Dirty Pawz is incredible! Nikki and the team are nothing short of amazing! We have 4 XXL dogs and no one, I mean no one, has ever been so great with them like they are. Most groomers run the other way, DP cares for them like they are part of their family. Our dogs love going there and we are always happy with their services! Happy, non-smelly dogs are the best kind of dogs!

I was referred here by a coworker of mine & I’ve already been back! I’ve usually taken my girl to Petsmart, but this place is cheaper and provides the same services. The staff here are so friendly & have always had a positive attitude when I’ve come in. Although this place seems to be booked out a lot, it’s definitely worth the wait! Can’t recommend this place enough. 🐾

I can't say enough great things about Nikki and her crew! I now have rescued dog in our family and they can be unsure and untrusting ffrim their past before we get them. Nikki takes the time to make our pets feel comfortable and does an amazing job!

Our first experience has been good! Nikki is sweet, listens to what your looking for in a groom. The price isn't necessarily the least expensive around...but our pup loved that he wasnt in a cage while waiting. A nice perk!

I will never bring my girl here again! I asked for a Maltese cut on my Maltese and I got her back like this!! I asked for the round face cut and leave the hair on the ears but nope! They didn’t trim her nails or bathe her either. I paid $60 for a chop job on my dog and I’m very upset with this place! I don’t know who groomed my dog but that person needs to be taught how to groom an animal! Never again with this place!!! I would give it zero stars if I could!Edit to this post…I talked to the owner and she apologized and refunded my money..we talked about what happened and she said if I would like to bring Jeannie back she would groom her personally so I’m going to give them another try. Thank you for being so nice and handling this situation professionally!

SO impressed with Dirty Pawz. We had our Malamute groomed here today and I couldn't be happier with how she looks and the professionalism of the staff. They were all incredibly friendly and kind, very responsive to our concerns, and took amazing care of our dog. We have been to multiple groomers in the area now and this is the best by far. Customer service was good as we were welcomed immediately and were kindly talked to. Our dog was in for a bath with the de-shedding treatment and once we got her back she didn’t look any different except for her nails and the obvious bandana. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt of hoping the treatment wouldn’t be right away but we waited and she is still the same. We won’t be coming back since we didn’t feel anything was done to her. Not to mention our dog was also feeling down for a week or two after the bath, so I don’t know what may have happened to cause her upset emotions.

They may have gotten better with this but I took my nine year old baby here and after taking her home I noticed she had a cut under her arm. After keeping it clean and sanitized for two days it still progressed into a horrible infection that needed on going vet treatment. The grooming was in February, it is now June and she is finally clear of an infection. I’ve never had an issue with a groomer prior to this. This was also the first and only time I have ever been to this groomer. Unfortunately I will not be going back. She is my baby and this was a very scary experience. I was nervous this was a result of poor sanitation. I could be wrong but it was too bad of an infection to just have been a clean cut. The cut had dried up blood on it too. I always check her after a groom but it was located in her armpit so it took me sitting with her at home to notice it when checking her again. I never notified the groomer but I do have the vet date and documentation showing it was after the grooming appointment. I should have contacted them and took action though because as you know vets cost a lot for repeated treatment. So I would proceed with caution when taking your furr baby here. I hope this is never an issue for anyone again because everyone there was so kind and even gave me a tour, I was excited about having them as a new groomer but unfortunately I will never be going again.

First time ever taking my dogs to a groomer and Nikki was awesome! She responded to my call within minutes and had an opening the same day! Was able to take both of my 50 lbs + kids at the same time. Nikki and her staff were so friendly, I knew I was leaving them in good hands. She did a great job and the pups have never been so clean and soft! Her prices include services that other places charge extra for. They were having a great time when I picked them up, it seemed like they had been on a puppy play date! Will definitely be back and highly recommend Dirty Paws! 💙🐕‍

I have a miniature schnauzer, who was heavily matted. We had taken her to our groomer of many years “pet supplies plus in Montgomery. They told me she was so heavily matted that I needed to take her to a professional groomer. I told her I thought I had. I called my vet at Montgomery animal hospital and they recommended Ditry paws. I called and they set up an appointment right away. I picked up our dog a few hours later and she was beautiful. The groomers at dirty paws were just wonderful. I have found a new groomer for all my dogs. We could not be happier

The team at Dirty Pawz is second to none! They go above and beyond what they are required to do. I have dogs with special needs and they have not only accommodated those needs, but they have never once made us feel like a burden. I know that this team actually cares about all of my pets. I am not sure what Nikki is putting in the water over there, but the whole team radiates positivity and excitement for what they do. 10/10 stars because 5 is not enough!

Love the facility and that the dogs get to hangout with each other between grooming and getting picked up. They did a great job with Guinness and the pricing was very reasonable. Very friendly staff and they're great with the dogs.

My dog Copper hates it when we clip his nails, so I thought I would give Dirty Pawz a try. They did a fantastic job. Also, we usually give our dog his bath, but I think we will give the staff at Dirty Pawz a try. Loved this place!

Nikki is wonderful with my anxious rescue dog! My 82 pound girl doesn't tolerate anything around her neck and Nikki worked with her in a harness. Nikki took time to get familiar with my dog. She went above and beyond and I will always take my dog to Nikki. Her prices are very reasonable too!

I had the best experience here! The staff happily greeted my dog by name and because he’s friendly they allowed him to walk around freely rather than be kenneled while waiting for his bath. They made him so comfortable. I was thrilled that my dog could socialize with other dogs & get his bath at the same time. Superior customer service & he smelled great afterwards. My dog also left with a cute bandanna around his neck & tennis ball to play with.

Nikki is awesome! From my first interaction with her I could tell she was dedicated. She responded quickly and was extremely accommodating. It was so hard to find a groomer who cuts Guinea Pigs! She is the best and was worth the drive for me.
