This review is for the pharmacy only. Called about my prescription, a recording says its not ready and that they will contact me when it is. They NEVER call me to let me know. This is not the first time. 'm going elsewhere from now on.

Every other department except the Pharmacy is good. Today I went there to get medicine and they told me wait 45 min - 1 hour and then I waited at the parking lot for that time I went through again the drive through and then the other lady said 45 min - 1 hour then I was like hey I waited said time and then the other lady that attend me was like did you not hear her and she was like you can’t wait in the drive threw and then she was getting all agitated and stuff because of I repeated what she said earlier and then I left because this pharmacist was being a a**. I’m going back there for my scabies cream and I hope the sassy pharmacist is not there. I have a feeling that she is treating me badly due to my darker skin color and my semi accent.

I can not say enough about Kaedy she is amazing!!! I called my scrip in tonight to be filled. And I’m sure she could hear the long pause in my voice because of the cost of it. I have gone without this scrip for 7 months because I couldn’t afford it. I get there to pick up my medicine, she told me your going to be happy. She said she found a coupon for me and it was $10.00! At first I was thinking it was $10.00 off of my total. I was very wrong! I was in total shock I cried when I got to my car. I was thinking I was going to have to pay $186.00 when I got there. And I only payed $10.00!! I can not thank you enough!!!

I only come to Walgreens to pick up my grandmother's medication and I get a hassle every single time! Today I was made to wait 10 mins at the window and no one said a word just made me sit there. I finally had to honk my car horn to make someone help me! God awful, I do all my own prescriptions at Streator Drug I just wish my grandma would switch too.

got there to get a SCHEDULED (through thier own website) shot, and no one in the pharmacy. no calls to say they needed to reschule. terrible management.
