In reference to Grocery pick-up, the staff are wonderful!! They are informative when info is needed and prompt in bringing out the items you ordered.I do think customers should be able to tip them. These staff members are required to do many more duties than some of the other staff and they are exposed to many types of weather!!

Came here 4 times within two weeks to get new tires and get them looked at. My tires kept losing air and they checked them and kept saying nothing was wrong and the older lady at the automotive center was rude AF when I would come back but just do ur job right the first time and I wouldn't be back I don't want to see their face 4 times within two weeks because they don't know what they r doing. The team lead was the only one who could be honest and help me with my tires. When my tread on my tires is bad say that. When I'm leaking air out of my tires find it. 🤷 That's what u get paid for and if I'm spending money on tires to be looked at and new ones put on I shouldn't have to come back. I wouldn't recommend coming here yeah their prices are not too bad but that's the only thing good about themThe team lead I like because he was the only one that would help me the correct and professional way

The way the automotive Lady talk to me this should be a one star review. But after calling the store back and speaking with one of the general managers that was on duty after my car broke down in their parking lot. Well to be honest she became a true hero. I truly have found a Walmart that does not suck. The management staff here is awesome. I will say one thing though please answer your phones better. Trina thank you so much

Grocery pick up. It really pisses me off that I can find the name brand of an item I want, but then am offered the Great Value as a substitution! But they don't offer the Great Value when you're doing your regular shopping. It's a total ripoff!

if i could give it 0 i would. dirty. gross. opened products on shelves. saw a candy bar with a bite taken out of it. overheard employee's talking about how awful management is. one was almost in tears.

Was able to buy 4 litters of wine and a quarter gallon of chocolate milk for less then 20 dollars. That is what America should be about, we could all learn a little from humble Sterling. Local hero Thaddeus would be proud of my purchase. Very culturally enriching, highly recommend for fellow tourists.

Horrible experience ordering a birthday cake. Thought it went well until we got home and opened the box. Whipped icing instead of the buttercream we ordered. No one at the party wanted cake accept the 4 kids under age 5. Even the birthday boy didn't eat any, as we hate the taste of whipped icing. CSM is only offering a refund. A refund doesn't fix a ruined birthday. It doesn't make it right or better for my son.

I had an OGP ( Online Grocery Pickup) on 12/5/23. I received a text at 5:00 PM stating my order was to be delayed which was fine. I then received a text immediately after saying it was ready. I arrived at about 5:10 and parked in #11. I continued to watch people who arrived after me get their items. I patiently waited until about 6:00pm when I noticed the app said my 10 items were marked "picked up". I asked the dopey kid with curly hair that was giving others their stuff, if he knew if my items were given to someone else. He said his device died and couldn't check, and then dodged me until I found a tall kid with black glasses to ask the same question to. This kid found my items almost 90 mins after the app told me to head there. I'm just glad I didn't have to ask for a manager to tell them they obviously aren't doing their jobs to insure quality. I'm sure it would be some other "quality" employee to give me a deer in head lights look. My cousin, who works in the Arkansas corporate office, is going to hear about this lack of quality.

To whomever it may concern,Today my mother and I were visiting the Walmart located in Sterling IL, Store number 61081 and noticed something quite concerning. I may be from Florida, but I do travel around enough to realize that the treatment of employees that I observed today was way below any professional company’s standards, let alone Walmart’s standards. I truly wouldn’t be surprised if this store had/has workplace harassment lawsuits pending.The handful of times that I have been in this particular store I have noticed a very obvious sense of entitlement from store management. Every time that I have stepped foot in this store there has been some sort of obvious favoritism, unfair mistreatment of employees from their management. I would personally believe that Walmart would hold their stores and especially their managers to a higher level of professionalism especially for the only Walmart within a 15 min drive. The most obvious of which is from a manager whose name I believe starts with a ‘J’, It might be “Jon” or “Josh”. I honestly could not care enough about him to remember his name. He gave of total creep vibes for the two seconds I spent interacting with him while asking for the location of an Item.Unless this particular manager is the store manager, I am not quite sure why he is still working at this location. It is extremely obvious that none of the employees respect him or feel safe around him. I was truly under the impression that Walmart held themselves to a higher standard. I’m 99 percent sure working at the state prison would be a better work environment.

Huge store, their customer service desk employee is rude. They don't do everything they can or that they're supposed to, you can tell they feel entitled to an attitude there. The variety in the rest of the store is Ok, but it it not as good as the Walmart in Dixon.

The Walmart Website and App says they have all kinds of stuff I'm looking for. Then I get there and they just dont. Inventory must not match up, or its scrambled, other Walmart's are accurate.

was there a few weeks ago... used the self checkout the young lady standing at the end then a man who was quite taller than her i believe her manager bent over in her face. i don't know what was said but she looked to be very upset afterwards.

Someone I know did an online order and they gave her order to someone else and won’t reimburse her nor let her get her order again because they messed it up! I recommend not using them for your online ordering services plus all Walmarts always have those ghetto folks that love to go to Walmart to fight in! Just stay away from them!!! They have the money to eat their mistake and give her order to her without making her pay for it again!

Was shopping yogurt on 1/1/2023 and pulled out containers dated 11/24/2022, 12/27/2022, and damaged containers. When I brought this to the attention of an associate, they started checking dates....but only on the products I had shown him. All food, but most importantly, perishables are supposed to be rotated and checked daily for dates. I found the 11/24/2022 container in the back of the shelf. I guess it is a good thing that I always check dates before purchase!! How many people have purchased outdated items because the associates don't do their job?? Also....the underage associate checking us out asked us if we "partied hard" last night. Is that appropriate??
