Really nice people providing a really great service and product at a really reasonable price. Went in with a Razor Metro scooter and they were able to replace the rear tire with no wait, at a super affordable price. The shop has a large variety of bike accessories, along with replacement parts and bikes. It’s within minutes of Thomson Causeway Recreation Area. Would definitely recommend to others, and will be returning myself any time I’m in the area.

Matt and Mark were incredibly friendly and helpful in getting our group of four set up with bike rentals (road, hybrid, recumbent) this past weekend. Rentals were $20/day with the recumbent bike being a little more.They spent the time to adjust seat height and handle bar positions in addition to installing water bottle holders which was great since we didn’t have our own tools.I would highly recommend riding on the Great River Bike Trail which is right next to the bike shop. Head up north to Savannah and/or south to Fulton to see the Dutch Windmill. Our group had an great time riding and the sights were equally amazing along the trail.

Fantastic ride on an Arnold rental trike. If your staying at Thomson Causeway I absolutely recommend a visit to Arnold’s for your biking needs. The recreation trail should be a top priority for your stay. Trikes are a blast!!!

Incredible people!! They go above and beyond. Purchased a new catrike villager. Had an incident that was totally my fault. I took up to have them look at it. They fixed it on the spot. I was expecting to leave it. I told Lisa that I was expecting to leave the bike she said we want you be able to ride your new bike. Highly recommend these wonderful people.

The guys here were extremely nice and helpful. A buddy and I were on tour and they fixed his derailleur problems right up while we ate lunch a few doors down. One of the guys, Neil, felt bad because when we called he didn't realize we were touring and didn't have a ride to the shop, otherwise he said he could have picked us up.The mechanic who fixed my friend's bike easily took care of both issues he was having.Definitely would recommend this shop.

The staff is very good and knowledgeable with bikes, recumbent and normal, and recumbent trikes. They can fix your bike and trikes, often while you wait. The have a large inventory of new and used bike and a huge inventory of parts, tires and wheels. They are super friendly and helpful.

Do Not Do Out of State Business With This Bike Shop.I did business with this bike shop before when the owner Gary Arnold was alive. I thought that I would try again even though I did not have any personal experience with the people who run it now. I've learned the hard way that the present owners cannot be trusted.I went and purchased a Sun EZ-Speedster-CX recumbent back in December of 2017 because my last recumbent was destroyed in an auto accident back in July of 2017. Any EZ-Speedster recumbents are hard to find because they were made in 2005 in limited quantity.I have not received my recumbent. I spent $1,000 on it. I have made repeated attempts to find out why they have not shipped my recumbent to me in Mississippi. Whenever i call them during business hours, my calls go directly to voice mail. I have not gotten a call back from them.All of my emails have also been ignored. I've sent them one final email stating that if I do not receive notification that the recumbent has been shipped in three days I will be contacting my law firm in Chicago to start a lawsuit against them for breach of contract and i will also be contacting the Carroll County Sheriff Department.

I took my Catrike to Arnolds for a tuneup. Ended up that it needed a lot of work. They worked hard to get it right, and the price was very reasonable given the amount of work it needed. The bike rides great now. I would definitely recommend Arnods for any bike maintenance you may need.
