I have been a long time customer of over 15 years and Kristy won’t groom my dog any longer because “I was Emily’s client” and she left. I never asked to be Emily’s client, that is who Kristy always scheduled me with. We were always very happy with Emily but because she left they won’t groom my dog anymore?? Funny I considered myself a customer of K9 Groom Room for over 15 years. Kristy isn’t worried about losing a customer because they are booked out until the end of the year and she refuses to recommend anyone else. She actually hung up on me. What a horrible business owner. So much for supporting home town local businesses. Do better Kristy!

I highly recommend K-9 Groom Room. In the ten years I have been taking Beast to them, three groomers have taken care of him. He looks awesome when they finish, and he is always so happy.

Poor customer service and the owner is not professional. Our groomer (who the owner assigned us to) left the business so they will not take my dog anymore. Very disappointed. Tried to support a local Troy business. We have been customers for 10 plus years. Beware before trying to contact them. The owner is nasty, rude and disrespectful. She will also hung up on you. I will never recommend them snd will never go back.

Can't recommend this spot enough! Kristi and all of her workers are just wonderful to deal with and truly care for the pets that come through their doors!My family has used her for years and years with all of my parents' pooches and I just recently switched to her from Petsmart due to inconsistency, hiking prices and staff overturn for my own doggo and I will never go back; she's worth the drive from Granite!Her team is wonderful with my dog Opie - he's a bit of a nervous nelly and has separation anxiety which of course leads to his not liking to go back to the room or get his nails done, but he's always been (for the most part) calm with Kristi and her crew and that speaks wonders to their temperament and care!If you're looking for a top tier experience for you and your fur baby, Kristi is it! :)

Our Dewey is special. Hip Dysplasia and allergies make him cranky at times. But he absolutely loves going to K-9 Groom Room. Staff are prompt and very personable, putting my dog mom's heart at rest that he behaves well there. Since he frequently scratches I love that they round his claws and leave no sharp edges. Let's face it, that's not always the case when the vet or others clipped his claws. Always recommend them.

The owner of K 9 Grooming, and the employees are great. They care about you and your dog's. They take time to answer all your questions. To help you with your dog's. They do a great job with every dog. They always have time for every dog. They work with you to get your dog in on last minute visit. They care / love each and every dog that comes in to see them. 110%. That's what K-9 Groom room does. I work in rescue and I always count on K9GR to take care of my foster pups. Many of them have never been groomed, never had a family, never had anything except a shelter or living outside. K-9 treats them like family, and their prices area WAY below what they should be. Troy, IL has a few gems, K9GR is one of them.
