I have recently switched my auto and home insurance to State Farm. I had no reason to consider switching insurance as I was content with my current policies. After meeting Tyler Cannon at a local networking event I decided to let him give me a quote and see if it would be worth my while to switch. Tyler reached out very quickly to me and I had both home and auto quotes by end of day. Not only did he get my quotes to me quickly, the quotes were well under what I have been paying for over three years. The first thing I thought was that it wouldn’t be the same coverage and something must be missing or lacking in my new quote with Tyler. As I read through the policy I realize that not only was the “well under what I was paying, there was roadside assistance and car rental allowance which was not on my current policy. Obviously, Tyler Cannon wanted my business. I have worked in sales and marketing for over 30 years. At no time during my experience with Tyler did I feel like I was being sold to. Extremely poor service on my claim. Had to contact the claims department several times myself due to problems. This was his job. I complained to his staff several times about there aparhy towards handling my claim and the service just got worse. I found him and his staff to be arrogant and extremely apathetic. I turned in a receipt to his office twice for reimbursement but the check was sent to the repair shop. Now, I'm out over $300. Would definitely NOT recommend .

So thrilled with Dave at State Farm. We had our basement flood last year and my husband was out of town and I didn't know what to do to even get the cleanup process started. I immediately called Dave and within the hour he literally showed up at my door to help me get important boxes and furniture off the floor and point me in the right direction for the claim process. I was even able to call him during the process if I had questions along the way. We had a professional restoration company come and dry it up and get rid of any moisture then had to have all the flooring and baseboards replaced as well as some electronic workout equipment that had been ruined. But everything was taken care of and we couldn't be more thankful! We had to file a claim on a vehicle as well when my husband was in an accident in St. Louis rush hour traffic and his new car was totaled. My husband was driving a replacement vehicle in no time. ALWAYS CHOOSE A LOCAL AGENT and someone that you can call when the time is needed. No online insurance company is going to provide that kind of service! THANKS DAVE!!
