems to be hit or miss. They never have both of my super common medications in stock at the same. The people who work in the pharmacy are nice enough, but between my medications and my kids' medications, it seems like I am making a lot of extra trips.
