They finally updated their location about a year ago. This used to be one of my favorite DTs before the pandemic, but they started "Falling Off" years before the pandemic. The location started to feel "Low Budget" meaning, they barely had anything and the stock was always low. I actually stopped going to this one. But they are now back on track and the stock is always healthy.

I love dollar tree! This one has hidden gems and great selections! I recommend taking your time and look through eveything. You'll definetly find things you like. You can find many brand name things! Ladies checkout the beauty section. Definetly great finds! 100% recommend! Check out all dollar trees some carry different things!

Stocked and staffed. Good to see. Always a fun visit because you never know what you will find. Most items are $1.25, which is ok with me.

Just bought $10 worth of chips when I get home I open a bag and wonder why they don’t taste as good as other location (same brand) then I look on the date expires sep 18, 2023 I bought these today sep 22, 2023. So I have to return them I should have looked at the store but I didn’t think they sell expired food. Ugh so annoying now I have to drive all the way back and without my fav chips cuz there expired

This location is slow! Lines down the aisles, cashiers have the nastiest attitudes. and haven't changed. Update the lady with the long ponytail cusses and congregates with co workers and customers instead of working. She never has on a name tag either. Terrible.

The store seemed just a little empty today, but I think it's because the store was changing from Christmas decor galore to the now Valentine's Day decor and there's not so much stock to put on the shelves which makes it look clean for just a little bit empty. I do have to mention that the manager working on Wednesday evening January 3rd 2023 was a friendly and outgoing manager who was more than willing to go out of this way to ensure that you were able to receive what you were looking for. Was very nice to interact ask my question and know exactly what I needed to do after receiving formal information from this gentleman I'm sorry I didn't have his name, but I do list the date of when he was working. What I do know is when communicating with him he had the deepest bluest color eyes that are almost out with contacts but then again it may very well be his natural color eyes. Thank you for the help and I appreciate your customer service and it was is exceptionally comforting to know that people still have this kind of interactions with the customer so I appreciate that very much thank you sir and have a good night!

I just showed up at the store at 9:30pm and it is closed. The sign on the door and their website say they close at 10pm. Very disappointed.

I love this store!!!! My only issue is the carts with the poles. Makes it very difficult for the disabled or handicap to get merchandise to their cars.

I cant believe my life has come to reviewing a dollar tree, but here we are. This is by far, hands down the best Dollar Tree around here. I LOVE IT! I live close to the woodfield one (which is probably the worst Dollar Tree) and I drive to this one. It has a great selection, is always clean and completely organized. Keep it up!

Every other weekend I'm at the Dollar Tree store great bargain very friendly staff and managers real polite is many packed there to the one on Cicero, they already have the Valentine stuff the Easter and a Saint Patrick's Day I love going there.

Organized, it was a bit busy from 520ish-545 pm. There was another 1 lane open for a bit by themselves. I understand that everyone is low in staff. Must be patient but other than that store is great. Great finds, great deals (although I do wish it went back to $1)

Our dollar tree is super big. Very well organized. Very clean. The sales associates are very pleasant and very helpfulLots of variety including a freezer section. Its a very busy store customer wise and some of the customers are down right rude. But you cannot hold that against the personnel. All in all it was not a bad shopping trip. Worth going to just to see what they have. You will be surprised the money you can save.

I love this Dollar Tree!!!Would love to be able to place a permanent monthly order. Was told it couldn't be done. If the manager has a good working relationship with their salesmen, I know it can be done. This is from over 20 years of retail experience.

Obvious good pricing using lesser known or off brands. Wide variety of overall selection, not too many options of the same item. Good values on helium balloons if you could wait. I like their getting card selection. They even have cards for when you feel blank inside.

They have hired new people that are very friendly and fast in the evenings.. Unfortunately i went earlier and this nasty rude lady by the name of Theresa was not friendly at all and not wearing mask properly would rather wait in other line next time then go through her line. Please retrain her on customer service etiquette. Other then that great store to shop at!!!

This is one of the best Dollar Tree's in Chicago Northwest Suburbs. Frozen section, milk, extensive shelf food, awesome selection of party goods, balloons, gift bags. What's amazing is everything is $1.00 or less. This store is clean and well organized. Staff very helpful. If you need Spanish speaking assist it's available. Parking ample, handicap accessible.

This is a great store. I have never been to another DollarTree where the staff is this friendly and always takeaway the time to help find a product. The store was swamped today with customers some of who were not courteous. At no time did any employee not try help and make sure that everyone was taken care of. When I got to the register Jaclyn and Teresa couldn’t have been nicer. They are a true credit to your store.Laura

Out of all department stores, they carry the most Halloween merchandise. The prices are great and the store is really clean. The lines were long but it is expected on Saturday afternoon.

That's store is too cluttered. It's just not organized. The dollar trees have too much stuff overlapping other items. They need to get rid of all those stuff animals. You have people who have dust mite allergies which can be triggered when they come into the store.

I think this Dollar tree is the first one I've ever seen that was so busy.... I was surprised when I drove up. Lots of people. But the lazy ones that park out in front to go in and shop blocking the main stripe... Hate when people do that, and I seen they didn't don't have a disability. Just lazy.
