I’m all for promoting and respecting workers’ rights, but not accepting people at exactly 6:45 when they’ve already been in line for 15+ minutes is ridiculous. Businesses can estimate how many people can be processed in a given time frame, they need to create a barrier to stop the drive thru line from continuing 10 minutes before they close the pharmacy for break.

I wouldn't mind how rude the employee is if they had the prescription ready when they said it would be. I came un with my sick daughter and they asked me to wait a half hour to get it ready so I waited 1.5 hours and went through the drive through and it was still not ready and had to wait again. Once she gave me my daughters prescription she didn't ask if I had any questions and didn't say anything actually. So I said thank you have a nice day *sarcastically.

Just went through the Drive up, Ashland was amazing, I didn’t have insurance and would not have picked up the medications. She found me a Good RX coupon. Super nice young lady, professional, great customer service!

I just went through the drive-up to pick up a prescription. The woman working the drive- up was rude and short with me from the moment I pulled up. Then my prescription was out of the box completely and tossed into the drive-up container - no bag or anything. And no thank you or nothing. I recommend Walgreens work on teaching their pharmacy employees some proper customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy in the Walgreens system. I have given them three opportunities to prove me wrong. I am here again today to pick up a prescription that was dropped off the day before and was told it would be ready today. I show up only for them to tell me, and I have been given this story before, it was filled but it is on a truck somewhere and will be here sometime today. Then they tell me they can cancel that prescription and fill it here and will be ready in 15 minutes. Management needs to grab these people by the hair and lean in hard and teach them what customer service is. They are useless and this will be my last visit to this location ever.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I have severe asthma and have my prescriptions on auto refill. When I call to make sure my prescription is ready they say yes but it never is. No one knows what’s going on. It’s taken 3 days before for them to sort out my medication, they have no urgency at all. I will be switching pharmacies.

I personally wouldn't even give them a one star at all. The pharmacy are the rudest people I've ever met in my life and you don't even have to be rude. You're only rude because you hate your Job I mean be honest you hate your job. Find another one. If it's that terrible I mean cuz you're all just nasty to people pretty sad

Took 7 hours, several phone calls (including one call to my dr office) and 2 trips to Walgreens to get my prescriptions. Received texts and phone calls that they were filled & ready, but was told none of them were ready when arriving to pick them up. Used to love Walgreens. Will be going elsewhere from now on. One person at the pharmacy finally helped us. The prescriptions were ready all along.

Not good. They never have my prescriptions ready when they should be. They often don’t have medication in stock. And, they put prescriptions back before the time you’re allowed to pick it up.And, now they’re not giving complete prescriptions. Be carefulNot reliable at all, which is scary when it comes to necessary medications.

My med was out of stock at express scripts and meijer. I called Sycamore Walgreens to see if they had it in stock. They confirmed it was in stock. I gave info for script to be moved to walgreens. I was told it would be ready in about hour once script was moved. I made special trip to pick it up 2 days later. Stood in line for 15 minutes. Was told my med is out of stock. Why would walgreens confirm they had it in stock when they don't.

Walgreens used to be great, but it's time to switch to CVS I think. When I call it doesn't even go to my pharmacy, it goes to a call center and they don't help with anything anyway. It's very frustrating. Then when you go to pick up a prescription, it takes an hour to get through the line. I'm done

Unbelievable wait time just to pick up one prescription. I went inside first and 6 people inside waiting to get prescription. So I went through the drive thru and 7 cars waiting inline. Time to find a new pharmacy.

They carry a good selection of products from OTC medicine to food, makeup, etc. their prescription counter is always busy so you might wait in line awhile. They are helpful.

I had such a bad experience with the lady employee who works the front cash register, that I will never return to this store. CVS has gained my business without even trying. I spend $300-$400+ monthly at Walgreens between by prescription copays and personal items. I thought my printed coupons went directly to my app but I was wrong. So I clipped another coupon and this employee tried to tell me that there was nothing she could do. Ringing up my 5 items again was out of the question. I stood firm. She finally did it and then not only did she not apply the coupon (not 100% sure it would have worked anyway) then she didn’t offer me my $2 rewards, and said she would have to get a manger if I wanted a printed copy of my receipt. It all sounds lazy and dishonest. Not that usually exhibits quality customer service. I walked out because the line behind me was growing with innocent people.

A great store offering a variety of health related products along with an excellent assortment of groceries, cards, gifts, beauty items, etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Visited technically 3/30/23 since it was around midnight. Had a rough day decided to shop for makeup which always makes me happy. Unfortunately, this shopping experience was the exact opposite! A manager followed me around and watched me the entire time while shopping which was very uncomfortable. Makeup was buy 1 get 1 50% off. I go to purchase my 4 items and only 1 came up as sale price. This guy goes through a number of things to check. Waited maybe 5-7 mins. Found out you have to buy 2 of the same item for discount to apply. If true this would make zero sense! Decided not to buy anything and left. Maybe on sale items include must be same item, brand, size or whatever. Very misleading, wasted my time, uncomfortable and a little angry I might add due to this man following and watching me. What an unpleasant experience! I will NEVER go back!

