Excellent care of our German Shorthair Luna. She was really sick and they took excellent care of her. She is back to her normal lively self. Hope the clinic will let us also do shots for our 2 German Shorthairs now too. Our regular vet is not always available and does not have the personal care that we received at the clinic. We are really considering changing yearly shots.

We just moved to the area when my dog got injured. We came here and they charged us $500 and overdosed my dog on steroids/steroid shots while never finding the source of her problem. They never looked at the records we left with them so my pup was put through expensive tests that she didnt need/already had.They were very unprofessional and unsanitary and seem to lack experience in animal health.Luckily, We referred to a vet about 30 mins away that found and fixed her issue at no charge.Beware of Mt. Sterling Vet

This was our first visit with to get our rescue dog Jemma seen by them. The staff and the Dr. are extremely friendly and polite. Mt.Sterling vet clinic will be our choice for our girl Jemma.

I absolutely love Mt Sterling Clinic, they truly care about our pets as much as we do. I consider my dogs family & love that they are always quick to get me in for emergency or just give advice. Truly pleasant & awesome people that always make caring for my babies easy, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recommend them to any one that's looking for great health care for their pets.

I recently started taking my puppies to Mt. Sterling Veterinary Clinic to see Dr Kackley and I couldnt be happier with my choice! He is very thorough and knowledgeable, he always answers any questions I have and he's very easy to work with. The other people who work there have been great as well! We will definitely be coming back

I have taken my cat Quincy to Mt. Sterling Vet since he was 7 weeks old.He had to have his right leg taken off and Dr. Kackley did the surgery. I have taken Quincy back, because he is prone to UTI’s. Dr Kackley has always been very helpful and will continue to take our other cats to Mt Sterling Vet. Everyone at Mt. Sterling Vet have been very nice and helpful.

Very friendly staff and clean office. Dr.Brian Johnson was very good with both of our Labs. He is very compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with our visit today and plan to use them for our dogs needs.

This is a great place to bring your pet, I have been bringing my pets here for many years now. I have a cat and I just had a cat that had been hanging out in my garage for a few months checked out here. They are very helpful and I can generally get an appointment for my pet quickly. I have even had to call and get guidance over the phone from them when I was traveling with my pet. They were quick with corresponding with the vet office when I was traveling.

Very pleased with the care that was given to our dog!! Especially on a Sunday with it being an emergency situation and our previous vet dropping the ball and saying go somewhere else! Don't know what we would have done without your services and the phone texts asking how things were going!! I would highly recommend your service to anyone! We have now made Mt. This place is a gigantic joke of a vet clinic! We have had multiple bad experiences with Dr. kackley and just him alone. If I could deal with Dr. Wade 100% of the time I would still go here, but ever since my dog cut her leg open on my truck hitch and needed emergency care. Kackley didn’t want to get out of bed to waste his time and told me to just take her to any other vet in my area. Since then I’ve completely changed vets and so has most of the people I know. If you don’t have a horse or cattle! Kackley is an awful vet with zero customer service!

Best place for your fur babies! Dr. Duncan is amazing and so caring. Our Twinkie is in congestive heart failure and Dr. D and staff have been fantastic during her treatment for this incurable disease 👍😊

“Dr.” Kackley was dismissive and wasn’t getting my concerns, despite reiterating them to him. He said it “doesn’t seem like she’s on death’s door”, and ignored the real issue. My dog died 5 days later, wouldn’t recommend his “expertise.” I ended up with a 5 minute visit, somewhat expensive bill, and a dead dog.
