We hired this company to demolish our basement walkout and reconstruct.We had at least 3 conversations regarding use of brick molds which were never used. We were unaware they were not used until cement was poured and dry.The finished product looks terrible as the seams were never ground or smoothed out.The walls were then painted which made all flaws more noticable and now can not be fixed. There are also multiple flawed areas in the walls.which look like pock marks.The concrete pad and step leading from the garage began to sink after 3 months.Had to have another contractor fix this area in order to save our stairway leading to our dock.They also left us a huge mess in our yard leaving us a massive pile of clay to clean up.Also had to clean up cigarette butts, wrappers and water bottles left behind. After demanding someone with authority come to inspect the completed work and hear our complaints,we had to wait 2 weeks for any response as to a solution although all we wanted was a repair for the concrete pad and step by a different company. But they are quick to want their payment. We would never recommend anyone to use this company as theIr rates are high and quality of work is terrible.
