I really liked going here. The place is massive and took a while to walk around. I thought the place look super clean and the floors are shiny. I ended up buying a few toys, this place has tons of toys to choose from. Check out was fast and the lady helping us was so nice. I do plan on coming back to this location at some point in the future and do recommend everyone go here. #shopping #target #toys #starbucks

Just wanted to give a shout out to Shaniya’s customer service. She has a nice attitude and is very attentive. She noticed one of my items weren’t bagged and asked me if I’d like for my item to be put into a bag. I liked how thoughtful she was enough to asked because most people wouldn’t.

Not the greatest location if you’re looking for help or have a question as associates are far and few. Selections are limited on non existent on certain items.

Everything was clean and the employees were courteous. The have handicap accessible parking and restrooms. They also have a Starbucks inside as well as a CVS pharmacy and CVS minute clinic. There is no soda tax at this location. There is also a family restroom and recycling bins. An atm is inside as well. There are self check out lanes. Their bathrooms were so clean I took a pic. Very clean and organized, will go back.

Everytime I visit this location I am pleased that it is clean staff members are friendly. I always am able to find what I need. It is never congested with things all over and very clear aisles.

Bathroom had no toilet paper in any stalls and it was dirty... employees aren't keeping up with basic customer hygiene. I let an associate know the state of the bathroom

I've always liked shopping at Target. Recently, though, Target has limited its self-checkout to 10 items. I think that's pretty low especially when some other stores are at 20 items. I will continue to shop at Target but I hope they would consider increasing the limit of items at self-checkout.

Clean well-maintained location. It's one of the better targets around. The employees are very friendly the other customers are friendly and the parking lot is huge. It's a very well-stocked Target that's larger than most and offers more selection. Definitely worth a stop if you need anything they offer

Great selection but WORST Target experience I have ever had. Team members who are actually annoyed when you are by a shelf they want to stock. Several team members in every section I shopped and yet not a single one bothered to ask if I needed assistance finding anything. I accidentally hit cancel instead of entering my phone number and the cashier nonchalantly replied, “I’ll put it in at the end”. But she DIDN’T put it in at the end. To add to my irritation I wasn’t asked if I needed a gift receipt-perhaps the gift wrapping paper wasn’t a clue and I forgot to ask. This location is not worth the aggravation and poor customer experience. I’ll go to 94th Ave in Orland-maybe not as many options but I can’t recall receiving a poor customer experience there in the last 4 years I’ve lived in this area.

I wasn’t allowed in today because the store was 10 minutes away from closing. I’ve worked in retail for over 10 years, for multiple retailers and I’ve never pushed ppl away from shopping and spending money.

I was kicked out of self checkout for having more than 10 items (19 items like cans of soup and chips) even though self checkout was completely empty with 4 open registers.I understand enforcing this policy when it's busy, but when it's 8:30pm and empty common sense would say to ignore the rule. On top of that, the register I was forced to go to had technical issues with coupons for the people in front of me. Overall a very inconvenient situation having to wait in a line for no reason.

As a worker, there is nothing worse than snakey HR leads and Managers. They were all nice for 3 days then shape shifted into who they truly were.If you don't like hauling carts and having to dodge idiotic drivers who don't stop for you whatsoever, even when there's numerous stop signs, don't work here as a lot attendant.If you like being verbally abused by random black women because you're vocal about someone almost running you over, don't work here as a lot attendant.I worked here for a little less than a month and it's been nothing but short staffed abusive garbage. I walked out tonightTo anyone who's might say, "this isn't an employee review section!". I say I'm not creating an account with a new password just to make an "employee review".Oh, if you're a cashier here in the future, be careful. So many "guests" are criminals and will try to quick change scam you, and if they get you you'll likely be fired. Avoid working here at all costs. The managers aren't there for you and the guests aren't either. For 15.65 an hour nonethelessBut the hr managers don't have to do much physical labor at all and they get 100k a year salaries. Crazy huh?P.S if the police want to make an extra 100k a year just stake out the parking lot. So many idiotic drivers that probably got their license from a cereal box and tons of creeps out there too. Go do us a favor and stake it out!

Tinley Park Target is very easy to navigate. Wide aisles, organized merchandise. Recently they have updated their displays, dollar spot & have a new beer/wine section!

