These are their “ clean showers” I requested a new shower and this was what I was given. Absolutely disgusted, these showers were never clean from the day they were built. FILTHY!

When you walk in you don’t get a welcome to Pilot and the to gentlemen at the front register busy talking to one another and not making the customers who pay them to be there feel welcome! I almost left what I had and walk out this in sad! The manager was one as well that never greeted one customer the whole time I was in the Pilot truck stop! Plus the showers 🚿 are a mess the water was like warm almost cold! then to get bad service after that! Pilot you making all this money off us drivers and regular customers and this is how you all do us! This is sod very sad!

Finally got around to taking some pictures, though we are only here at night.Easy on, easy off truck stop. Restrooms are normally pretty clean, and the staff are quite friendly.The fuel pump area needs some attention from someone trained in the custodial arts. More often than not we're having to tiptoe through the tulips to avoid stepping in fuel, DEF or grease.

Pump only allowed me to get 22gallons of diesel. Went in to do laundry. While purchasing detergent, I gave the cashier an extra dollar, not paying attention. He looked at me in disgust and threw it back at me while speaking to me like I’m stupid. Then he dropped my change into my hand like I have a disease. Bet I won’t be coming back here. He seemed extremely racist and rude. If I didn’t have to go back to the freightliner in the morning, I would’ve went to either location 14 miles from here. I will be contacting corporate to let them know about the disgusting manner of their workers.

Under heavy construction. Park at your own risk, because drivers like to park wherever they like and expect their truck not to get hit. Ignorant. They really need to clearly mark "don't park here" with signs and cones because getting out of here is gonna suck the way people are stacked.

The shower that we pay for to have a clean shower IS NOT CLEAN.They either use the used towel to dry the floor or dirty mops. Below is a picture of the huge wad of hair in the shower floor and a picture of some toilet paper i used to wipe the floor where i would be standing.This proves, The floor isn't clean !!!!

Just don’t. Only buy sealed food. Showers are ungodly dirty, mold everywhere. Pretty sure they haven’t cleaned this shower in over a decade.

This gas station will shout at you through there gas pump and that should be a crime. I'm not here to be marketed to. I'm paying for a product. If you want to mark it to me, do it on your own time and on your own dime. I'll never be back. I will purposely avoid your gas stations until you stop the shouting messages from the pump.This location is actually not a bad location, the gas station and services are OK, but I think gas stations should take some heat for there stupid loud video's they play at the pump, please turn them down.

VERY small parking. Half the parking lot is under construction so turning around is extremely hard. Staff was awesome and night manager was very helpful. But I'll avoid this spot for parking in the future. Very hard for inexperienced truck drivers to park at.

Absolutely disgusting! Very dirty, and don't even think about getting a fountain drink here, as the knots are obviously not cleaned or sanitized! This makes me sick! This is what the underside of one of the fountain knobs looks like! Imagine how long it had to have been since the last time this was cleaned for it to look like this!

I had the best experience at this pilot. I did my 32 hour stop here and they are clean and friendly. The lady named smiles had made my mornings when getting my coffee. She definitely goes above and beyond to make every driver smile and feel like a person not just a driver. Made my day.

This is my personal experience. I have been fortunate enough to be able to stop to rest here 2 days in a row. First with the customer service experience, excellent. Simple to the point everybody on there duty. No line for showers. Showers clean. Hot water, with great pressure, which is a so relaxing. Parking lot in order. Employees doing there job! Which often is not the case. Employees smiling and greeting ALL customers. I'll point out that it was night shift. Which could be tiring. All in all great relaxing safe place. If you want more than that well then we should be looking for a 5 star hotel which I believe is possible in the city of Troy.

Good stop for gas, food, drinks, oil, gifts, biological breaks, and leg stretches. They have toys and games for kids of all ages, including CB radios, antennas, and brackets to attach everything. There are dolls taller than your toddler. The auxillary parking lot makes a good place away from traffic to check the load, walk and stretch a bit, and relax.

People were very rude, I had an e-card and they said they weren't allowed to enter the card on their side of counter , as in the past a very polite manager had helped me b4, so I asked for manager they looked at eachother and the female said we are the manager, which if that's the case u needto have your managers be a little more presentable not look like they just rolled out of bed, anyway as I was walking out they made quite trude comment,

I made a reservation for parking. Got here, reserve spaces are not marked. There are only 2 clerks on at night so if someone is in your reserved spot they will not move them. This is my second time doing this. Same thing last time. Corparate needs to visit this store. After hours.

This place needs to do a few things. They need a much better selection of their music that they play in the store.Prime parking is a JOKE!!!! We pay for prime parking, most generally hours before we arrive just to find out that ALL of the prime parking spots are taken. Management gives us our money back and we have NO place to park. The drivers that have taken the prime parking spots do NOT have to pay. Apparently Flying J/Pilot truck stops won’t bother these degenerates. They get FREE prime parking and the one’s that thought ahead gets the shaft. Utterly lousy!!!!

Rolled up bout midnight 5-11-23Parked behind store for 30 min was goin to run in run out with snacks but start getting yelled at by pilot employee and threatened with violence if I didn't move and insults were suppose to feel safe not be worried if employee goin to to hurt us r vandalize are equipment he wanted to fight me !! I be posting video up on social media !
