Been traveling thru this small town the last month and a half. Stopped by on a Saturday night, around 9:15pm to grab a slice of pizza or a chicken sandwich for the road. There was absolutely nothing to grab for the road on a Saturday night. During my travel, there is no food places to stop at except Casey's, until I reach Missouri, hungry and very disappointed. I am a regular at Casey's and can rely on them to have some staple items ready to grab at any given time. I had to drive another 45 minutes to the next Casey's.

Ordered pizza and bread sticks. Was told about 30 minutes. Went to pick up and was told that it would be another 20 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and told it will be another 15. Finally get pizza and go home only to find out they got the pizza wrong. No apologies, no discount, nothing.

Good air pump if you need it. Charges $1.75 (card only) for one tire to be aired. Select the pressure you want and the machine does the rest.

I have placed an online order twice now, arrived when it was suppose to be ready and found the crew just jacking their jaws and my order not even started.The pizza is definitely hit or miss on the quality.

This was the worst pizza ever! We ordered extra sauce and there’s no way they put extra sauce on! Called to talk to them about it and got nothing but attitude and told we could bring the pizza back and they’d remake it but after waiting 45 minutes why would I wait another 45?!?! What is wrong with quality and customer service? Never again will we buy from Trenton Casey’s, we’ll stick with Mulberry Grove and get quality and excellent customer service!

Well lit parking lot, cleanly store, and friendly employees are just a few good things about this gas station. The gas is normally cheaper here then surrounding towns. The breakfast pizza is amazing and you can place your order online beforehand and pick up.

So ordered my food online and it stated food would be ready at 6:10pm, was there at 6:12pm and food not ready. They said 20 more min, something was wrong with there receipt machine and it spit out a few receipts at one time. I said ok someone couldn’t call and tell the customers or you couldn’t tell me it was going to be longer than 20 more min. Ended up waiting an additional 23 min... total wait time 6:10pm-7:13pm sitting in parking lot. Horrible customer service.... to review now that I’m home one of my pizzas was suppose to be 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese...but it was all pepperoni 🤦‍♀️

Casey's is by far the leader when it comes to gas stations I always find myself coming back wondering "what I will buy next" it's usually gas but sometimes I take a step inside and then I take another and another until I'm smack dab in the middle of the bathroom then after I relieve myself I'll grab a nice 32 oz ski which Casey's seems to make better than the competitors. I always find myself befuddled with just how great the service at Casey's is, it is truly a magical time each visit. My only complaint would be that one time someone left their stupid dog under my car and I ran over the darn thing. Then the owner sued me!!!!

Hands down best pizza ever...Casey's concisity of cleanliness and food across Missouri & Illinois is spot on...never pass 1 up since I don't have 1 within 40miles of my residence.👍👍
