Last time filling here, this is the second time I have called in a prescription in early 10 and it still not ready by 1pm. That's in excusable, especially since this was the only time I had to pick it up today due to work and taking my kids trick or treating afterwards so I will have to go without my medication for most of the day tomorrow. I have been on this medication for 20 years and it's the first pharmacy to use it as an excuse for a delay. Until recently I was able to just request it at the counter and it was done by the time I did my shopping, aprox. 30 min so idk if they had a change in management or what happened but 3 hours+ is unacceptable.

I use to go to Walgreens, but they failed to inform me they were out of my prescription and that it was going to be 5 days before they could fulfill it. I had to call in to obtain that information.I called the Hy-Vee pharmacy and explained that I was expecting a prescription to come through and that it was important that I was notified of being filled and ready to be picked up. There were complications with my doctor sending the wrong prescription, which had me calling the Hy-Vee pharmacy so much. There were many frustrated tears she’d over this prescription debacle, but the Hy-Vee pharmacy staff were patient and understanding. They prioritized my experience as a customer and human. I deeply appreciate the way everyone handled my numerous phone calls. Not one employee got short with me even though I had called an annoying amount of times. I am forever using Hy-Vee Pharmacy for my prescriptions.

App is clunky and difficult to add prescriptions to, phone line isn't much better, and staff isn't super helpful/knowledgeable. Additionally they do not take GoodRX coupons and fill time is super slow. If you need your prescription filled on any sort of schedule (ie. if you have a scrip you can't have filled until the day you run out because of dispensing limits) do not go here. Try Walgreens or Meijer.

Went inside to do shopping got done went to pickup prescription waited in line for 20 min. Asked if someone could help me they responded to me we have a line outside we will be with you shortly. 3 people working only one helping customers. Went back Saturday to drive through after leaving on Thursday upset. Pulled up they said it will be awhile since they have a line of customers inside. Either way I would recommend going somewhere else.

Dr. Sharda and staff are the best! They're so friendly and really go out of their way to help in any way that they can. They are also very knowledgeable. I am a local healthcare provider and recommend this pharmacy to patients on a regular basis. They always take great care of my patients. Keep up the outstanding work Hy-Vee Pharmacy team!

The staff at the pharmacy is very nice but they seemed quite busy when I've been there. Received my flu shot here two years in a row, very nice about it and professional. Really care about getting insulin out to patients.

Always slow, never calls doctors for refills, do not take goodrx coupons, and so much more. Even having trouble transferring important prescriptions to another pharmacy because they do not answer or return calls. Never going back.

Sharda was so rude and yelling at us. We did not had good experience visiting.she was discrinating all Indians. It is so sad that she is herself indian. She doesn't have patience at all. She is always yelling and shouting. Working in the medical field, she should have some kindness and patiance. I won't visit this pharmacy again because her.

This place has gone down hill the one pharmacist is always rude along with some others. They constantly mess up. They don't open when they're suppose to and getting your medicine delivered is a joke.

The people at the pharmacy are the slowest people I've ever met. They talk and don't do their job. I've been 2nd in line for 20 mins. Everytime I've been here this has happened.

Could this place get any slower. Went inside waited and waited while no one helped. Did my shopping thought well ill.hit the drive thru been sitting in the drive thru for 10 min and all ive heard was well be right with you as soon as we can. Avoid this place.
