Update 12/8Best and friendliest service EVER! Food hot,fresh and delicious. I will return. Was drive thru visit at 7:05 am.Since when are burnt biscuits acceptable? Store number not valid on survey.Cant believe the quality was so bad. I was the biscuit maker years ago. This is not quality.

The store waa in a great location friendly staff,walked in on fatigued or rather folks who seservwd a 15 minute break or more.I get alternative truths does EXIST in business that says open 24 hrs.I get it that there is change of cashiers mid shift.What i did not appreciate and am sure because i was tired after an OTR vacation ,drove for approx 8hrs before stopping here to eat Patience was not my virtue this day but i thinl the store owner or franchise owner can DO SOMETHING different .It is expected to wait ,but be clear on how long 10 minutes is!!BET my timing was poor ,after a long trip with hubby,we stopped here during what we determined was "10minutes" change of drawers,or end of shift ,it took foreverBut Honesty is paramount to maintaining fatigued hungry clients😆So how about be Clear,We are closed,it should take 10 minutes ,but it may be Longer than that!!!!! I mean we get it!!! They may be short staffed or fatigued employees and during the 10 minute break they deserve a fresh breath of air,may be an additional 30 minutes BREAK TIME,or just to move around go outside,get off their feet during their SHIFT..However the enthusiatic hungry travellers also need to Know the truth,We will be totally fine ,if served with that.We had to go dinner IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!! 😍Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and tables🤩

Elana served chick strips that had prob sat there for 1/2 hour tyey whetent even warm. Tuscola IL. We also got mushroom n Swiss that had 3 mushroom on it. Very bad service. When we called she was rude and hateful.

We ordered 3 hot ham and cheese sandwiches and a large fry at 4pm. The sandwiches were cold- meat cold and the cheese wasn't melted at all. The bread was hard and crusty. We didn't eat any of them. The fries were warmish and were eaten. We are on a road trip and wanted something hot and quick to eat, was VERY disappointed. Staff were friendly and the place was clean.

I purchased my first Frisco Burger in Georgia thought this will be my go to it was great.Order sucked fries were limp and soggy Frisco Burger was bad soggy also just wasn't the Georgia Hardies everything fresh. Order seem to be made ahead of time we live 3 min away. Will not return to this location. Pure laziness. Normally I would have went back in person with my complaint what's the point.

ALERT THEY ARE SERVING OLD AND UNFREASH FOOD!!! I order a egg and cheese sandwich. The food made me extremely sick. Yes it was this food it was the only thing I ate all that day. I had it to go by the time I notice I did not taste right I was already too far away from the store. MY STOMACHWAS SOUR AND I THROUGH UP ALL MORNING.

I’ve only tried this Hardee’s 3 or 4 times & the food is always cold/old. I got chicken strips & fries tonight & the fries weren’t even edible. They were very soggy & cold. The chicken strips had a weird texture, they were probably old too. I like Hardee’s but I’m surprised this one gets any business besides people off the interstate that haven’t been there before.

Burger was excellent, probably the best of all fast food chains. Plain fries were also delicious with a curly fry option. Bun was somewhat colder than room temp, but that just means they keep them refrigerated. Time to update the microwave. Staff were courteous, and the place was clean. Overall it was a real nice experience for a gas station add-on.

When I told the drive thru girl my order was wrong she ripped the bag out of my hand then replaced wrong items. When I took my order inside the employee's made me feel like it was my fault they didn't get my order right. I didn't notice until I was driving down interstate i was also forgetting a sandwich i paid for. The employee's were rude. I go to the Hardee's in Oakwood and I was shell shocked with how rude Tuscola Hardee's employee's were. I'm biased. I've loved Hardee's since I was a kid and it's only ever gotten better.It's probably one of the priciest of the big fast food places but you pay a premium price for a better product, larger portions, and better service indoors.Order and sit and they bring it out to you. This isn't a full service restaurant by any means, but it is a cut above the rest.I'll always prefer this food to the others, but it's a special treat because, as I said, it's a bit heavier on the wallet.

I’ve had different experiences at this location. The first few visits my order was correct, the food was great, the service was great, however the persons working the drive through didn’t know how to count change. Since then my order hasn’t been correct or the biscuit was hard. It was 8am and the biscuits should not be hard and crumble. I was excited for a Hardee’s in Tuscola but it’s just not worth it anymore.

We waited at least 4 to 5 mins at the counter last night before loudly saying hello,,,2 workers came from who knows where not really wanting to work... We ordered our food not realizing we were wasting our money because they got 2 of the sandwiches wrong, left an order of fries out and didn't get the other sandwich done!Anyway,,I went back in this morning to be nice and tell the manager instead of doing this review but,,,, of course they were too busy throwing food at each other to even hear me holler "excuse me"!Ya know these people truly don't care about their jobs at all!

This particular Hardees was on our travels to Northern IL for our Dads passing away. We thought it was very clean and nice and the employees were all friendly and helpful. We had a mistake on order and they immediately fixed it and then some! They definitely rectified the problem appropriately, and they did so very promptly as well! The food was delish and just as we had remembered each of our fave sandwiches from years and years ago. We had a good experience at this Hardees location for sure...
