Whoever was closing last night was incredibly rude.We came in during right before closing and made a flying run through the shelves that took us quite literally two minutes. Checking out at 8:58 the cashier wouldn't acknowledge us, just turned the screen towards us while speaking on her cell phone about what was clearly a personal phone call She repeatedly tapped the screen to communicate with us instead of telling the person to hang on, and didn't even tell us our total or if we have any points. What a black mark on the usual friendly service we get here.

The store is great. It's clean inside. The staff is always helpful. I haven't tested them with pet questions other than where is this or that, but they seem like they can answer some questions. Keep up the good work.

Horrible experience. There was a male worker Sunday 1/14/23 around 1pm who was the RUDEST employee life ever encountered and went out of his way to insult me and then argue with me in front of other employees and customers. Because of him I will never return to this store

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE TO BE GROOMED!!!!!!!!!Took my dog and they cut him… when they were telling me they cut him another groomer( Abby) there told me get over it, it happens all the damn time. When speaking to the manager she ensure me that it doesn’t happen all the time and she would talk to them. The manager sue just call me and said the groomers told her a different story, the groomers cut his nail too short and the red on my dog paw is probably blood and that’s normal. I can ask any groomer and they will admitted to cutting dogs when they groom them. 😂😂😂 glad my dog safety was taking into account when they groomed him.

I actually like this store and the employees are nice, but groomers! Are they lazy or do pet smart not offer detangle? This the second time they want to cut all my dog hair off! I was trying to stay with them for convenience but my dog being bald NO! I’ll just pay somebody who’s willing to do the work.

OMG worst grooming my dogs ever had, and I did it myself once. Took them here for a bath. They didn't do anything listed. When I called to let them know what didn't happen I was asked " What do you want us to do?". Thank GOD my regular groomer in Matteson was available and was understanding when I called them and told them what happened. They told me to bring them in right away. When I got there they kept asking when do you go there. I explained I just left. Just so happens the Tinley Park store had called them for the dogs information and one of the Matheson groomers remembered. The got them straight. I will never go anywhere but Matteson Petsmart for now on. Lesson learned.

The employees are really nice even when they're short staff. We were there about a week ago and the guy who was running register was also trying to corral carts and answer questions and run around and he was doing one heck of a great job.

My two Shih Tzu's come here for grooming. Their groomer is Jenna. She is the best, and the sweetest young lady. We followed her from PetSmart in Orland Hills.

I walked in to have my dogs nails polished and didn’t feel at at comfortable leaving my dog. Tried up selling me even when I mentioned twice my dog was just groomed 2 days ago. The employee mentioned getting the polish on her fur multiple times. Why would I even consider this service at this point. Most importantly the smell was horrible and the facility was dirty. I didn’t get a good vibe at all and left.

They probably have what you need if you have a cat or dog. I may only be able to speak on those two animals, but the rest of the place seems stocked well enough. Great food selection at average prices. The employees are pretty chill. Someday this area will be walkable and not enclosed by giant roads and it will be very nice.
