I came in with a rare issue that took some time to figure out, but everyone was patient, kind, and all around awesome. I tend to have bad luck with these kinds of things, so it was a real breath of fresh air to work with people that were so rad. Shout out to Sheba! 1000000/10 would get meds with this crew again.

I tried calling them to ask about the availability of 2 different doses of the same medication. The woman said " I can only tell you one" and said that she "couldn't just go down the line and tell [me] everything." I asked if I could call back to ask for the second option and she said I could but I would have to speak with someone else. So I called back and the same woman answered the phone- I said I had just called and would like to speak to someone else (as instructed) and she laughed and said to hold on. She got back on the line and said that she tried handing the phone off but couldn't because "it's a safety issue." I have never had this much of an issue with a pharmacy simply telling me the availability of a very often out-of-stock medication. Absolutely fuming with the degree of customer service.

It doesn't make any sense that CVS has five people behind their counter only one person doing pickup and the only thing that you doing is picking up high blood pressure medicine it doesn't make any sense that you have to wait 2 hours in line just to get medicine and the line be all the way across the floor and the people that standing behind the counter don't do anything along with the pharmacist don't do anything but look at you and look at that computer look at you and look at the computer it just so disgusting and it's just unprofessional I should have stayed at Walmart

Always short staffed. Cannot get through on the phone. Drive-thru is often closed evidently due to staffing issues, making it inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues.

Rather give zero stars. Dont do it! Lines are long always- they forget to input your rx, send you scrambling and are entirely unprofessional.

Been on hold for over 2 hours only listening to music I think they've been sitting in there waiting for the time for the store to close I bet you write at 8:00 they'll hang up the phone but they sure won't answer it to take care of your calls this is the worst I have ever seen this Pharmacy needs to be emptied out of all these people and put in people that want to work instead of people who want to sit in there and do their own thing play with their phones and flirt with each other

Worst service ever, the pharmacist was rude, was in-person to get a prescription transferred for an antibiotic for a baby and he said I'll get to it when I get to it maybe 3 hours to 24 hours, we live an hour away and the Meijer was out of stock. Had to refuse, went across the street to Walgreens and they said sure thing and took 15 mins. Now boycotting CVS, used to be great but putting my baby in danger just to be LAZY AND RUDE is unacceptable.

I've never had a bad experience at this CVS. They've always been courteously, understanding, and professional. Their prices are more than fair and they are very well stocked. The pharmacy department has helped find discounts on my medications when I was having insurance problems and saved me a LOT of money. I highly recommend them
