We came to groom our 1yo Doby and was this the easiest way of taking her a bath EVER!!!! I love that they provide everything you need from shampoo, towels , properly leveled wash stationed, air dryers and you decide if you want to purchase a membership or 1x wash for your pet either one is a complete win 🏆... super satisfied with this accommodation for pet owners. Definitely using this method more often.But Huge But... The wash stations could definitely be more cleaner , every wash station had dog hair and looked like it had old accumulated hair from none regular cleaning. Customer service is not the greatest, 4 ladies were in the front of the and I had asked where and what needed to be done for self grooming ... no one paid attention or answered any of my questions.I've been here before and never had any issues with service , this time was different. I will still come because it's convenient for us. Retraining on Customer service and etiquette is in order here. Can't run a store on poor service it shows in everything else.

If I could give this store a 0/5 Stars I would! I went there to get my puppies nails cut for her birthday today. I made an appointment and got declined 5 minutes in. Emma was making faces at my dog. Not only that, but she was 10 minutes late. She walked into the grooming salon looking like she did not want to be there at all. The only thing my dog was doing was barking and she told us she wasn’t gonna do it. Specifically said “she’s too much” because she was on her period. If you’re scared of a barking dog, then don’t work there. They didn’t even offer her water because that’s really why she was barking. I never got an email from pet supplies for her free treat or toy as I usually would. I picked one out and went to the register. The employee Valerie told me I cannot get the discount because I don’t have a bar code. They didn’t offer her a treat nor did it look like she wanted to be there. Pet stores are usually very friendly and nice, but not this one! I showed her in the app that says my dogs birthday is today. Crazy how both my dogs are registered and I didn’t receive either birthday gifts. (their birthdays are a week apart). Employees there are rude and do not care about dogs at all. Definitely shouldn’t be working at a pet store.

I had really bad experience with grooming services in Streamwood. I'm so disappointed and very angry with them! I can't believe what they did to my Golden doodle! If you haven't seen shaved golden doodle, now you can see it!!!! I posted a before photo to see how cute my boy was.... I was so shocked when I saw him after grooming! In other circumstances I wouldn't pay a dollar for that! He looks like rat now...My poor boy..On top of that his ears and balls got so irritated and red so that he can not stop itching and scratching. I'm worried of infection...Even I like their store, I won't return over there!! Whoever did that to my dog, he/she wouldn't be allowed to groom dogs, that's not his/her thing!

Great place to buy pet supplies - I come here regularly. And they now have recycling for plastic pet food bags which is excellent! I was greeted by a young man and helped as I was dropping off my bags for recycling. I was shopping for canned and frozen dog food. Was asked by Hannah if I needed help, and then when I was done, she checked me out promptly. And best yet - with items that were on sale and my 10% discount coupon that I got in the mail - I saved $27!

Had an awesome visit today at Pet Supplies Plus in Streamwood. The sent put an email about a 4th of July BBQ and since I just got a puppy thought it would great to socialize. Brought my puppy and senior pittie and they had a blast! It was small but had unique treats and just the right amount of space for the dogs to interact. We had a blast! I've come here regularly for years ans the prices are right, the loyalty coupons and rewards are great as well! My senior pittie had a bday and we received a free toy coupon she had a blast picking one out! It feels good to shop locally at a store that is run by great managers and staff and who take care of their customers!

Gave it 3 stars because the girl at the register was super sweet and helpful. The grooming place in the back/side was a whole different story! The girl back there was flat out RUDE! I have a new puppy and will NEVER go there for grooming...never.

We come here to use the self serve dog wash. Had no issues with the water, blower, or supplies provided. When another dog owner left, an employee immediately cleaned up any hair, and reset it for the next customer. The attention to detail was awesome, it looked spotless. Im sure they did the same thing when we left with our furball.

The worst store and employees... theyre expression shows they dont like theyre jobs ... ordered my dog food online and never received notification that it's not available or if it's ready when I arrived at 8:55 pm the girl Madalyn refused to open door and cashier didn't bother looking for my food because they stated they were close my phone and iwatch said 8:55 pm they if I had gotten an email I would have gone elsewhere to get my dogs food earlier ... I thought doors closed at 9PM I stated my dogs had no food and the girl just shrugged her shoulders ..What excellent customer service they have ...

