Went through drive thru, place our order got to window paid and got our drinks, they asked us to pull up because they were waiting on fresh fries. Fast forward 10 minutes from paying I go in to see how long before we get our food the lady had it in her hand and told me that they told us it’d be 6 minutes, she was rude and nasty. I told her it had been longer than 6 minutes and people that ordered behind us got their food before us, her response “that’s because they didn’t order chicken”. Bag tore very easily almost lost my food. Then check the food and my husbands spicy chicken sandwich had so much sauce on it, it was sliding off the bun and you could tell it was thrown together in a hurry

They were rude and the food was awful! I was excited to try the wraps after seeing the commercial but this was what I got when I opened it after going through the drive through as soon as I got home! Not only that but the rude girl on the speaker asked to take my order and then dropped me two seconds into it which was also super rude! I’m done this place has gone way downhill!

Was pulled up to supposably get fresh nuggets made. For one, when I got my order I didn't even get my nuggets and when I did get them, I got home and they were all stuck together and half raw! I've been Leary about this Burger King for awhile now, but this took the cake! When I called to complain to the manager, she told me they were short-handed that day. I'm sorry but that's no reason to serve undercooked food ever! Will never go back and reporting to health department!

In my opinion Burger King has way better food than McDonald's but in Tuscola the Burger King is disgusting. Nothing is ever fresh my breakfast sandwich I ordered this morning was petrified like it had been made at 6:00 a.m. I asked him to make me fresh hash brows. They took my old squishy hash browns and refried them and gave them back to me and of course they were gross as usual. I don't understand how this location stays open besides the people on the interstate don't know how bad it is until they eat there because none of the locals are. Burger King is shutting down locations this one should be at the top of the list.

The employee up front was helpful with answering questions I had. They made sure my husband food was correct and I got it quick. Thank you for also not giving me a hard time when ordering just patties and cheese for my husband. Most places tell me they can’t do that.

Tuscola has, by far, the best Burger King. The burgers taste just the way you would expect them to taste from Burger King. The staff is friendly, fast, and considerate, and the place is clean.Parking: They have plenty of parking all around that building.

The nasty rudest people ever went through drive through and ordered me and my husband a 2 meals opened them up and the fish sandwich was almost burnt my husband threw his out the window and was so upset we spent over 20 bucks on nasty food. I drove back to the store went inside and asked for a fresh food they said it will be over 10 mins for a chicken sandwich and she couldn’t refund or remake the fish meal because my husband threw it away her name was Amanda her attitude was beyond horrible she literally just picked up my food without even looking at it or questioning the kitchen staff why it even looked like it did she just threw it right in the trash. She only refunded my sandwich and that was all. I will never go back to this restaurant and I hope no one else does. This store is going down hill and has been for a long time. If you guys would hire pleasant staff and cooks that actually care about the presentation of food u may get somewhere.

Came in for dinner with my family at a “super busy time” (seen 8 people over the past half hour, 2 walked out without ordering). Soda machine was nearly empty (legitimately only had Sprite as an option), order came out wrong (chicken parmesan had 3 pieces of shredded cheese and a quarter-sized drop of marinara, missed the large fry, double whopper came with only one patty). Workers didn’t even come to take our order upon walking in as their only business at the time, and food took 20 minutes to make. The workers also refuse to fill the soda machine as they are “so incredibly busy”... though I count 7 people in the restaurant right now, 6 of which being my family. Not only that, the workers are goofing off in the back regardless of this stressful injustice on our part for complaining about the lack of professionalism. As a fellow food service employee, this is downright ridiculous. Will not be returning anytime soon.***UPDATE***Just heard that they are out of ice cream, so tack that on as well.

Welcome to burger king home of the nastiest store! The store was a complete mess, none of the tables where clean we had to clean a place to sit. Also the service was horrendous, the server at the counter (Mariah) was completely rude when our food came out she sat it on to the counter and walked away. I then asked her for Mayo packets and she slammed 2 on the counter and walked away again. There where 4 of us, so I asked can I have more then 2? She completely ignored me, I asked again she remained ignoring me. I said "MISS" in a very stern voice she turn to another person who was working and said "get them some mayo, I can't deal with this right now!". The other young lady got the mayo placed it on the counter. I told them I would be contacting the manager of the store and complaining about the service and rudeness of mariah. Mariah turned and said please do. Then threatened to call the cops on me and told me to leave and NEVER come back. An older women came up from the back and asked how she could help and I told her I would be filing a complaint with the manager and the service and she said well we are busy.. so apparently being busy makes it okay for them to be dishonest with customers and be down right rude to customers.Also... people were ordering the rodeo burger which I guess comes with onion rings on it. No one bothered to inform people that they were out of onion rings. They just let them order it anyway.. 4 different people went up to the counter and said my onion rings are missing, and all they said is we are out... no appology, no nothing.While we were there for appox. 30 mins. 5 different drive thru orders had to bring there stuff in to be made correctly.This store needs to be retrained or all new employess!!!Eat at your own risk!!!!!

