I had an emergency with my dog & my regular vet was unavailable. This was on a weekday, too. I found this vet & they were so kind, patient, thorough & empathetic. Dr. K is an amazing, kind & considerate veterinarian. This was an unexpected expense for me. I hadn't budgeted for an emergent need. They were so understanding. I'm so grateful for the way they cared for my Molly-girl. Can't thank them enough. Highest recommendation.

Wow. Well I just found my long term vet. Dr. Kozac was amazing. We went in full of questions and anxiety and and she was quick to help with both. That was just me she took even better care of the dog. Prices were not the cheapest that I found calling around but the way that my dogo and I were treated it's well worth it.

The vet that helped is very nice and very knowledgeable. The staff all seem very nice. However, when you have blood work or x-rays or need some meds for your pet, expect a hefty bill that must be paid before you leave.

I lost my sweet boy and took him to thompsonville vet to be cremated and they were SO KIND and gentle from the moment we stepped in the door! They were so accommodating and even sent us a card and my sweet babies paw prints were inside. I am overwhelmed with the thoughtfulness they give to their patients! I will continue to take my dogs here ❤️

We brought our lab here because she had an ear infection. The vet and all the techs were very friendly and addressed all our problems/questions. We will definitely be bringing our Cinnamon back here for all her vet needs.

Friendly and caring staff. The doctor was kind and informative. We drove for over an hour to get to a vet that would treat mini pigs. So glad to find her. We love our little kunekune/guinea hog cross porky boy. He was welcomed and well treated.

I took my dog here at the time he was a puppy. One of our cats had bit him so it got infected swelled up hard. I wanted just antibiotics to give him but that would have been to cheap and the right thing to do. Like I said it swelled up hard. So to get more money,she the Vet,lanced my dog which was very unnecessary. I would recommend you find somewhere else to take your children to. Any Vet that's willing to cut your kid only to make the bill that only should have been maybe $60 to $380 is not a honest person.

Staff were all kind and professional if you want a good vet for a mini pig especially I'd recommend this place. Price is fair too compared to other vets willing to take pigs and the staff here treat them just as kindly as a dog or cat. They handle your animals gently too and clearly care more for the animal than a lot of other places. This is likely the only place I will ever go to with my "mini" pig

I was able to get our 6m old kitten (who was dumped) in, on very short notice, to be spayed...actually the day after I called. They were so polite and took very good care of her. I dropped her off at 8am and was able to pick her up at 2. She had a very tiny incision that never got swollen or even red. They did a fantastic job. We will makes this our permanent vet now!

Thompsonville vet is my go to for all of my pets needs. I love that it’s a smaller building so I feel like they know my pets when I bring them in. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Kozak is wonderful! I feel like she cares about my pets almost as much as I do. If you are looking for somewhere to take your pets look no further because this is the place to go!

We always feel comfortable with the Dr.'s, technicians and office staff at this place. They have always been helpful with our questions and concerns about the medical treatment as well as the health issues of our babes and the babes of our family members. They are courteous and if we don't feel comfortable with a course of treatment, they never try to push us into choosing a product we are leary of. At the same time, they take care in making certain that we understand the importance of the correct treatment plan with detailed explanations if the need, or request, arises. We truly believe that the owner holds himself to high standards, and that the rest of the Dr's and staff follows suite. They are a little pricey, but it goes without saying that the care is of the upmost quality.

Poor customer service... I recently adopted a dog and was given a voucher from the dog pound to get my dog neutered on a discounted price. This veterinary clinic was listed on the voucher as one of the places I can use my voucher at. When I walked in and told the lady in the front I would like to use this coupon today and get my dog neutered, she then tells me "We don't do freebies anymore". Well... this isn't a freebie but a coupon I got from the dog pound when I adopted the dog. She then threatens me if I don't pay full price and get my dog neutered that she will call the dog pound and get them to come take my dog away from me. I later got a call from the dog pound, saying that they will do exactly what she said they will do and euthanize him. This vet sure does love animals!

It's very expensive compared to Clark's in benton and sesser vet. The glee pill I bought here was way more expensive. I was ignorant/naive on the cost of the pills. Looked them up after... $45 for 3 of the same pill that cost me almost $35 per pill at thomsonville vet. And the pill is one that the fleas have to bite your dog/animal before they work. Avoid!!!
