This location has some rather poor reviews, which I don't really understand. The staff here has been helpful, patient and kind. What you want/need is almost always available. Which cannot be said for other locations. I wouldn't be driving all the way from DeKalb to this location if it weren't the bees knees!

The only place open after 9:30pm on New Years Eve. On top of that, their staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Great service!

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to the pharmacy team and pharmacist working tonight. My prescription is out of stock in many places and this is the only pharmacist who was patient, happy to help, and genuinely kind. If you think the pharmacy here is no good, I've got news for you... no pharmacy has high ratings! Look at google reviews! There are plenty of issues far beyond their control involving supply chain issues, insurance, policies, etc. They have always been very very busy and at the same time very patient with my requests. Yes at times things don't work perfectly, but as a hospital nurse I ask you to please be considerate! Treat them like human beings and understand that no matter what we are all people subject to the places and conditions in which we work.

Pharmacy staff and competency here are absolutely horrible. The pharmacist is consistently making mistakes, forgetting to order prescriptions, and down right rude. The medications are never in stocks and take days to fill..if not longer. The wait for general scripts is by far the longest of anywhere I've been...even though I live very close I travel now 30min to go elsewhere. Customer service and competency goes a LONG way when dealing with your pharmacist.

I would avoid the pharmacy. I’ve usually had great luck with all other Walgreens but there is *always* a delay at this one and there’s always an issue. Just now I’ve been waiting over 4 hours for some very needed medicine to be transferred from a different chain and it wasn’t until I came to the pharmacy for a second time did the matter all of the sudden become “resolved”. There is some serious dysfunction here and save yourself some time and a potential headache by avoiding this one.

This pharmacy is incredibly slow and has no compassion. When you or you're family member is sick or in pain, you need your prescriptions. When a doctor sends a prescription over - like an antibiotic that someone needs to start right away - they sit on it and won't fill it. They just confirmed that they received my prescription over an hour ago but didn't fill it. Now that I'm here to get it the pharmacist is "on break" and I have to wait at least another half an hour. I'm in PAIN. This has happened here at least three prior occasions between myself and my family's prescriptions.In addition I have an allergy med they fill monthly. They have never been able to get the system to notify me when it's done despite repeated attempts of them setting up the text alert. Then they call me annoyed that I haven't gotten it yet (because I didn't know it was filled!) I guess THEY don't like to wait.Poorly staffed and managed. Wish we had a CVS nearby.

I come here often because it's on my way to work. The folks who work here are always friendly and remember me. The pharmacy folks are really well educated on over the counter meds, too. When I was asking about OTC cold medications, they set me on the right path and I was feeling better that night.I just wish they were open later! There's not much that's open in town after 10pm. Sometimes ya just wanna get some snacks.

When the pharmisist literally tells you "you gotta do whatever you gotta do" with a careless attitude it's time to take your business elsewhere. They dont take the time to learn their customers, then charge you full price for a script but only give you a portion of it and not the full month. Dont fill your scripts here, they dont care about you!

I live close by and each time I take a chance to fill RX here it is a 15-20mim wait in the drive up. 1-2 cars ahead only and takes so so long.Sadly I choose to venture a town away to a walgreens that isn't more than 5min wait each time with the same line.

Walgreens was very good to go to although I did find a mice scurring around. It has cheap prices which is very good for my budget. Nice employees, Very polite.

Pharmacy workers are liars. You did not just receive that prescription from the doctor, I watched them fax it in and I called to make sure u got it.

Drive thru not good at all unless you get lucky!!!! Wait at least half an hour in line not good for customer service.Too bad there wasn't another one on the area!!! Its too bad just took bad
