The baristas at this Starbucks don’t know that coffee comes in the ‘blended coffee’ frappuccinos. Last 3 times I had to pay extra for coffee on the side because they do not put coffee in the drink

Apparently, even with their loyalty program and being a rewards member, the price on the shelf doesn't apply to everyone. Apparently, as explained to me, you also need to have the digital coupon to get the price marked on the shelf, not just their rewards card. This is deceptive marketing and I will not stand for it. I will no longer be shopping their brand or affiliates. Has this been a larger purchase I may not have noticed, and that infuriates me.

For Year's Kroger Employees and Pharmacy Staff at the Streator, IL Kroger store were always warm and friendly. After Covid19 the attitude of Kroger Employee's, Especially Pharmacy Staff towards Customer's is Not Acceptable. Not that Walmart is much of a tradeoff in product and prices, Employee attitude towards the Customers is sadly more Acceptable due to age of Staff, Employees. Walmart has fewer Full-time employees due to an age discrepancies. If Kroger Pharmacy staff was compared to Walmart and Walgreens Pharmacy staff they'd All be rated the Same; Poor And RUDE to the Customers!

Please bring the old chicken recipe back. Kroger had the best fried chicken in Streator, that is, until they recently changed their recipe. The chicken is very orange in color, the breading falls off the chicken and the spices leave a weird after taste. The packaging is also different, so by the time I got home the container was sopping wet from the temperature of the chicken due to it being in a cardboard container with Home Chefs logo. I will not be buying their chicken anymore, what a shame!

I love kroger and shop there multiple times a week, however it is very unpleasant when customers and staff are freezing due to no heat. I understand situations come up however it has been over a week and it was bitterly cold in there today! Please do something about this!

First picture is of the cake we ordered Wednesday the 30th of october and when we picked up the cake on friday the 1st the 2nd and 3rd pictures are what we got for a cake. First of all how do you not get a template of the licensed cake that we ordered when we get an email as shown with a certain cake? And than to give us a cake that is this uneven for what? This Kroger bakery manager literally told me they get no pictures just a reciept of a cake. So they decided to give us a entirely different scheme than what we asked for and all they offered when we complained was to make a new cake. So because kroger screwed up our cake were supposed to have our 10 yr old wait for 3 days for a new cake? Dont go to this kroger unless you want a really screwed up birthday cake.

Most times I shop I have to check my receipt, line by line, because I'm always missing fuel points. If I buy a gift card the points don't get added until I call the 800 number because they won't help me at the store. Customer service desk does not open until hours after the store opens. The shelves take days to get restocked. I only shop here when I have to because I use the fuel points, otherwise, I drive an hour to get my groceries at a Marianos. A store that is always clean, stocked and I get all my fuel points. Other people give this store more than one star because this is a small "city" where everyone knows each other and no one ever leaves.

Had to wait a bit (they had a huge take out order they were fulfilling) but I picked up a fried chicken breast and a wing. It was delicious, juicy with edible batter that had awesome flavor. Meanwhile while I was waiting I got some groceries. Kroger is a grocery store after all. Oh and picked up some potato salad and peas and cheese salad to go with the BBQ ribs we're having tonight. Just an all round nice place to shop and with helpful friendly employees there to assist you.

Too many times have I gone in there to pick up Coffee-Mate and a big bag of hash browns in the freezer section only to find that they have no hash browns and no coffee -Mate. I end up going to Walmart "I hate Walmart", but they have these items on the shelf. Kroger better hire someone who can do a better job on orders.

Not going back until they can keep the Stsrbucks in their store up and running consistently. We moved here from Minnesota 4 yrs ago and love Starbucks. We spend on average $20+ a day plus tips at Starbucks in Streator Kroger and around $400+ a week buying things within the store. For some reason the entire 4 years we have been here there has been issues with the machinery or out of product to make Lattes. We order White Mocha Lattes and they have recently been put of the white mocha for days and now the espresso machine is down again which happens alot. Until this can be addressed properly and things working consistent we will take our business to Hy Vee in Peru weekly! Never in our entire life of living in Minnesota and going to Starbucks daily in our Target did we ever experience any of these issues. It's also not due to COVID issues because it has been going on since before COVID. It's just a poorly run store!

All I can really say to describe it is WOW...for a smaller town. This store really has everything. The deli is especially amazing. With the selection of cold cuts. Fresh hot roasted and fried chicken. And an amazing selection of ready to go salads. Excellent and large produce section. The store in general is what you'd expect from a much larger city. I give it the great big thumbs up 👍

I wanted blueberry muffins that comes six in a box from the bakerydepartment but I couldn't find them, the lady behind the counter looked all over the department for them even in the freezer and couldn't find them so I left and continued my shopping in the store. I heard over the speaker for the person looking for the muffins to come back to the bakery, she had found two boxes.I continued to shop and couldn't find a specific vegetable on the shelf so I asked the man in the meat department if he would call someone to the canned vegetables, and he asked if he could help, so I told him what I wanted and he went to the back and found what I wanted. The staff was very helpful.

We really like Kroger. Prices are great when you move with the sales, and we like the Sunday morning meat counter where there are a lot of markdowns. Employees are always nice and Kroger opens lanes when more than a couple of customers in line. Walmart would never dream of that!

Picked up several items items for informal get together, sub sandwich that I cut in smaller pieces, cheese cuts, cooked shrimp , cocktail sauce, dip, and fruit. Love their produce section, butcher section, and ability to buy chilled white wine.

Not good! I am very mad! My grandson Ben was going inside to get some starsbucks and he cams out crying because a worker scared him by the deli!!! Ben said he was getting stared down and he almost felt like the worker was going to eat him! He said he also smells really bad! That is kind of rude of him but it could be true. Telling his parents to teach him to be nicer!

Allowing customers to troll the store maskless. I watched people coughing in the fresh produce section. I asked about why they dont enforce it they said they cannot. Well I have immune compromised family at home and the lack of concern during a pandemic is frightening. I have contacted the health department and will continue to contact until something is done.

Love Kroger...I've worked hard tonight and accidentally dropped my keys into the meat bin. They (Joe Richards) found my keys and got them back to me. All staff super nice and helpful

It was decent fam! I always enjoy my kroger experience however my girl and i seen a older fella in distress as his little scooter ran out of juice 😔 so lending a hand and pushing him to his vehicle made my stop at Kroger much better knowing i helped out a homie 😎

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Store is nice and clean. I can take my time slowly going up and down the aisles. They always help me unload my cart and help me out with my groceries.

Always a huge selection. If stock looks empty, it won't be for long. The stocker's keep that place full. Produce, Deli, and Bakery are wonderful and always fresh.

idk how one store can be both overpriced by at least 33% and underpriced at the same time on different items but i'm glad this store is a local option regardless! the drive to walmart and this store just to get the lowest deals on different items is the only frustration (pop & dog food at one store, human food, deli, and bread at the other)