Called about an order I placed this morning. After a couple hours I called to make sure it was in the system. Was on hold for 15 minutes all the while letting me know periodically where I was in line. 3 ahead, 2 ahead, 1 person ahead....then the recording comes on and says they are at lunch for the next 30 minutes. But I could hold if I want to! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! The least you could do is attend to those in the cue and not accept new calls at a certain point. Needless to say, I have decided to take my chances without Walgreens.

Walgreens, if you see this, clear out this pharmacy staff and start fresh. They lack basic understanding in filling prescriptions. Instead of solving issues and helping customers, they’re too busy trying to point the blame at someone else. In the end, they read my prescription wrong and only gave me 1/3 of my monthly pills and tried to play it off as cool. That’s NOT okay. I reached out to them on four different occasions about being shorted and waiting on hold for over an hour each time I called. How absurd. I’m glad they weren’t life saving heart meds or I would sue. It’s been two weeks and they still haven’t figured out how to correct the issue. It’s unacceptable. This staff needs to learn the difference between 30 day supply vs 30 pills. There’s a big difference if people take meds 3 times a day. I had to call my doctor many times and the pharmacist many times. It shouldn’t be this hard. I’m the middle man. You should be working directly with them to get me my refills. I have a patient history as well, you should clearly be able to see something is wrong after I notify you that my primary doctor was taking over my meds refills and they needed to reach out to him to continue fulfilling my meds because that is what my doctor asked. You should’ve communicated with him better to notice something was wrong.

Took forever for them to find my profile. Was told I couldn't talk to the pharmacist because they couldn't be interrupted with what they were doing, and lastly, I was told last week that one of my prescriptions was ready for pick up. Called today (a week later basically) and was told that the prescription had to be approved before it could be refilled. That seems odd. Why was I told it was ready and now I'm being told it has to be approved before it can be filled? Someone isn't telling the truth. Do yourself a favor and report this company to the state. I will be filing a complaint with the state for sure, as this is unacceptable). I will find another pharmacy to deal with. The only reason I chose Walgreen is because they are in many states, but I guess when you get service like this, it almost doesn't matter anymore. I would rather deal with someone else that has fewer locations or more limited hours than go through this. Apparently taking care of customers is not their priority. Sad because I don't think that's what the founders of the company had in mind when they founded the company.

I have had numerous issues of getting prescriptions sent here, and coming to pick them up hours later and them still not being ready. I've shown up, and been told "It would be an hour to get your prescriptions ready" only to show back up an hour later to have them tell me nothing was ready. Not only have I had issues, anyone I know that has went here for prescriptions has had some sort of issue, whether it was not filling prescriptions, overcharging, not running insurance, or berating them for the prescriptions they were filling.But the final reason I'll never go back: The lady in line in front of me called ahead and was told her prescriptions were ready. She was then told in-store that her 2nd prescription was ready at a totally different store. Then, after she left, the pharmacy techs decided to mock her and laugh at her.

Awful experience with the pharmacy. Sat waiting for about an hour past my scheduled appointment time. Was never checked in properly by the woman at the check in window. I’ll never return to Walgreens for anything.

At 1st I avoided this Walgreens location because they are always super busy. On occasion an RX has taken longer than at other pharmacies BUT I can easily forgive them for it because their pharmacy in-store and/or 2 drive-thru windows are always stacked with customers. The fact they are slammed with such a heavy volume of customers is totally their fault for: having great employees (who are warm, friendly and knowledgeable), a wide variety of services, nice variety of items, fairly low prices and great sales prices. They know how to treat their customers very well and leave them eagerly coming back. Other stores should try the same easy business model and maybe Walgreens in Sycamore would be less busy!!! :) I now shop there for a quick pick up of whatever needed and my RX's it's just that easy.

I can't get help from this location. I was on hold for 39 minutes with nobody to answer. The website is broken so making appointments is nearly impossible as they time you for their own website to fail and not work after imputing the prompt. Then I call back only to be hung up on by the pharmacy. I've had several bad experences at this Walgreens, From the photo counter man trying to hit on me. For the older cashier who runs the front treat my boyfriend rudely. I don't understand why this particular Walgreens has been so bad. I've gone to Walgreens all over the country and, I've never experienced worse services, wait times, lack of customer service and, lack of help. Sadly this has been going on for years from what I hear.Maybe it's time for Corporate to investigate this store.

Why is it always so slow in the drive thru for the pharmacy I have been in line for 20-40 minutes on a regular basis. Even though their are 4 cars in front of me.... they redid the pharmacy ... for what? to be slower! I'm so tired of it. I'm haveing my Dr transfer my scripts asap this happend no matter what day or time. Garbage!

Good god just shut it down. For anyone who thinks the 24 hours is conventient, go literally anywhere else. Even the employees will tell you to do the same.Your perscriptions wont be ready. They won't be billed properly. You wont be given the right dosage. Save yourself the headache and worry.
