This Jewel-Osco location seems to be a newer building. It is a clean and well stocked store. The aisles are nicely organized. The Starbucks inside is convenient and very close to the front entrance. The parking lot is large and we’ll maintained.

Decent jewel with some nice employees, but the older woman at the self checkout, Cindy has a very nasty energy. She seems annoyed to help anyone. another younger gentlemen came to help with my app and was much more kind and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot. Maybe don't work around people, Cindy.

Bakery is amazing! They made a a custom birthday cake for me - double decker cookie cake with frosting in the middle. They did a great job and great service! Reasonable price!

Store is well stocked and generally clean, my main issue with this location is that there are a lot of expired products are on the shelves and all of their items need to be checked before being purchased (especially frozen products). For example, I purchased these breakfast nuggets for my two year old on Friday (July 1st) and after opening and eating some of them he said, “They don’t taste right.” Check the date and they expired at the end of May. I could understand if it were a couple days past it’s best by date but this is unacceptable. .

Terrible experience with car pickup every time. I have never had an order that didn’t have multiple items missing (and also unaccounted for in the substitutions field in the app). I will never be ordering ahead again and would advise anyone reading that it isn’t worth it. The time that would’ve been saved is spent finding the missing items in the store.

I was kinda nervous of disappointed today. Went in for a pharmacy item and some fresh flowers. The flowers we either really badly picked over or looked like they were dying. Not the usual fair for this store. I know it's after the holiday but this was awful.

I'd give 0 stars for Osco pharmacy drive up service. Slower than molasses. Whenever I have gone though the drive up it takes them 10 minutes plus per car. Yes, a lot of the customers who go through the drive through are stoopid and want to sit there and argue about price, I get it. I sat there for 20 min+ for the 2 cars ahead of me to get gone. Next time I will get out of the car and go in! I hate their customer service over the phone too. The RX manager should be aware.

Every time I shop at Jewel the signage is confusing. They seem to deliberately mislabel the produce to deceive a customer, you think it is one price but they charge something else!I never have that problem anywhere else. I am avoiding shopping at Jewel now. I feel the practice is deliberate.Be careful when shopping at Jewel produce, be extra cautious.

Usually pretty good. Gotta watch price tag dates, always finding expired tags which can be a bit misleading. Pharmacy is hot and cold, it's either amazing service and friendly or you hit someone on their worst day ever and they're just done with everyone, no in-between 😂. Check out at the regular registers can be awkward sometimes as it feels like you're interrupting social hour so I usually opt for the self check out. Deli, bakery, produce and meat are usually well stocked and quality items and the reason we shop.

I grew up going to Jewel with my mom. It's a place that truly brings the community together in so many ways, sometimes its just the place you run Into old friends or its the place you shop at because the people who work there genuinely want to help you in any way they can and they have the freshest and best selection from the produce to the meat department and everything in between sometimes its just the familiar face you see that brightens your day and helps you stay connected during this pandemic!!! High prices compared to other local stores. Good produce. Shop here when desperate, but otherwise avoid. Have had multiple bad interactions with employees. Just don't care, unless there's a major f-up won't get fired so so why be accommodating and pleasant to customers?

Food is excellent, amazing customer service. I wish there was one in my city. I would certainly be a regular customer. If you are looking for organic or to eat healthy, this is the store. Love this place. 🙌😁

I do my shopping online sometimes. Twice now I ordered eggs and twice they filled 0 saying they didn’t have any. So I went in because eggs are a staple food and low and behold they had eggs and to make it even more annoying they had the brand I requested. I always put substitutes and notes on my orders because we have a lot of food allergies and issues. These are never followed. I talked to manager once whose response was “that sucks”. I don’t even bother talking to management anymore because they do not care. Although, this Jewel seems to have a better stock of foods, their service is poor and they can’t seem to follow simple instructions.

Recently there has been a great and long overdue, remodel of this store. It has brought the aesthetics to a much higher level. It also seems there is a lot more variety and quantity of products in the aisles on the shelves and in the (new) freezers and coolers. The staff have always been helpful and courteous but seem to have a bit more energy and pride working in in their updated environment. I'm glad to see this continued refurbishment and investment in the west side of Aurora. My only criticism is the relocation of some items. The soft drinks being located next to the liquor department probably makes sense logistically, but it will take some adjustments to get used to the new layout. The Associated Bank branch will undoubtedly be an added convenience for shoppers. All in all a vast improvement.

Horrible customer service by Glenda. Insulting me as a customer making side comments and being just rude . I am Hispanic and felt very attacked by her almost making her seem racist due to her comments due to me using a certificate I got through my employer over the holiday season. Horrible hope she gets fired can’t imagine her doing this to many other customers.

This Jewel is great for the convenience and all the employees are nice and helpful. Even long before Covid (going back about 10 years ago after they were bought out), they would be constantly out of things. Especially if something was on sale. If you did not get there in the first 2 days of the sale, you were most likely out of luck. Those sale items were typically not restocked in time prior to the sale ending. The deli was also very hit or miss. If you request a thin or shaved meat, some employees would show you the slice, you approve it, then they will turn up the thickness. That happened to us many times. Things have been much better recently in the deli, so I'm glad for that improvement.

I don't usually go to this jewel store. I must say that it's the Next Generation a jewel stores that I am used to. The store is clean well-organized helpful staff produce that is really good the store made salads they are good so I'm going to try more shopping there that was a pleasant experience. That was after I went to the Culver's down the street good locations

Pros:- Clean- Close to home- Younger cashiers are friendly- Regularly priced items are usually in stockCons:- Expensive- Produce and meat are mediocre quality for the price- Sales always seem to have "fine print"- ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT- Insufficient ordering/stocking of sale items- Floor staff and managers never say hello or make eye contact- Any attempts to ask for help leave you feeling like you're being an annoyance, and it's always your problem/faultI was going to this location because it was close to home and convenient to get to, but after this week's shopping trip I've had enough. Their prices are expensive to begin with, but consistently I have issues with items being wrong on my receipt and I feel like I have to heavily scrutinize their "sales" just to make sure I actually pay that price. You have to buy specific varieties, minimum quantities, quantities in multiples of some arbitrary number...and it's not like those sales prices are super amazing to warrant buying 4-5 of something. The younger cashiers at the register are the only friendly employees I've encountered, but everyone else act like it's such a hassle to actually interact with or help you. The couple times I even bothered to go to customer service to adjust incorrect prices on my receipt, I basically walked out feeling like I was criminalized. I'll be going next door to Aldi and driving a little further to Woodman's for my groceries from now on.

Always enjoy shopping here at night. The majority of the staff is exceptional. Store manager is not please at all but I rarely see her. Daytime help is good but the younger ones Definatly lack basic math skills. But that's an entirely different matter that's open for debate.

Good clean store that always has everything I need when making different recipes. Very helpful employees and other customers as I don't get to shop there on a regular basis. Always go there when near.
