I would take my dog with me everywhere if I could but when I can’t, the only place I trust is It’s Raining Cat’s and Dogs. Carrie and her entire team are fantastic. I am able to relax knowing Izze is well taken care of when she’s there. I highly recommend their services - boarding, grooming and daycare, as I have used all three over the years and will continue to as long as I have furry babies. Thank you for all you do!!!!

We have an 8 month old German shepherd who goes to doggie daycare. He absolutely loves to go. He drags us into the building, so we know he is well treated. They have sensible protocols in place. The staff loves animals and you can tell. We also boarded him here. And he was excited to go back. Highly recommended.

Our two pups have been attending daycare here for a couple of years. We also board them a few times a year when out of town. Staff have always been great (especially Logan & Ina), and my dogs are excited to visit each time. I like that they provide grooming services & the place is very clean. We trust this pet resort & wouldn't go anywhere else!

We have been using the services at Its Raining Cats and Dogs for about 4 years. They are kind, loving, and attentive to our Labrador. My favorite aspect is the owner’s home on the property. Someone is near 24-7. They keep the the health and safety of their 4-legged clients a top-priority, so all of pets will stay as healthy as possible. Beau is always happy when he goes to stay and he’s always happy and healthy when we pick him up. The staff is knowledgable and helpful anytime I have a question on the phone. We have used a few other facilities prior to finding this one. Their love & attention as well as affordability makes It’s Raining Cats and Dogs our top choice every time! 🐾❤️🐾

This pet care here is amazing, my Lucy Rose gets very excited when we drive her there. She is very energetic and gets to run and play with other puppies. When we travel we know she is fed and gets to rest in a large den at night. We take a few of her toys and her food, and can call to hear how she is doing. We very nuch appreciate the professional caregivers!

It's Raining cats and Dogs literally saved the life of our little maltipoo, Gracie. She has severe separation anxiety and cannot stay home alone. We never thought she would be fine with other dogs but they worked with her and now age loves going to daycare. My crabby old lady loves the staff. We also have a bernedoodle, Opie that we got right before covid hit. Due to this he was not properly socialized. He hates adults but thanks to Carrie, Lionel and his favorite, Logan he has overcome his anti social behaviors!!!We have 4 dogs and 3 out of 4 go to daycare. Our oldest Goldendoodle, Murphy would rather stay home and sleep!!!They are the best!!

We love It’s Raining Cats and Dogs! We use them weekly for doggy day care and they treat your dog(s) and you as if you are family. Would highly recommend for doggy daycare, boarding and their grooming.

We love this daycare and their grooming!….and our pups do too, they can’t get out of the car fast enough! The daycare drop-offs and pickups are always easy. We love taking them on vacation, but when we can’t, this is the only place that we’ll board them. Over all the years we’ve been going here, the owner and staff have always been very compassionate and it shows when our pups are happy to see them!

Absolutely the best facility and staff around!! You will not find a boarding/doggie day care with higher standards of cleanliness, pet safety and customer satisfaction. Every pet is treated like family, no better feeling when leaving your fur babies in someone's care. Carrie and her staff provide top-notch service each and every time and her meticulous attention to detail provides that extra reassurance your pets are in the best of care!

Their prices are reasonable, although they could be a little cheaper. A stool sample evaluation is a proprietary requirement of this daycare and boarding facility. I could understand if they wanted to uphold the highest of standards among socializing various dogs together, however, the frequency of this stool evaluation and the cost of it just completely astounded me. I informed my elderly mother that she was getting taken advantage of here and that we should look for alternatives. When it comes to our pets, I totally understand wanting the best possible care and treatment for them. However, due to this fact, many veterinarians and related facilities take advantage of pet owners. Price gouging is just as rampant as it is in the healthcare/hospital industry. I encourage everybody to openly discuss services, costs, experience, etc. They do not hold a monopoly. Open transparency and free market are the only ways to counteract this nefarious practice.

I was so nervous to leave my little guy at a pet resort but the staff at It's Raining Cats and Dogs made me feel at ease. I texted them and received updates and they sent me this adorable picture.The facility even has heated floors so the pups are more comfortable. Very pleased with their service and will use them again.

