Trent hooked me up with a free replacement cushion as a gesture of goodwill. I've been a loyal customer here, and they always provide top-notch customer service. Plus, the furniture is gorgeous and they always give me a great deal.

Keyon and RyanRecently had a swivel recliner delivered and it's so far nice. Last year had a recliner, sofa recliner and bed delivered and all 3 have been great! Plus want to make sure the two gentleman delivered the swivel recliner get credit. That would be Keyon and Ryan. It's worth the price for you delivering it and very convenient! Thank you very much!

ASHLEY FURNITURE AT HALF PRICEYou have lot of other brands too at Half price.If you are looking around for furniture . You should definitely visit this store before you make purchase even though you found what you are looking for. Because this store is offering great discounts on same products that you get at your other stores for higher price. I have attached photos of some of the furniture I like. We have also completed our shopping for furniture here after visiting IKEA,ASHLEY and few other local stores. We bought (LEATHER SLEEPER SOFA,KING BED WITH STORAGE AND MATTRESS).Also, this store is running various financing options with varied periods and at a lower interest rates through Wells Fargo. (4% for 12 months, 8% for 18months). Well you might get a better interest rate outside but if you have no other option, this finance option is the best as odds of approval are easy . I got approved for $3400 even with 675 credit score and 15k existing credit bill to pay off.BEST THING HERE: Is there plenty of options in LEATHER SOFAS.

One of the cushions to my brand new sectional got ruined. I called Jay and explained my situation and what had happened. He was so very understanding and stated he would take care of it and ordered me a new cushion. I could not have been more relieved!! What a wonderful business . Don't judge the book by its cover. Meaning the outside of this store isn't much to look at. But the inside is! Has a great selection of furniture, that covers the entire house.But what is more outstanding is the prices. You simply can't beat the prices.This will be our Go-To furniture store from here in out.Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed.

We have purchased through Curly's twice - the first time being in November, 2019 (the good ol' days) and again in 2020. We have also referred our friends, neighbors and family to Curly's and those that purchased from Curly's were equally happy and impressed.We purchased the Eltmann sectional with chaise lounge and additional section for seating, Lewis table set, a kitchen set, a queen bedroom set for our son and eventually a queen set for our daughter.We paid a bit extra the first time for delivery but they were willing to take our old sectional with them and discard it for us. That was a huge win.It's important for everyone reading these reviews (good or bad) to understand that Curly's is a seller, not the manufacturer. Here's why:When our son's bedroom set was delivered, one of the drawers didn't fit right. I reached out to Curly's, we troubleshooted the issue and they offered to order a new drawer at no cost. After looking at it a bit more, we realized the issue was with the dresser itself and not the drawer. Curly's guys came back out, picked up the dresser, repaired it and brought it back. It was great. We also had a small issue with the wood frame on part of the sectional. Same thing - Curly's came out, picked it up and repaired it for us - again - all for no charge.We also experienced a tear in the cushion from the dogs acting like idiots playing on it. When I called and asked how much to replace the cover, it showed up via FedEx a day or two later and there was no charge. Mind you - we had no extended warranty and the damage was caused by our dogs. Curly's owed us nothing and they still took care of it for us. It was so unexpected and kind of them.Fast forward 3.5 years. Yes - 3.5 years after we received our furniture. One of our dogs tore another one of our sectional covers. It wasn't a big deal until one of them decided they wanted to shred up the cushion and destroy it. And oh boy destroy it did they ever.I reached out to Curly's, explained what happened and that we needed a price to replace the cushion. Curly's replaced the cushion for us at no cost. Again - they didn't have to do anything for us since it's been so long since we purchased but they took care of us.We live in New Lenox and have previously purchased from a place that rhymes with "Marvin." Curly's offerings, pricing, delivery AND customer service is second to none. If you want to work with honest, caring people and walk away with a great deal, give them your business. We are so glad we did.

I just bought a brand new sectional and was initially very pleased. I moved in to a new place and had the couch delivered right before thanksgiving. The next day when I actually had the chance to sit on the couch the main cushion for the chaise section of my couch, the zipper that holds everything is broken and the cover for it is coming off of it and lifting. I’ve been calling at least 3 times a week since having it delivered to even try and speak with someone about the issue. I’ve left several messages for someone to call me back and have had absolutely no results whatsoever. I bought from them because my parents had a good experience with them but if this is how it’ll go for mine I will never be shopping here again. For spending as much money as I did on the couch and this is what I get now. Not happy whatsoever

These guys have the best prices around! I went to Ashley Furniture price shopping and the lady couldn't get away from me fast enough when I told her I was shopping at Curleys. She said "I don't know how they do it" Curleys was priced about $900 less after delivery and tax. I used to buy my Furniture exclusively from Sherman's for 25 years but they've lost me to these guys. Jordan was great to deal with and my two delivery guys were awesome. Nice work! I'll be back with my family and friends

Great staff and even better prices! Jerry and his staff were good to work with. I bought a kitchen table and chairs. A piece was damaged and I called today and they have a new part being sent out. I will update again once I receive it. So far they haven't disappointed. Well 4 days after I ordered replacement parts they came in. They were true to their word. Great people and great company to work with. I will definitely be coming back for more furniture. I would definitely recommend them!

Wow! Best buying experience ever! First of all, they have everything, furniture that appeals to everyone and so much in stock when most stores have a 3 to 6 month delivery option only! I found a sectional that we love and a beautiful desk for my office, I was in the store on a Monday and the items were delivered and set up by Thursday afternoon! Amazing!!! Highly recommend Curly’s if you are furniture shopping!!! Thank you Curlys for a great buying experience, would highly recommend! :)

The purchase of our furniture was easy and well managed by the sales person. However, when we received our furniture we noticed a small tear on the side of our love seat. We called Curly’s and were given the run around. Including being instructed on using the Curly’s Care warranty we purchased. Even though the furniture came damaged.Ultimately, we were told by Curly’s the issue would not be resolved. The warranty is virtually not able to be claimed due to the inability to talk to anyone about the issue or make a claim online. So do not purchase their so called “warranty.”This has been the most disappointing experience.

This would have been a 5 star review. There was only 1 person working at the warehouse with a bunch of people waiting to be helped so we had to wait our turn even though we were ready to pay for our furniture in full. This was an inconvenience because we had our 1 year old with us. I love my couch it is beautiful, comfortable and was affordable. The dining set is nice and had a great price point but the wood chips SO easily. During delivery, the seat on one of the chairs was damaged/chipped. No biggie, was told by the delivery guy it would take 2-3 weeks to replace. Fast forward 3 months I still had not gotten the piece, was told they were waiting for it to be delivered to the store and they would be in touch with me about it. I complained about it 3 months later and they had the piece next day. I was upset that it took so long for me to receive.

Hands down the best furniture store! The best costumer service and best delivery guys! They had my dining table set up quick, thanks Ryan and Lucas! I had a horrible experience at my local Ashley Furniture, ordered a table 7 months ago, got the run around about my delivery date for months. I called Curlys two days ago, and already got my delivery. I won’t shop for furniture anywhere else again! These guys are the best!
