I am giveing a 3 star review since me and my wife are in the store today and had been getting stuff like 3things of yogurt some popsicles and stuff for her mother and had not yet been done shoping and Robin the store manager walks by and looks in our cart and gave a judgemental humph because of what we got if we get this again we will take it to the higher ups

This particular store is not my favorite Kroger, although it is larger than the Kroger store I normally go to. Employees are pretty nice, but I've never had to have much assistance. They have kind of a nice little clearance section, which I find very useful at any Kroger store that has one. Pretty large selections as well. Overall, it's a nice store. More household items, too.

Last Wednesday I purchased a block of cheese at this dingy, dark store. I love the Kroger back home in Tennessee so I was excited to swing by the only Kroger near me while visiting my fiancé’s family. When I entered the store I should have just left. It was dark and dirty. I did my shopping and got home and opened this cheese to cut it up and saw the mold. The next day I emailed customer service who promised a response in 48 hours and got nothing. I’m not bothering to drive all the way to Taylorville for a refund but I’ll not be shopping at this Kroger again.

Prices are great, but the customer service sucks. The attendant is never there and when they do show up they wanna give me lip. Saying my debit card won't work.Or how they have all this other stuff to be doing. Like I really don't care. I'm just over the excuses and lack of punctuality. No one wants to wait 15 minutes just to pay a bill... Just run the system honey.no one asked you to criticize my debit card choice. 🙄

Store has been closed for over a month... when you look online it shows the hours of operation and the insta cart is sending to Decatur and not telling you and the groceries are warm or not the best produce when they deliver. Please be honest with the people (customers) that miss you being open!

Very upset with cashier Shiela. This is the 2nd time of her being rude! This time she straight up lied to us. She said if we didn't put our phone number in first we would not get all of our discounts. Which is not true. We like doing at the end. All she was worried about was making good times instead of making her customer happy! She was arguing with us in front of other customers. So unprofessional! We tried to tell her we would put our number in as soon as the groceries were loaded onto belt. Other than that I would of gave this store 5 stars. It's clean and well stocked! Everyone else was friendly.

The staff was super friendly. I went to do their sale buy 5 save 5 and used coupons....honestly i wished we had one closer but i would drive the 40 min again in a heart beat! Saved $203 spent spent a little over $100.... Definitely worth the drive!

Taylorville Kroger is always a good store to buy groceries and other household items. Food quality is superior to most other grocery outlets. Their bakery products are outstanding. They offer a discount card that saves you money on your purchases.Convenient parking and handicap accessible with electric riding carts available at front door.

I'm so over waiting 5-15 minutes for a customer service attendant. No one is ever at the service desk. Then when there is someone they just look at me and say "it will be just a minute" while they sit there and talk about drama or their weekend with someone. I just want to pay my bill so I can go home. The customer service center in the only reason I hate Kroger. If they could just get it together it would be my favorite place to shop. I've tried pointing this out to the people that work the counter. However, no one cares.

It's a good size store, clean and uncluttered by displays in the aisles. The have a good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The staff is friendly and helpful. You have to apply for a Kroger card to get the sale prices, but every $100 spent earns you 10 cents off each gallon of gas you purchase at their adjacent gas station. Win - win.

Used self check out, spent $400. Because I didn't recieve a receipt, the "manager" refused to let me leave the store with the items. Now he has told me to wait 14 to 21 days to receive my bank statement (my debit card was used) before they'll refund my money!!! Ridiculous!!

Lots of customers without masks. When I asked, Kroger employees said they cant do anything about customers without masks. I am disappointed and shocked Kroger cares so little about the health of the community it serves. I did not feel safe shopping in ths store.

This Kroger store is awesome! It's not the hugest store I've ever been in, but the variety of products they offer here is amazing. The store is always well stocked & clean. Employees helpful & friendly. Great place to grocery shop!

Meat department guy(one I have never seen here before)was an absolute nightmare today. Positively AWFUL. LIed and refused to slice my meat for me. I will think twice before going here again.
