The Employee at self checkout is a mean old hag named DORTHY with her Karen bob , she is the most entitled ugliest human being . She need to be retrained or fired her customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. This is so upsetting since this location is one of the best. She was upset we tried to pay in the SELF CHECK OUT of only 20 items.

Been waiting 15min for pick up go order. 3 cars who got here after me were serviced. I called the number 3 times in 15min on 5min intervals to no answer. Why am I being discriminated against. 20min point will we be serviced. Will they actually answer phone let's call find out. Tried ask an employee outside for help looked at me shrugged walked off kid with glasses and mop top hair cut

An associate named Syed is one of the worst doing customer service. I asked him a simple question if he could check with his work device an item and he (without even seeing the item) said: no we don’t have it. And walked away. Either he gets train for a better customer service or find a job that will fit his needs.

They have a wide variety of alternative food items such as gluten free, organic and an extensive canned goods items that I can't find in other stores, Walmart and other big box/grocery stores. You have to buy what you see immediately, otherwise it will be gone. Parking is great. Very complete in store stock in all departments. An excellent value.

This location is awesome… Always satisfied with their services and mostly employees are generous and helpful. Store is neat and clean and well maintained. They have variety of options and some really cool deals. This is my home location and I’m very much satisfied.

It's a typical Walmart. Employees keep to themselves, product may be in stock might not be, depends. Check out cashiers are mentally checked out. Best experience I've had was with an older gentleman overseeing the self checkout.

I like this Walmart because it was my first one after I was born on October 3rd 2010 like I do like this Walmart but my most favorite one is the one in Elgin because they have like bigger ceilings and it’s the other way around and if your store is gonna be another way around then just make your ceilings high because it looks very amazing when the entire store has higher ceilings.

I want to say that “Will” I don’t know how he spelled his name, but he is the manager of the delivery department. He did everything possible to refund the money of the order I didn’t get. I placed an order on Walmart .com and I only received half of it, I called Walmart costumer service and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it, and they suggested to dispute it with my credit card or call the store and see if they can do anything about this issue. I called the store and Will the delivery manager answered the phone, he was very kind, polite and helpful. He is a manager who really cares about costumer satisfaction. It took him hours to solve the problem but he did it.

Found 4 out of 5 employees were "too busy" (filling orders) to help customers shopping in the store. The 1 that did help may be saving the rest - he deserves a pay raise. I was looking for Eggnog he was the only one who could answer "we've been out of that for 5 days, now" but he went a step further and found an alcohol eggnog beverage.

Full produce and food aisles.Lots of parking, but be prepared to walk far for the entrance.Plenty of staff on hand, I've never had to wait for a self checkout to be open. Even when one of my purchases had an anti theft device attached, there was an employee near by who took it off for me quickly.They have a Subway, nail salon and eyebrow salon, too. It's the closest one to my work, and I often run in to check out new beauty products and grab essentials for home.

I will rate this a 4-star because this is open 24 hours I hope that Walmarts in Canada also are open 24 hours. There is a lot more selection and the prices are also very reasonable the only Department that needs Improvement is fresh groceries I also hope that they start keeping a lot more South Asian vegetables

This location was gross, the floor was a mess it looked fine in the store then you look at dirty cracked mismatched floors. Walmart used to be higher scale when they opened noe I regret ever walking into one every time

I was at the vision center and I have to say they're taking all precautions for their safety and ours,, have to answer the covid questions and get you temp taken and hand sanitized but they have an excellent system in place so for that they get the 5 stars,, gonna look in the store after so ill let everyone know. How the store looks inside clean ir dirty

I went to Walmart in Streamwood on January 15 and the whole parking lot was with ice on many areas and some icy snow close to the store. I was shocked, I couldn't believe it when I drove there, all the roads and streets were clean from snow. Why Walmart a billionaire company can't use melting salt on the parking lot to make it easier for their customers to drive their cars and walk. Just horrible situation.

Ever since this place went to Supercenter it carries less selections than prior. Used to be 24 hrs, stopped during covid and never went back.Only having 1 or 2 registers manned makes for very long lines and waiting to purchase any quantity of items.People standing around self checkout are rude and unhelpful and usually talking amongst themselves instead of helping the customers.Don't get me started on the door person checking to see if I did their job correctly.Prices keep rising, might as well shop at the other stores in the same strip mall for better variety and quality of products.

Walmart never checks their grocery section , I bought a ham today & I didn’t even notice or forgot to look at the expired date & it’s been only for two days & they haven’t changed there food section expired to new. Y’all please don’t forget to look at your food expired date before buying this is ridiculous.
