After selling our home of nearly 30 years, We were nervous about apartment living. So glad we found Parkstone, great place to live and pet friendly a few minor hiccups moving in, the building manager and maintenance had everything smoothed out quickly. Highly recommend Parkstone.

Very nice apartments if you're looking for a place here that has a lot of amenities. Rent even includes the internet and t.v. along with a washer and dryer already hooked up. There is a community room on each floor with T.v., kitchen area. There is also an exercise room. Rent includes everything except electric. All appliances are electric so no gas bill. Pets require a deposit. There are balconies for each apartment with the most spacious being the corner apartments. The place is clean and has underground parking with direct elevator access. Apply in advance because it usually takes time to get in.

A great place to call home. My husband and I have been here going on 3 years. We love it. The building manager, Jennifer is always right on top of taking care of any problem. And she is good an creating events for the community within the Apartment building. Bob, the maintenance man comes in quickly repairs the issue, and then leaves quickly. This is a great place for singles, families and older people. It is a clean environment, and you can't beat the price for everything that your rent includes.

I stayed here briefly while my house was being renovated and had a great experience. It's a bit on the pricier side, but the underground garage, included utilities (including cable and Internet) and well appointed apartments (especially the kitchen) makes these a great option. I had very positive experiences with the staff too, especially Kim — always very helpful.I had a few minor issues with the appliances in my unit during my stay, and they took care of them immediately. The handyman they keep on staff, who's name unfortunately escapes me at the moment, was always super nice too.

Don't be scared of the price. It seems like a lot, but you get what you pay for and more. I've never had a better manager and maintenance staff. They're always there to help! There is a nice community room you can rent out to have parties. Also, a heated parking garage with an elevator! This is a super secure place. I've never felt so safe and taken care of in an apartment complex before. I have been here for 6 months now, and I have had ZERO complaints!

Parkstone Villas has been an amazing place to call home. Jennifer and the maintenance workers are extremely professional, courteous and go well above and beyond any average expectations. The property is well maintained, clean and quiet. The neighbors are friendly and courteous and I truly don’t have a single negative thing to say. I can confidently say that I’m glad I picked Park Stone Villas as our home and feel safe raising our new little family here.

Nice place to live. Spacious two bedroom unit, with modern amenities. Accepts pets which is hard to find in a nice rental place.Hard to move in, but worth it once you do. One elevator, several flights of stairs, no direct outside access to individual units.Good management practices. Current manager Jen is very nice and helpful! Responds quickly to requests. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.Drawbacks.....need different garbage set up, that is, wooden door is falling apart and very hard to open and close. Need more recycling bins. Pathway to NW door so don’t have to go through grass from garbage area.

Nice spacious apartments, with great management, and nice interior. We have had a few issues with the in wall heating/air-conditioning units failing. They allow pets which is a huge benefit for the apartments (hard to find pet friendly in the area).The basement parking is nice in the winter and in the rain. Which lead to drywall replacements and replacing a unit. In the end it all got fixed in a semi-fast time.

Very nice clean, safe place to live. Jennifer Feagin is very helpful to make everyone feel like this place is home to them. Nice large apartments with balconies to make one feel like being in your own home. Inside parking, building all nicely lighted. Nice to walk inside the building, an exercise room to use, plus a community room to use for everyone to have special gatherings.

Very nice place to live. Love that there is a parking garage and an elevator which are great for someone with limited physical abilities. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Jen is quick to respond with concerns or complaints. Another perk is the freee WiFi and cable included in your monthly rent. I highly recommend!

I been living at Parkstone Villas for almost a Year and Like many of the amenities they have and how Your Rent covers some things that in Other places you have to contract separately such as your Cable, Internet and such. The only Utility you have under your Name is electricity.so you have two bills to pay every month rent and electricity.some other Things I like about the location are:Grocery Store within a walking Distance, main Highway within a Block Interest ate 57 within 5 minutes.another great thing they have is the Covered Parking on the Basement is Heated for the winter months and the access is just for Residents so your Vehicle is secure and Out of the weather.overall is a Good Place to Live.

I have lived at Parkstone Villa for 3 years. The building is secure and the building manager is easy to get a hold of and very friendly. The maintenance man is quick to respond and fixes any issues as soon as he can. If it cant be fixed or will take too long, he will replace the appliance so not to be an inconvenience.

First and foremost, Jen is doing a great job.Basically a good place to live. A minor point for me is the lack of either eggshell or gloss paint or a washable surface on the backsplash area of the kitchen. The flat paint being used cannot be effectively cleaned without scrubbing the paint off the wall. I even requested to be allowed to put up a backsplash, at least by the stove months ago and have not received a response from corporate.A recent leak from the apartment above caused damage to the ceiling that was repaired, but in a way that left a bit to be desired. That is, however what it is. More of the drywall should have been replaced, rather than doing a cut and paste to save a few bucks.I think that the Champaign based management should realize this is not college housing, nor in Champaign and some of us may want to be here a while.