I’ve been hesitant to write this review for some time but it makes me sick every time I drive past and see they are still in business! I dropped my two dogs off for a day of day care after a tour as I always try out a place for weeks before committing to boarding. The tour was great and I felt confident that the owner understood my dogs needs and would abide.Well, I couldn’t be more wrong! If you go, ask to see the plywood boxes beyond the back room they keep the dogs in while boarding! Not even bedding, a blanket or food or water! I was told it was because they overbooked. They had cages piled up in the very back room with dogs—-one of them a senior—-in them. The owner was out when I came in at an unannounced time to pick up my dogs. Her daughters young friend was working and was very nervous. I told her I would walk back with her and and get my dogs and she led me to the room with complete sorrow and embarrassment.

Definitely do not recommend taking your dog here for grooming. I took my Aussie doodle here last year for the first time and she had cuts all over her body from the grooming. The groomer is not experienced when it comes to a dog having a little matting. My dog has been to other groomers when she was a bit matted and she has never had cuts on her until I took her here. The groomer said she has been grooming for decades but that was clearly not apparent. My dog was so happy to leave which made me nervous about what went on when I wasn't there.

My pups have been going there for over two years and they love the staff and are always excited to go there for daycare. The staff is amazing and very welcoming and loving. Also, a great place for grooming -- we have them do our pups nails as we are wary of doing them and the pups are very cooperative with the staff and their nails look great!

Recently boarded my two dogs for a 2 night / 3 day stay. They had both been there before for daycare and have never had any issues. Overall they seem like caring people and provide a quality service. Definitely better than others I’ve seen and experienced. Very fair pricing as well.However upon pickup and once loaded in the car both of my dogs had a very pungent odor and STUNK like pee. Absolutely disgusting smell emitting from both of them. Seemed as though they had both been laying in their own urine all weekend. I understand they might’ve been uncomfortable for the extended period and may have let their bladders loose. I know things happen and I’m sure it’s fairly common to see in a business like this. And I guess it’s good to know that they had adequate water throughout their stay..Immediately after arriving home from our weekend trip we were washing dogs..Like I had previously stated, I’m sure this is somewhat of a common issue in the industry, however I personally would absolutely make sure every single animal that left my care was either exactly how they came in or better (washed). Especially when promoting this as a luxurious pet resort, it’s the little things that count and go a long way.

We absolutely love everyone here who takes care of our boy, Oliver, when we go out of town. He's 6 years old and has been staying here at least a couple times a year since he was a puppy. I'm so appreciative of the protocols that are set up.

I don't really have a problem except they need to think what 24 hours actually mean. 24 hours is not from 5pm to 10am it is 5pm to 5pm. These people charged twice as much which would be for 2 days instead of one. These people need to learn how many hours in a day are. You should not be lying to people and charge them twice as much when they pick up their animals. I know I'm being a jerk but it is needed in this situation there's no nice way to put this. They should actually day it's that amount for 12 hours and the other for the real 24 hours. Make sure all employees says the correct amount too. For where I work we have what to day to costumers if not sure on the wall, or desk.

My husband and I were in a pinch and had to leave town. The place we usually board was booked and this place seemed perfect. The staff is very nice and it does seem like a nice facility.Shortly after booking our dog’s stay, we were informed a dog had a confirmed case of kennel cough that stayed with them. They assured us that they were taking extra precautions by cleaning, keeping dogs separated and closing the daycare. So not only did I still have to pay full price although some perks of his stay were not available, I now have a dog with a terrible case of kennel cough and a $200 vet bill. We will not be staying here again.EDIT: I called twice. Once on Thursday morning, and again Friday morning. They only seemed to care to give me a call back until after I left a review. The owner was very unprofessional and confrontational. She made it seem like my dog did not get it from them (it is the only place he has been) and told me she would not help at all with costs because of my review. I’m okay with that so people can see their true colors!

Kind, compassionate towards our nearly 13 y/o lab. They followed grooming instructions exactly as given, were prompt, and communicated well with us. We chose them so our girl wouldn’t have to jump anymore since that’s an issue for her.
