DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I work for an affordable housing company and we mistakenly hired Quik-Kill to treat two our units. The operations manager is sold me on signing a 12-month contract/ The first treatment was $375 and then $100 thereafter. 6-months into the contract, we did not notice any results. We called the operations manager and he claimed the tenants refused service. It was quickly brought to my attention that this company was not calling us to report the tenants refusal (or the tenant not being home). Nor were they calling us or the site staff to schedule the treatments. If you do hire this company, do not sign a contract.

We called to have this company come out and take care of an under ground Hornet’s nest issue. They talked us into a year round service for interior and exterior bug control. The first time the guy came out he didn’t address the Hornets because he said it’s a safety issue and he didn’t want to go near them. The second time he came out he sprayed and put something in the ground and said it may take some time to start working. I killed more Hornets myself with spray I bought at Home Depot than $575.00 I paid for these “professionals” to kill these Hornets. I have called three times now to cancel my service and request a refund for the year service I paid for up front. The customer service department said she is not authorized I do this and has to elevate the issue. I wish I would have read the reviews on here prior to hiring this company. They will be quick to take your money but give you the run around when the issues you called them for haven’t even been addressed. (Addition to owner response on this review. I have called your office three times to speak with your staff and each day they say they will have an operations manger reach out. The fact that you are unable to pull up my address by my name is also concerning. Please check with you secretaries as I call daily requesting my service to be cancelled and your “operations manager” never returns calls. Thanks again!Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Never had an experience but I wouldn't trust or recommend a company that has druggies staying in a shed on property associated to them ( property being their old location not even a half block away ) and ur well aware of it becuz I personally approached an employee n informed him of the situation

Had problems with spiders. Our house was built in1905. After 1 application, we only found 1, months later. No more spiders! 😁 Very happy with their professionalism & knowledge of the pests they shared with us! Highly recommend them!

Paid over $1K for a year of service. My wife and I had to walk the worker around and tell him what to do. We still had mice and bugs. Home Defense and Mouse Traps are a lot cheaper and just as effective as this joke of a company. Cancelled service and they’re still billing us. RICK DID A GOOD JOBWHEN HE WAS HERE EVERY OTHER MONTH . THOUGHT I SIGNED UP FOR 1 YEAR OF SERVICE , OVER$1400. NOW AFTER A YEAR , STILL TRYING TO WITHDRAW AUTO-PAYMENT FROM BANK. Rick has been coming here for years, and he is always punctual, pleasant, and does a good job. It's always a pleasure to see him every month. If we ever have any issues, we just let him know, and he takes care of it. I look forward to seeing him, and he always takes a moment to chit chat which gives a personal touch to his job. The person that has been coming here only spends 10 minutes inside the building. He was literally in the resident's area only 2 minutes. We have 26 rooms with bathrooms, dining areas & 2 other bathrooms. I'm not sure that he does the outside every time. If he does, he again does not spend much time out there. The person before him would spend 1/2 hour to 45 minutes inside then would let me know she was done & was going to do the outside. I am not happy with the service we have been getting & I have already talked to someone on this issue.

I have Scott as my exterminator. I feel he is through, knows his business and friendly. He answers any questions I have and grateful for him. He has gotten my problem under control so thanks to him I have not seen any in awhile. Only problem I have is the cost. I am on disability and it is hard to come up with that fee every 2 months. It means I have to let something slide and I hate to do that. Otherwise I am happy with the service.

Scott has been working with us for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. Our house had been empty for a while before we moved in. So we had mice and bugs and lots of spiders. They have taken care of them all. We have not seen a mouse in 6 months and only the occasional spider/bug. I highly recommend Quik Kill.

Quik-kill Pest Eliminators Inc. is NOT A VERY DEPENDABLE COMPANY!! When I started with their service the beginning of last year (2018)they were "EXCELLENT". Keeping their scheduled appointment every other month via auto-text. The last 4months of (2018) they would auto- text you to remind you of your next scheduled appointment and send you another reminder a couple of days before they arrive. The day of service they were "NO SHOWS" I call their Service Dept explained the situation, the lady(ies) says she'll call you back "NEVER CALLS BACK". You're the one constantly calling back. However, I was given one service free of charge due to he constant complaining. I know the company is going through a turnover situation but they should let the customers know if they are going to be on schedule.We have jobs as well and some of us have to take "THE DAY OFF"!! .....A HEADS UP WOULD BE NICE!

Terrible experience. The tech was a day late, didn't do a full inspection (said he was unable to crawl into a crawl space), and when called by my relator calls were not returned. An inspection report was given a day before our contract deadline (after multiple requests) and when management was contacted about these issues, no calls were returned.

We’ve dealt with Orkin and they were inefficient, unresponsive and lacked good customer service. Jeff is thorough, polite and punctual. We also like that they can check for bed bugs. 👍👍👍

were i live i had problem with carpenter ants and mice and other pests. i hired Quik Kill Eliminators Inc which comes every other month. it seems to have taken care of the problem. i live not to far from the river which makes it damp around so that may it cause part of the problem. i happy with the results and the people that service explain the product and go and do the job and answer any questions i might have. again i happy with the company.
