Loved our experience with Lucky Dog Grooming! They took great care of Marv :) He loved it there and I am pretty sure he didn't want to leave. The staff were so kind and educational with how to maintain his longer doodle coat. Will definitely be back!

Awful place DO NOT RECCOMENDThis place refuses to groom cats that aren’t declawed!In essence they are promoting animal abuse !! as an owner of 4 dogs and 2 cats I definitely won’t be spending any of my hard earned money on a place that doesn’t stay aligned with proper animal welfare and a place that supports cruel and unnecessary treatment of catsSHAME ON YOU GUYS!!

We have taken all three of our dogs to the location in Hinckley but the only opening they recently had for my 5lb miki, was in Sugar Grove. She is blind and toothless, they have always done a great job with her!

Just finished my second vist with Lucky Dog Grooming, and both time my dog has been treated great. I have been to both locations now and I love the services they provide. They take pride in what they do, and they're the only ones I trust with my dog.

What can I say????? Look at my girl. She's the queen of the Gold Coast of Chicago. Totally worth our trip out. Lucky Dog is the best when it comes to what they do. Thank you and i couldn't be happier (neither could the "queen")

I have a pure bred German Shepherd and Boxer mix. I made my first grooming appointment at the new Sugar grove facility. I was so impressed with everything. Trish was so nice and walked me threw everything. Danny the groomer listened to me and walked me through the process. My dogs have never looked so good in there life. I will be going back to get them groomed again. I am so happy with what they did for my dogs and the wonderful service. Highly recommend the sugar grove facility!!! Thank you Danny and Trish!!!

On our third time to the groomers my pup ran in and happily greeted the workers as if they were old friends and not scary puppy torturers. This let's me know they are very gentle and kind to her. And they make her look amazing too!