I was REALLY disappointed with the disarray of merchandise in the Girls Section!!! There were NUMEROUS items of clothing, jewelry, accessories, etc. on the floor and hanging off the racks that made it VERY DIFFICULT to walk and shop!!! My granddaughter and I even picked up some of the merchandise! I TRULY hope management will correct this situation and make shopping at Target a MORE satisfying and enjoyable experience!!!

The cashier who assisted me during my last Target run really helped me with my Target app issues. The young lady showed me how to access the wifi and my app worked flawlessly. Kudos young lady!

I am a tried and true Target Shopper, however on my last visit I noticed some things that down right shocked me to say the least.The shelves were not fully stocked ( apparel)The store was in disarray, alot of backstockThe offerings seemed disjointed, there was summer apparel mixed in with the fall items and still at full price.Most of the registers were not open, causing backup and delay.The selections were not up to Target's typical standards..and did I mention the women's coats and pajamas were just sad! Out of 20+ years of shopping in Target stores, this was by far my worst experience. Even during Covid the stores didn't look as bad as it did duringmy visit. I'm not sure what to attribute this to, however I'm hopeful they will rebound and get it back on track.

After going to two other Targets in the area that said that they had a Squishmallow in stock that I was looking for and then not having them on the floor or in back, I decided to do an online pick up order for the Tinley Park Target and see if it would be filled. About 45 minutes after placing my order I got an email saying my order was ready for pick-up! When I went in the return line was super long, but after finishing up with their person an employee came over to the online order line and helped me right away. They were super helpful and I'm so happy to finally have my DISO Squish! This is definitely best Targets in the area, they always have everything I'm looking for and more, and the prices are very close to other large stores.

The Tinley Park Super Target is one of the best. The employees are very kind, helpful and professional. The store is well organized, clean, and have a great selection in every department. It was amazing to see the interaction between the manager and her team. They were happy and respectful of each other, which was great to see. The manager was amazing, and I understand why her team is amazing, it starts from the top. Christian who checked me out was great! I hope the level of excellence in which the store operates maintain and reach even higher levels. Keep up the good work all of you. God Bless you all and your families.

I live within 20 minutes of 3 different Target stores. This is hands down my favorite one. Plus it’s in Will County so no Cook County taxes!

Picked up my 6 year Olds birthday gift. Bought brand new.. given to me in hand by Target in a damaged box, no care when picked; the items inside are damaged, dirty, cracked. Awesome.

I needed help and walked around the store with not really anyone to ask for help when searching for an item. There were a group standing around in electronics but when I went back they were gone. Cashier could have been more inviting and pleasant.Bathrooms were filthy. Women’s bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere, one of the stalls had pad wrappers and pregnancy test boxes on the floor.Used the family washroom there was urine all over the seat and around the toilet yet, cleaner than the women’s bathroom. In the family bathroom there was bm smeared on the wall.The cleaning checklist in the family bathroom was from 7/9.

I had a very unpleasant experience this morning around 11:30am. Sarah who was walking around the store shopping for pick up/to go orders moved my cart while I was in the freezer section grabbing something out of the freezer. I can understand if I left my cart unattended, in anyone’s way, or was taking a really long time but it was literally right next to me and I was grabbing a box of frozen pancakes and then moving. She was so impatient that she walked up touched my cart and moved it so she could get directly next to where I was standing instead of waiting SECONDS for me to grab my item and move. I had my wallet and phone on top of the cart next to the drink holders and my phone almost fell off from her moving it. And the worst part is she said nothing. Just touched my cart and kept going. Very rude! Never have I experienced bad customer service like this at this location.

Clean store,bought a carrot cake for Easter took it as a gift, and everyone raved about it even those who haven't had carrot in years. It was 2 layer and was delicious nothing was left. Love this store,one of my favorite targets.💗

I am a big target supporting customer. I appreciate the cleanliness of all target stores, the good customer service, and product availability. I usually never have issues whatsoever with employee, product or store in general. Now I can say I’ve experienced problems. They have questionable customer service with older employees. In particular, the older ladies who hang out by self check out. I say hang out because they clearly don’t want to help people. While they made sure they stood close by while I made my purchases, because I had many items. When it was time to assist me they actually had the nerve not to want to. And whispered amongst each other. I’ve made a complaint with informtarget.com, I made a complaint that moment in Customer Service but reviews are fantastic. And I want to express my frustration. I don’t intend to ever pay for bad customer service. As a female myself, I actually was taken a back at their demeanor. Not used to that.
