Always pleasant staff. But I do have to point out a special person ( Stephani) in the pharmacy. I've been having problems with my meds getting filed and no explanation. But the last couple of months I have been very blessed to get Stephani to help. It has felt great to get answers, explanations and my meds with no problems. She needs employee of the year in my opinion.

My only problem with the pharmacy is they put your credit card in a paper envelope. It’s the second card I have lost because of this. No other pharmacy or store does that. After the day is over. I forget, my card wasn’t handed back to me and, put in my wallet for safe keeping.

The drive-thru is closed for 2 hours a day for lunches. It makes it very hard for us handicapped people that cannot go inside the store and retrieve our medication.

Out of stock of prescription item for daughter who has an allergic reaction. Instead of calling to notify me they wait for me to go pick up item at 6pm then couldn't tell me how you can transfer your prescription to another pharmacy for my 3 yr old daughter. Horrible service. Will not be returning as this is my second time having issues with them. Do not recommend.

I always have problems with Walgreens drive up pharmacy service. Plus they're always so slow about filling their prescription orders. Because they're under staffed and some of these young employees spend more time chitchatting and goofing off instead of actually working as they should be in my personal opinion.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever used. In 8 months they have made 3 major mistakes with my prescription. They have shorted it, filled it with a dosage 4 times my prescribed dose, and billed my Insurance for a partial fill, preventing me from being able to get a full month supply to get me through until my new insurance takes effect, so I will have the pleasure of paying out of pocket for a 10 day supply, $100 I don't have. I am done with Taylorville Walgreens

Pharmacy is awful! Horrible customer service. Used the online refill option, for the confirmation email stating they had received my script refill. Hours later after hearing nothing I call and am told to be there in 1.5 hours. I do so only to show up to a closed pharmacy. CVS had my prescription transferred and filled within 30 min of me calling the next day. I emailed customer service and got an automated email back. Never going back!!!! CVS across the street now has all of our family business!

Most of the time is great. Other times, I'd rather not even bother ... if it is anything, but the pharmacy is great, but if you are dealing with them, it is slow, and some people are super riude.

Horrible! Every time I'm in Walgreens they manage to mess up my meds. Yesterday they wanted $ 280 for one prescription and $30 for a script on monday! I have three insurance policies, I should pay $0 for these meds. Another time my doctor called in Tramadol and they gave me Celexa! Thank God I checked the bottle before I took it! Im a stroke and epilepsy patient! Celexa could have hurt me! My Monday scrpit was written for 20mg and they tried to give me 10mg! 10mg is not covered by ins. 20 mg is 100% coverage! We were in the drive thru and waited 30 min for my scripts to be messed up! Goodbye Walgreens! Hello Walmart!

I was dreading going to Walgreens in Taylorville this morning 😫 but I needed to pick up my husband’s Rx. I went in and asked for the filled Rx and one I hadn’t called in—-I imagined the wait and laborious process to get a Rx at Walgreens. I arrived about 9:30. Pharmacy technician told me it would be a 15 minute wait—-I had heard that before. I said no problem I would shop while I waited expecting it to be at least a half hour even tho the store and pharmacy was empty. To my pleasant surprise I barely got down an isle when she called my name—-less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the fast service!! Hopefully this will become the normal and not a one time occurrence.

Horrible slow lately - not sure why? Takes sometimes 30 + minutes for a wait in line to get meds. And hearing after 1 whole hour "Its not ready or its not here" makes the day not so great.

My personal experience here has always been a good one. Their pharmacy staff has always provided me with a helpful hand for all my needs. When shopping inside the store it has been extremely clean and the staff very helpful. Lots of parking available and conveniently located.

This is the 3rd time i've paid by express pay and twice when my boyfriend went to pick it up they charged him! This place is a joke! Now i understand why Walmart pharmacy is so busy! Time to move my prescriptions!

I had Walgreens fill a prescription that CVS was out of. Suddenly ALL of my prescritions were transfered to Walgreen. Thank heavens CVS straightened it out.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever! Unless you want to wait an hour or more for your prescription I'd suggest going anywhere else.

If you take medicine twice a day and they only give you 30 how many days does that last 15 days but they act like it's there medicine .When a person is out they are out no one likes to take medicine .So be kind and do the math .Thank for your time.