I absolutely love the Self Dog Wash! I take my dog to the dog park (many ponds and opportunities to roll in the dirt) every weekend and this self dog wash is a relief. Ideally I just want a place to rinse and dry my dog off after his adventure and this is exactly what I get at Pet Supplies Plus. The bath card is also great. 5 baths for $25.00! There are 6 baths total (4 for medium and large, and 2 for small dogs) and space and equipment is always in working order. They give you towels and shampoos are provided in the tub.

A lot of variety and friendly staff. They have a nice exchange policy. My dog is very picky so it's EXTREMELY hard to find food/treats that he'll eat. The store will exchange food/treats as long as you have more than 50% of the food/treats left. I got Stella & Chewy products from here and my dog likes them so far!

This is one of the best pet supply stores I have ever been to. It's not the closest, but I choose to shop here regardless. They gave great buys and a very large selection. I especially appreciate that they always offer to help me load things into my car. And when I'm buying the large container of cat litter the answer is always a big yes! They also have a fantastic selection of aquarium supplies and recently when they did not have fiddler crabs that I was looking for they actually ordered them for me! No other pet store I visited offered to do that. I used to order my dog and cat food through the mail but when things started getting busted up and bags of dried cat and dog food literally opened up inside a large box because of poor packing I stopped. I now only shop at Pet Supplies Plus in Streamwood Illinois. It's our favorite 😀

I have a been coming to this location for a while now for grooming for my yorkie. Never an issue. I recent added a golden doodle to the family and went for the second time for grooming and HORRIBLE experience. My golden doodle looks like a homeless rat. They cut the hair so short. I do NOT understand with the experience the groomers have to think that cutting a golden doodle hair so short was EVER a good idea. I am so upset that my dog looks like this and the amount of money I paid was not worth it. When I specific reminded the groomers to not cut short and have my dog look this horrible. I am so upset. My poor dog!

I bring my two dogs here twice a month for nail trims. Both dogs are rescues and have some issues... the giant one dislikes other dogs, and the small one is terrified of people. The groomers here -- especially Jackie -- are absolutely wonderful with the dogs. They are patient and kind. I would never go anywhere else with my boys.

The grooming dept is so nice and so is all their staff. The self dog wash is also such a great value for the quality of the space you have to wash your dog, every time I’ve been there, it is soo clean and well kept and they even provide three options of shampoo and towels. They have a service where you buy a “dirty dog discount card” and you only pay $40 for 5 washes. It’s all such a great experience for both pups and parents.

Best pet store ever! Between coupons, sales and their rewards program- they really look out for their customers. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming from cashiers to managers. Also they were very helpful when my dog was having issues with his dog food- couldn’t find one he would like and eat for more than 1-2 days. I tried numerous food- they made suggestions and I was able to return foods he didn’t like. I really appreciated that! 10 stars- highly recommend! I’ve been to several of the PSP stores but Streamwood is my favorite!

Update: lead from streamwood location Ricky Salado reach out after corporate complaint and agreed it wasn't handled correctly if my mom and me are well known at the store. So no reason to reach out. Thanks anyways.Never had a problem with this location up til today. Managers mark, Melissa, Hailey ( I think thats the female managers names, I mainly deal with mark, that's a great guy) and the other employees like zoey know me and my mom well, order a few times a month but manager Joey is why ive gave a 1star review. Joey gave my mom a problem today when she tried to pick up my order for the 100th time. Cuz your not able to change the pick up person on the website everyone has always been understanding and gave my mom my order. To add I also live no wherenear a pet supply Plus, why mom picks up order a few times a month. Today Joey lied and said ID and payment has to be shown once picked up when it only says May be required when you order it. And never inforced by anyone else there cuz you can't change the pick up person online. Had to fill out a complaint with corporate cuz they agreed 💯 and said if other managers and employees seen my mom alot it shouldn't be a big deal. Poor Joey. Gotta get your acted together. Everyone else keep up the amazing work! You all are great! Made sure corporate knew you guys were all amazing and Joey was the only problem
