I was having trouble with my membership and was frustrated and she took the time helping me out and was very polite and kind. I wanted to make sure that you know you have amazing employee. So I asked her for her name and she said it was Molly.

Went to get my car washed for the first time since by unlimited washes last week. I thought you just pulled up an a camera read your plate. Well it didn't work. Fortunately an attendent was there to help. She couldn't. I had to backup and try another stall. I was lucky it wasn't busy. What a cluster.

Men's bathroom was dirtier than I have seen one, in years. Both toilets were absolutely disgusting on Sunday afternoon 25 Feb!

Fill 'er up and then make those cars shine for $3!! The $3 wash is a great bargain and they use plenty of soap. The brushes touch every spot on your car. After those suds have been washed off, take it over to the vacuums! Warning!! Those vacuums will literally suck your soul out of your body because they are so powerful! Make sure any loose change or jewelry is out of reach. 😁

My experience at this gas n wash was phenomenal. The service attendant Mia made sure all my needs were met. She was very hospitable, patient, and understanding with me. Her service is a 10/10 recommendation. I will definitely come back to be serviced by her.

Great place. Has a lot to offer for your automotive needs. Gas, of course, but the car wash, I use weekly. Free vacuum cleaners that actually work great and are well maintained. They have a donut shop inside, and the donuts are OK, I guess. Inside is also a mini mart, and they have video gaming.

I came to Gas N Wash one time and my card was charged 39.99. I was never told that I signed up for a 40 dollar membership. When I called to inquire about my card being charged the lady on the phone was rude and told me there was no one that I could speak with because the car wash employees were in the meeting. When I tried to cancel this membership online there is no confirmation that it was definitely canceled. I will never come back here again. They give misleading information to get your card information and there is no clear way to cancel the membership just some shady form online that doesn't even confirm the membership was canceled.

I love Gas n Wash in general but this location has issues. Multiple times I've been here at night and the card readers at the pumps don't work. Pretty sure it has something to do with the employees working as the pay at the pump works during the day. Other than the inconvenience of no pay at the pump this place is great.

I just started at Amazon about a month ago. Since I started working there. I been going to the gas n wash on 194th and harlem. I usually go about 5 am when I get off work. Always was looking for,a slide of pizza. One day i showed up and they were out of pizza. One of the over night associates told me she,would always make sure when the people from Amazon got out of work she would have pizza ready. I must say ever since she,told me that. I,always show up and pizza is nice and fresh. There are 3 associates that i have ecounterd there and it seems they,work nights. I did get every One of there names BLUE, ESTELLA AND CHI. Not only have I had a great experience with them. Associates from Amazon have told me the same thing about them. It's people like them that want people like me to continue going there. I hope, one shape, or for they get recognized for there great attitude and hard work!!!!

I don't know if the ownership is separate from the Dunkin Donuts but this rating is based off the behavior of an arrogant rude staff member of the dunking donuts at this gas station. Unfortunately the staff and how they treat their customers is directly reflected by this. I typically go here to get coffee and since I won't be any longer I will no longer be getting gas at this place. Might want to discuss their staff behavior with them.

Decent $3 carwash. If you start getting add ons it can get pricy for a drive thru carwash. I don't think I would us it if I had a nice car because it does seem to get pretty aggressive on the car at times, but my one car is not the greatest so it is not really a big concern. It did put a few minor scratches on my nicer truck so I don't take that anymore.

I’ve been going to this car wash and the other one on 191st since day one. Had a membership ever since. I went through the car wash on a Saturday and one of the brushes knocks my mirror off. Wrote up a report with the car wash attendant. Three days pass, no call back. Call over and talk to The gas station manager and she was aware of the situation. I had asked her if the car wash manager, Sean, hit any plans of calling me back. She told me that they cannot cover any damage on the mirrors. That’s bad for me as I’ve got estimates for over $500 to repair. I get it, we run risks every time we go through a wash. I wouldn’t have been as upset if the car wash manager called me back, a loyal customer. That would have made this review much more favorable. It goes to show that no matter how loyal you are to a business, it’s not a two way street. I’m disappointed in their customer service, and that I’m out $500+ on my once flawless Dodge Challenger. Debating on whether I’ll go back again based on the lack of care given by Gas n Wash.
