Night Clerk checked in a family at 11:00 pm with a very loud child next to my room with a connecting door kid tried to open the door to my room slammed it shut, woke me up and then continued to talk very loud for about an hour and a half about 5: 00 In the morning they woke up again and did the same loud talking. I thought they were in my room. It was so loud. I will not be back. Mentioned when I checked out. Was told they never should have done that. A very rough stay.

Reserved an accessible room. Bed was full size, not king, so asked for room change. Was told I should have called to ask about accommodations and not relied on website. We did get a room with a king bed, but they don't have handicap accommodated rooms with King. They have NO rooms with queens size beds. Room seemed clean, but refrigerator still held items from previous guest. Made me wonder how clean room actually was. Stayed 2 nights. Came back to room on 2nd day to find all our dirty towels still on the floor where you are asked to leave them. Wastebaskets not emptied. Checked with front desk and was told "they told me they cleaned" with a funny look. I said, it's definitely not cleaned. She gave me a stack of clean towels. Pool was cold, not heated. Hot tub still VERY noisy as previous guests stated. Our family had rented 4 rooms for these 2 nights. Family member was questioned extensively when they arrived later than others about whether they were a "local" and if they were really staying overnight. There was a group of men partying in the parking lot with music and alcohol until after 11pm almost outside our window. Management seemed to condone this. When checking out mentioned the room not being cleaned up the one day and she told me they never do. But yet our family members received clean towels in their rooms and the desk person from previous day told me it should have been cleaned. They really need to get their cleaning protocols in order. Was told breakfast had cheese omelettes, but none to be found. Room was centrally located to where we wanted to go, so a plus. Have stayed in worse hotels. This was not bad.

Renovation. But it is a good place to stay. Looks to be trying. And that is thumbs up compared to the higher priced hotels just taking your money.Rooms: Decent. They are used. But functional. I have stayed in so many hotels that are high priced and give you so little. I like this hotel the Baymont and I will definitely return here when I’m in this area.

It Was A Nice Hotel. We had a Nice stay the beds were a Little small for my liking it was not a king size bed and the breakfast could use more selections and an varieties. The bathroom was a little small but other than that we had a nice stay the customer service was good and the desk and the housekeeping was nice too anything we asked for they tried to accommodate us so that was a plus for me. We came On July 6-8th in the afternoon around 4pm so whoever worked the desk and did housekeeping on those days they did a good JOB.Nearby activities: Plenty of Restaurant and Dining /stores to chooses from in this area.

The parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. I had a reservation so check in went smoothly. My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The microwave and small refrigerator were there. The hotel does have a luggage cart. My air conditioner/heater worked quite well, and the front desk staff was adequate. The television had a great selection of channels and a good picture. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, I cant eat it but the guests I talked to said it was good. My one complaint is no in-room coffee as advertised. I don't want to get dressed and schlep to a communal coffee maker. A small thing but to me it's very important, especially when there is another Wyndham property a block away.

We reserved a king suite so we had the pull out couch and jacuzzi in our room. We had 2 adults and 1 small child. Upon arrival once seen that we had a child we were told they do not allow children in the suites and if we took her in there we would be be charged an over occupancy fee! I called the 800 number and reserved the very same room and then told them what the front desk said and they said maybe it's just her policy. So I then told the lady that is not policy and she said well when we have kids up there all we hear is them running around over us. We were put in a small room with 2 beds that was ok but not the cleanest and the front desk lady was as rude as they come. We travel for my husbands job and will 100% never stay here again.

The front desk clerk was amazing. The pool was very cold but the hot tub was nice. Our room was not clean at all though. My feet were black within 5 minutes of walking on the floor. So I mopped the floor with the rag and when I turn the rags in to get new ones I was questioned on why the rag was so dirty and told them it was their floors and was pretty much laughed at because according to them they mop thoroughly everyday. Heat and air conditioner worked as it should. Bathrooms are very small hard to get in and out. They do only have double beds not queens.

So I book a king bed room for my husband and I along with our 5 month old daughter. We arrived at 9:30 pm and had notified the front desk it would be a late check in. We go to check in and we're notified our king size bed room had been given away and we were being placed in a single size 2 bed room.... Not offered any kind of discount bc of this issue just an apology. Upon entering the room the floor is dirty and u can tell the room has nt been properly cleaned.

