From answering the phone to installing a new battery in my Craftsman rider at my home everyone was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t get the dead battery out of the mower and when I explained the issue to Dale, the service manager, he said he would come right out to my house. I was able to pay for a new battery over the phone with Lisa and had no problems. Dale replaced the old battery with a new one and he started the mower to make sure that was the problem. Like magic it started right up! Thanks again everyone at Peabudy’s Inc. for making my first time dealing with you a very nice experience. I will highly recommend you to my family and friends. It’s nice to know I can depend on Peabudy’s Inc. to be honest, knowledgeable and thorough and they went the extra mile to make sure things went smooth.

They are great, our mower breaks about 2-3 times a year and they always come and pick it up and deliver it fixed and looking brand new. Their service department is the best in the area. Very nice service guys too. Thanks for all your help over the years!

I needed a new clutch for my FNH tractor. I knew it and many people told me that I did. Dale gave me a good reasonable quote for the job. But when he called me to tell me that the job was done I got a big surprise. It did not need a clutch but only needed an adjustment, at a savings of more than 90%. It was a great day.Needless to say, Peabudy’s will get all my future business as well as recommendations to others who might need work done.Thanks for being reasonable and honest!

June 4, 2019, ordered parts from this dealer. They were to arrive on June 7th. I called the afternoon of the 7th. I was told the parts did not come in but would be in on tues. the 11th. By this time they have had my name, address, phone #, and credit card # for a week. I once again gave them my phone # and had told them 3 times during our conversation to CALL me when the parts came in. They managed to collect payment from my credit card but to this day ( 14 months later) I HAVE NOT received a call or any form of contact from this company. Oh, yes I received credit back on my credit card but no form of contact what so ever. What a way to run a business.

Had a cub cadet tiller that broke under warrrnty They refused to work on it because I did not buy it there. The dealer where i bought from had closed. They were very abrasive. In their comments. Ended up having Tractor town work on it with no problem. Never go back to Peabudy’s 😐
