The groomer was very kind and she did her best, I don't have an issue with that she tried her best, however there were issues I did notice while there. Now I know puppies usually don't behave well and such and this was their first grooming, but when we brought them back home, it was like we had two completely different puppies in terms of personality, mostly. We had them almost completely potty trained and now it's like they completely forgotten to use a potty pad and they are more energetic than usual and slightly more aggressive.They have been difficult. I noticed when I got there to pick them up, there were three older dogs out of the kennels and one of them did their business on the floor and the groomer used a very dirty mop to clean it up on the same floor the dogs are getting groomed, and I found that unsanitary and unsafe. I never been to a grooming place before, but I was confused on why'd you have three out when working only on one. It felt unorganized. My puppies ended up with bald spots where the bows were put in because they ripped them out themselves, and while I am appreciative of her giving us a discount basically because she knows she didn't do well, I am just questioning on the safety and sanitation, as well as what happened to make my fur babies act so differently. I can understand they are mad at us for taking them to a groomer, but this is off and ongoing. I feel they watched the other dogs behaviors and for those behaviors not being corrected on, they are pursuing those same behaviors. The groomer lost them a couple of times. Yes they're sneaky and scared, but still... I felt it was unprofessional. This is not meant as a put down, but I needed to get this out. I do thank the groomer for trying, but we are going to focus on their potty training for right now.