Me and my family went there for my daughter birthday i love how Abby took care of me i made reservations two weeks before I went there she check me in with no problem the service was great my only problem was that the bed was to small I asked for extra blankets they gave it to us with no problems Abby was nice and so professional she deserves a pay raise for her hard work

Check in was easy however the girl checking me in was unable answer my questions about where our room was located. Our room was spacious, clean and just what we wanted. It was very reasonably priced. We got a room with a whirlpool tub and a balcony overlooking the pool. I had thought that perhaps the sounds from the pool would interrupt our evening but i did not hear a peep. We would stay again.

Great place to stay and stop. Services are few and far between on this long boring stretch of highway. Gas up, eat and be on your way or have a nice relaxing rest for the night in safe surroundings. Super staff! Thank you so much.Walkability: Walk to Burger King and more!

One of my favorite things to do after a long day on the road is to grab a beverage and relax in a hot tub. You can not do that in this hotel. The nice lady at the front desk was kind enough to ask if I had read the sign before entering the pool area and politely let me know that I must have missed the part about no food or drink allowed in the pool.My room was on the first floor as I requested. The first floor has no carpeting in the rooms and the concrete gets very cold during the colder nights. Bring your slippers!Also, if you prefer a good firm spring mattress, this is the place for you!The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average at best.

We have stayed here many times over the years and It is started to need some updating. Carpet was very stained as well as the chair in room. Bathroom door would not close without shutting it hard. No flavored creamer for the coffee, no Greek yogurt only plain yogurt, only apples. The breakfast was very basic. The pool and hot tub was the only really nice amenity.

One of the most friendly and helpful staffs we’ve encountered in our travels! As you check in, make sure to turn around and check out the fabulous high-ceilinged pool. Steamy hot tub in the corner is not to be missed, and the whole pool area has a fun, resort feel. Room was clean with great beds and a superbly hot shower. The complimentary breakfast was extensive. Great location right off the highway makes it that much better. We had a great stay!

Booked online because it said pet-friendly and we stayed there on the way down south. On the return trip a woman at the front counter rudely said we couldn't stay with our cat, ok fine, but then said she would not give us a refund. We hadn't even checked in yet. She was very rude about the whole thing, like mean for no reason. Will never stay there again.

The room was nice, could of been a little cleaner. The staff was very nice, and very helpful. The breakfast was good, I would of liked to see some sausage, or eggs. The pool was nice, not very clean around the pool, to many kids running through with no parental supervision. Otherwise, for the price it was a pretty good deal.

Terrible! First of all I paid for the king suite, I was Given a room that was nothing like the picture, and didn’t even have a king bed. The room was nasty, there were roaches everywhere including in the bed! I found a glass pipe on the floor by the wall next to the bed. I called the police to give it to them to be disposed of or whatever they do with it. They identified it as a used crack pipe! They said that is becoming a bad problem around that town and especially around that hotel. The staff were extremely rude. They never corrected the wrong Room charge. They actually added a charge for my brother coming to meet me there to drop off a birthday present. He was there maybe 30 minutes and they added an “extra guest charge” Do not stay here. Unless of course you are looking for your lost crack pipe! In that case, contact your local pd. In the end I left and decided to stay elsewhere. I was never compensated for the troubles, for the additional charges, or for not even staying. In fact the staff only became more and more rude. I left and stayed at the holiday inn across the street. The holiday inn was great! Their staff were friendly and courteous and the rooms were clean, the hot breakfast was good! I recommend going to the holiday inn and staying far away from the Baymont.

The hotel was nasty upstairs the wallpaper is torn all down the hall. There’s nothing that states “remodeling” there is no elevator. We did not get our room cleaned and were out all day. Front desk was a hit or miss. One lady was frazzled the day we checked in, not too nice. Another lady was pretty rude but there was a young man that was nice.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. There were no problems with the hotel itself. The big problem were the incessant freight trains that came through several times at night and would not stop blowing their whistles. The whistling seemed to go on for minutes and kept waking me from a sound sleep.If you like a nice room, friendly service, and train whistles, this place is great. The whistles were a deal breaker for me.

Staff was awful, I was there visiting my nieces with my 2 children. We got 2 rooms. My daughter who is mentally disabled was told to shut up by the front desk worker. They called our rooms 3x at 1045a to check out at 11 while we were taking things to our car. Was then charged a late check out fee. $100 hold on my card, still. No towels in pool area at during the 2 days we stayed but was not permitted to bring on my room towels to use. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 6:30am to clean, on a Sunday. Just an overall bad experience for a time we were all looking forward to.

I slept like a baby. The bed was SO comfortable. Danielle at the front desk was was amazingly helpful. They have a breakfast bar, you make your own waffles. Yum. Cereal was a little stale and their a.c had a weird smell. But other then that, they would of had a 5 star from me.
