Stopped by tonight to buy crickets for my leopard gecko who has been having trouble catching them lately. I spoke with an employee named Issac, whom hand picked a dozen 1 legged crickets for my pet and suggested using a feeding bowl. I rushed home to feed her. Well, my gecko ate them all up! She hadn't eaten in almost two weeks and I was getting worried.Thank you Issac for your genuine concern. I will be back weekly for all my pets needs.ie dog and birds two!

Unfortunately I had a baby bearded dragon that was having issues and they had no problem giving me a different one, although it's their policy. They understood and when I told them the problem, they actually started to examine her to see if they could see anything, but that tiny, only a vet could really do it with the right equipment.They seemed to care more than at other Petsmarts I have been to. I might develop trust in them or at least this location.

Very helpful, but the reptiles aren't housed and fed as they should be. Dry pellets aren't acceptable to begin with, but that's not even the complete issue, Right on the bottle of dry pellets, it says you are supposed to add water to them! C'mon! No wonder the bearded dragon I bought I needed to bring back had eating issues. However, the replacement seems to be eating well and is a very nice baby.

Although the staff was kind my appointment came to be $94 and their looked to be barely any work done i came home and tried to finish her off. I was really expecting to notice a difference very disappointed 😢

Free Santa and pet photo's was a great jester. But.... you have to use your own phone. Santa's costume kept falling off. Also, no help from staff. Suggestions would be have a trainee be Santa so they know how to handle. There is always people who would donate time, or have like photo booth to take pictures. Pictures were to be scheduled 15min apart and lines were long. So you didn't get full time for that perfect picture. I love all the employees as they are so helpful. Just planning fun things needs more planning.

Bought a chameleon from this store, found out that it had multiple medical problems. Additionally the fish tanks are disgusting and fish that should not be put together are. The small animal tanks are also awful having multiple animals in one small tank. Overall very disturbing and disappointing.

They didn't have Repashy for bearded dragons, only geckos and never even heard of it for bearded dragons even though it's extremely popular. I never really liked Petsmart, but it's what is close, so we stopped there. Ended up going home and just ordering from Amazon.

Don’t buy fish from this store, or any animal from here! I went to pet smart yesterday and they literally have the Beta Fish sitting in tiny cups without any oxygenated water, I know they sit on those shelves for HOURS and probably even during the night, these fish were literally starting to tip over and die when I was there

I took my papalon in for grooming and toe nail trimming. I asked them to use clippers on his toes. I stayed in the store during the time of grooming. They used a grinder on his toes. When I told them not to use them, they told me that is how they trim toe nails. I told them I do not want them to use trimmers, I reminded them that I told them when I first came in. They raised their voice and told me that, that is how they do it and if I don't like it then leave while they are doing their job. I was fuming mad. I got my dog and told them I am not paying for them doing something I told them not to do. I will tell the manager, I don't care. I had to pay but they gave me a discount. I will never go back. This was Sterling store

the only thing I didn't really care for is the manager was like semi freaking out looking for the cash register employee when he was actually helping us as a customer. Cute dog costumes just wish They carried more of the larger sizes

We love our Sterling PetSmart. Kaos and Chubby get their photo with santa every year! We made sure to collect our extra points! Ally and Becky helped socialize our dog until he became better in public. Now they love all their friends at PetSmart!

Nothing especially significant. Pet Smart has many good products but few employees to assist. Basically, just the cashier when I was there. I went looking for fur removing brushes (for furniture and rugs) but they only had brushes for animals. Was disappointed.

Bought 2 birds. After 10 days, the birds die. Easily replaced them. After 4 days, one died. Had to buy another because even though I had the receipt, I didn't bring in the dead bird. I was already in town when I found out the bird died and didn't want my kids to find out. Now the one bought and the new replacement are both doing very well.

Docs mom!Tristan did an amazing job with doc! My dog is a bit spazzy and has super bad separation anxiety and he is hard to dry bc he wants to sit down lol he def had his work cut out for him. This was my first time there and doc came back to me fresh, smelling great and excited! Highly recommend will be returning!
