Kudos to Rob's Aquatics! In addition to having everything you may need for your saltwater tank, the staff (Rob and Justin) are knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. These guys have gone above and beyond in their efforts to help me keep my tank squared away when I'm struggling. Those are the types of things that will keep me a customer for life. For all the idiots on TikTok, leaving bad reviews for this wonderful store. You are what’s wrong with the world. The TikTok is not about the store. It’s not even the same state Rob Aquatics does not sell snakes, spiders, or freshwater fish. They are strictly saltwater specialists and care and treat for their fish better than anywhere I’ve ever seen in my life. The fact that people would just go leave a review without actually doing any research from their mindless wandering on TikTok is absolutely disgusting.

I had a fish store. We used a 50' roll of coated wire cut to fit the tops of all our aquariums. We had 50 tanks. Even worked on our saltwater Cheaper than glass hoods..... Alot

I drive from Valparaiso Indiana to come to Rob's always is fair with prices and I've had good success with his Coral frags not sure about fish really don't do that every time I've been in there he's been there.

It's been about 10 months now and with the advice and expertise of Rob, our saltwater tank has flourished wonderfully.Rob's offers great pricing on water, livestock, supplies, and rocks. First thing I saw was a sticker on the door advising Concealed Carry weapons were welcome in the store. Second thing I saw was a TV blaring Fox News. The store is a bit dirty, but the tanks are pretty clean and the stock appears to be healthy. There is a minimum of equipment available, mostly just fish with a handful of inverts and a few tanks. The grunt at the desk said hello and then immediately dismissed me and never looked up again from what he was doing. The overall vibe is "get what you want and get out." Not a welcoming place and I don't plan to return.

I’ve been in the salt water hobby for about seven years now and majority of the time I’ve been hustled by many, not telling me the true facts so you can have a stable salt water tank and healthy fishes/corals.Ive spent thousands of dollars repeating the same mistakes that many do. Not realizing the problem you'd at one point wither give up or slowly not care anymore. Luckily, I had a turn around for the better! Thanks to “ROBS AQUATICS” Ive been finally recommended to the right man! Local too!! Let me tell you Rob and his worker are amazing people I was willing to spend big money all over again and be just as happy as I did on day 1 seven years ago. My salt water fish only tank is finally almost complete with everything i always wanted and the best part is I can say for the fist time in 7years I can truly say WOW my fishes are happy and eating like CHAMPS!!!! Rob will tell you exactly what you need to do to get your tank up and running and better then ever! JUST REMEMBER DO EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS AND HAVE PATIENTS AND I PROMISE IF U TELL HIM EXACTLY EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN THE TANK AND THE SET UP HE WILL FIX YOU RIGHT UP AND IN NO TIME.P.S Crazy thing is I was referred to ROBS AQUATICS by another totally different worker at a another fish store. The person was like you are honestly go to robs you are a really good price go to robs he even said with my discount it will still be cheaper to get fishes by Robs Aquatics I mean if that’s not loyalty then I don’t know what is lol.

Just bought my new reef tank today! Rob and Justin hooked me up with everything I needed! These guys have tons of knowledge and the tools to help anyone with any type of aquarium set up. Jeremy Henrichsen referred me, he helped set up my tank and maintains my tank on a regular basis. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

I was profoundly unimpressed with this place. While they have some really neat fish, the service left *everything* to be desired. We went to the shop several days ago to look around and buy some shrimp pellets for my Clown Knife. The guy at the register - it might have been the owner, but as he never spoke to us, let alone introduced himself, I have no idea - was standing there talking to another man. (No idea if he was a customer or a friend or whatever.) He glanced at us when we came in, but couldn't be bothered to say hello.We walked around the entire store for 8-10 minutes, checking out the fish and seeing if they had the kind of food I wanted to buy. At no point did he so much as speak to, or otherwise acknowledge, either of us. After ten minutes, I decided that if he wasn't interested in even greeting a customer, I wasn't interested in giving him my money. So we left - and no, he didn't say "Good-bye" or anything else as we left.
