I asked if they had running socks and was rudely told "socks are socks" like I was crazy. I don't care if they don't have them but it was an odd way to respond to me. As I was leaving I could see the lady gesturing towards me to other customers, again like I was crazy.Other than that, their selection is lacking. They seem to only stock budget shoes. The only men's running shoes over $100 they have in stock are Brooks and New Balance. If you're after anything more than $100, they won't have it.

We had a good time looking for back to school shoes. They had enough options that everyone found what they liked and it wasn't too overwhelming. Not real busy when we were there, which was nice for health reasons.

Live out of town stopped in to check things out found a pair of shoes and the two ladies at the register had excellent customer service. It was so refreshing in this day and age where customer service is rare so it was a welcome experience we will be back to shop again.

The staff is always very helpful and there is always so much to chose from! Last time I was in there, one of the staff members overheard us saying that they didn't have the color my friend wanted in her size. So the staff lady came and had her size a different color, then ordered the size she wanted in the color she wanted to have shipped to her. Everyone is super friendly!

I bought a pair of sketchers a couple weeks ago and I went to wear them the next day and noticed the bottoms were dirty like they had been worn outside. I was under the impression that shoe stores do not take back shoes worn outside bcuz of this. They were the only pair like them and I’ve been wearing these particular kind of shoes for a couple years now. I would’ve returned them had they not been the only pair. I shop in this store a lot and love the great selection of shoes but if they keep selling worn outside shoes I will no longer shop there. I do have pictures of them but I’m not able to post them here for some reason.

Save your money and go somewhere else!!Bought a pair of boots that only had 2 sizes available in the store employee told me to try them out and if I wanted another size I would have to go online and buy them myself. Tried the boots for a couple days and do not like the way they fit wanted a different size and they will not do anything to help

Their return policy is awful. I bought a pair of boots in December and by the end of January the heel of one boot has "blown out". The boots are otherwise in excellent condition. I was told that if they had been worn outside they couldn't return or exchange them. It's obviously a manufacturing defect but if the store will not stand by their products we will not shop there anymore. Another store that wont last.....