A standard fast food restaurant. Some parts of the day, you can get good service and correctly made food. Other times, the restaurant is struggling to get orders done in a timely manner.This is a favorite place for our teenage kids because of the cheap prices and deals they get through the BK app. Worth a stop if you are looking for a cheap place to grab a burger, chicken, or a veggie burger.

Rudest manager or employee on the drive thru. She wanted to charge for sauces when I ordered so much food. Made me park by the door and wait for the food. The fries were not fresh and neither were the chicken jr’s. My husband’s spicy chicken sandwich was soaked in oil. Terrible service. I didn’t even get my receipt.

We Walk In, order . There is a new guy , who hasn't been there long, named Issac. But his trainer was very unprofessional, rude, dressed Not accordingly to her position, she hung over Issac, a little too friendly, like she was chumming up to him, she talked loudly, gossiping, and she explained to Issac he didn't have to do certain tasks on his register that, she would fix it, that it wasn't a big deal, but it truly was, he's a beginner, lost,didn't know what he was doing, clearly isn't his fault, but he should have been properly trained by a manager, who was more professional, then we couldn't use the debit card machine by the register, not working, they didn't like the fact I wanted salt, I asked twice, there's no condiments out in the lobby, tables were dirty everywhere. And when our food came up, the same unprofessional girl, tossed the bag on the counter and said in the rude voice " uh, your sandwich is ready " she could have smiled talked a little quieter, it wasn't busy at all, we were practically the only ones in the lobby, she should have said, the number on the order, and since I was at the refreshment drink stand 5 foot away, not tossed it. But handed it nicely with a smile and should have said, thank you, have a good day or something. She walked around looking not professional but like she was being bossy, wanting to be heard and noticed, but didn't do much at all. She looked as if she wasn't ready for work, and rude comments rude attitude, and no kind words no smile unless she was hovering over The new boy Issac. Almost seemed as if she was flirting, having sexual desire over the poor kid, the look on Isaac's face, he was deeply concerned trying to learn his job but she kept dismissing the right way to use the register, he looked like a kid scared,butt was afraid to ask for help. I think there needs to be a manager there, and people need to dress nice or wear uniforms, either way, it was all unprofessional, I just wanted to go, the fries sucked, no seasoning cold hard. And on top it all off, the milkshake machine wasn't working. That's all I wanted was a large chocolate shake, but instead I had to drink a large coke,

I went through the drive thru at the Tuscola BK. NOW I will never go back there again. The server spoke so low and softly that I didn't understand her. From the start she got the order wrong. My daughter ordered the $6.00 double bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles. They were out of pickles and a medium Mr Pibb. I ordered a organial chicken with no lettuce and pickles, I had ordered mine first. The server got rude with us. Got our food and my daughter checked the order. She came unglued. I went back around and went inside. First off they gave her an orange hi c and a single bacon cheeseburger and mine had lettuce. I took hers in and showed them the foul up. Got the burger back, I checked it and they put both ketchup and mustard on it. I told them it was still wrong and the manager checked the order on his screen and rudely and some what angerly said I was wrong. Needlessly to say I will NOT be visiting that place again ever.Beside I live in the town of the original Burger King. So take that imposter BK

Went through the drive thru earlier today. Ordered the Bacon King meal. There were no cars ahead of or behind me. In fact, very few if any cars were in the lot. Opened the bag to check to make sure there was both fries and a sandwich, and there was indeed a sandwich and fries. Got back on the expressway and opened the sandwich. It was a piece of meat with cheese and mayonnaise on it. Too late to turn around and go back. No receipt in bag so couldn't even call to complain. $14 + for a piece of meat with tons of mayo. Seems to me a BACON King should at least have some BACON on it...to quote the website "Two 1/4 lb* flame-grilled beef patties with crispy bacon, melted American cheese, ketchup, and creamy mayonnaise on a toasted sesame seed bun". At least they got the bun and mayonnaise right.

So slow. Went through the drive thru, was asked to pull forward. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for 3 burgers and fries, not a big order. When I finally get my food.. the order was wrong. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers but received singles. Food was lukewarm. Nothing about this experience was good. Definitely will not visit this BK again.

I went through the drive-thru, I handed my card to the cashier without hearing the price. I got my order and it was almost entirely incorrect and cost 2xs as much as it should have. I pulled around and parked and went in to what should have been an easy correction. Instead I was met by an irrational rude manager named Mark. Mark proceeded to call me a liar, I told him this isn't what I ordered but he was being very belligerent and ended throwing my food in the garbage and saying have a nice day. I immediately contacted corporate and am awaiting a call from the district manager to get to a solution. This type of employee is a cancer and good employees will end up leaving if this is what type of individual is promoted.

Took a while yo get waited on there was no one else in side onion rings were old and hard.the only good thing was the diet Dr. Pepper. Sa dwhich poor put together. When I first walked in to this burger king no one knew I was standing at the front counter for a good 20- 25 mins. But when they did notice me standing at the counter the lady who took my order was very attentive. The table I sat at was a little dirty. It wasn't the worse experience I've ever had. But there is definitely room for improvement.

Door was locked would not give me my food through drive-through window refused to give me her name though she said she was manager.
